That is not possible. Please download the archive from envato and access the style.css file. That is where the theme version is specified. It cannot be 6.6.4. Please check again as we have tested this and it;s the latest version on the envato server. I just downloaded it and here is a fresh extraction of the archive from envato:

Unfortunately the thrive plugin is not tested with our theme and we have no idea of it’s functionality. Alternatively you could use visual composer on posts if you wish to have a content builder set-up, but I cannot provide any advice for the thrive plugin. Sorry.

Please try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear the cache memory then test again. You can also switch to a default wp-theme then, try to upload an image and check if the error is still there.

It depends on how you implement the ads. Our theme was designed to work with adsense but the theme will render any script you provide in the ad spots. If your code is not adsense, please try this method for implementing ads:

ALternatively yopu could use the adrotate plugin and test your ads with it to see if they display properly outside the theme;s ad system.

The author name is already a link but not to the author website but to the author page. That is why there is a website link below the author name. if you want to remove the link to the author page and replace it with the author’s website you have to edit this file and edit the function created for the post author by adding conditionals to it: http://screencast.com/t/mUQOXYcd

Unfortunately there is no setting in the theme panel for this. The sub-categories are grabbed automatically. The mega-menu was meant to display only one category at a time. You cannot have 2 categories in the same mega-menu. You will need custom modifications to do this. We recommend hiring a freelancer for it as there is no easy solution we can provide.

If you do not use a cdn, then you have nothing to reset… Simply disable the plugins and clear cache. then check your post in firefox again. Also if you have custom js modification, restore them to the theme defaults.

Instead of paying money to a developer to modify the theme files and having to re-add the modifications on updates (custom modifications are not update proof even if a child theme is used) why not select another block for your content that uses a different thumbnail like for example: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/block-6/
Please try to select different blocks from the menu to see how they display images. There are 21 blocks to chose from and each have different image sizes.

Ok, now I’m lost.
If you place an ad in custom ad 3, then that is the place your ad is. It does not move to an other place. You can use the ad spot in different parts of your site but the ad code is still in custom ad 3 no matter the device you set it to display in. I’m sorry but I’m just not getting it. You have only one instance of the custom ad 3 on your homepage and it;s the one I pointed out in my previous reply.

Unfortunately you will have to edit the plugin files if you want to add theme elements inside the bbpress forum. You can maybe use a do_shortcode function: https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/do_shortcode/ inside the bbpress.php file in the root folder of the theme:
for example if you want to add the trending now widget, create it inside a dummy page and enter classic mode and text mode(not visual) so you can get the shortcode for the element. Then you simply add it inside the function and paste it inside the file like so:

In the bbpress.php fiule, there are 3 cases with code in each section. there is the default sidebar case, the sidebar left case and the no sidebar case.
