The Speed Booster is an optional plugin, and it works only with the tested plugins.If you use other plugins, it will be automatically disabled, and I suggest to check this first in System Status. I have inspected your website and I noticed that you do not have the mobile theme enabled, right? Please notice that the mobile theme makes some troubles due to WP Super Cache plugin. Also, the WP Super Cache plugin is compatible with the mobile devices, but if you are using the Mobile Theme, please notice that you should make some changes for a better working. This could be a problem from wp super cache and not the browser. If you use the plugin, please use this method to fix the issue:

Every time, you have to use only the bundled version of Visual Composer because this is tested with the theme and should work as properly. If you are using another version of VC, notice that it could not work properly with the theme. Notice that the pages have to be editable with this version of Visual Composer. Try to make a new FTP install for your Visual Composer, clear all your caches and check the results.

First of all, ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme (and also, for the mobile theme), only the required plugins which come bundled with the theme packet. If you are using some untested plugins, please try to disable all of them, leave just Visual COmpsoer to active, clear all your caches, purge CDN files and check the results.

Please try to revert the theme to the default state, remove all your additional customization if you have, clear all your caches and check the results. Please keep in mind that the smart list feature work as properly and the Caption is well aligned as you can see in the above example. If the problem is still there, please try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins.

I have checked your console and I notice that you have some js errors which can come from your untested plugins. I checked your source page and I saw that you do not disable all of them. Please try to revert the theme to the default state, without any untested plugins, leave just Visual Composer, clear all your caches and check the results. Also, if the problem is still there, please try to make a new fresh install via FTP way, clear all your caches and check the results.
