Hello harmario,

The Speed Booster is an optional plugin, and it works only with the tested plugins.If you use other plugins, it will be automatically disabled, and I suggest to check this first in System Status. However there is a workaround to make it also work with other plugins, you can read more here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/speed-booster-not-compatible-with-vaultpress/

Thanks for your understanding!

Hello Kystlandet,

Do you have read this link? -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ because there you will find the solution. The mobile theme plugin should have to be loaded as a new plugin from theme packet. -> https://www.screencast.com/t/okKklwUeUcg0

Please try to follow all the steps from our guide if you want to bring best results.

Hello leonniel,

Unfortunately, our theme does not have any such an option for it, sorry! Hello PatWire,

If you want to add a horizontal line between posts from Block 21, you should use a bit of CSS code to do that. Try the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area.

.td_module_16 {
padding-bottom: 20px;
border-bottom: 2px solid green;
margin-top: 20px;
}

The result is here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/htaXxBaG2

Hello solidpumba,

I have inspected your website and I noticed that you do not have the mobile theme enabled, right? Please notice that the mobile theme makes some troubles due to WP Super Cache plugin. Also, the WP Super Cache plugin is compatible with the mobile devices, but if you are using the Mobile Theme, please notice that you should make some changes for a better working. This could be a problem from wp super cache and not the browser. If you use the plugin, please use this method to fix the issue:
Use this link and add the customization as marked here: https://github.com/Automattic/wp-super-cache/pull/185/files
Edit wp-cache-phase1.php and add the green code from the right column as it shows there.

Hope this helps!

Hello ony123456,

Unfortunately, it is not an easy task to change the boxed layout for the header, as the site will become boxed when background color(or image) is added. You could try to use media queries to change this for desktop – http://screencast.com/t/vIA97kLL6S

@media (min-width: 1180px) {
.td-boxed-layout #td-outer-wrap{
width: 100% !important;
}
.td-main-content-wrap {
width: 1164px !important;
margin-left: auto !important;
margin-right: auto !important;
}
.td-boxed-layout .td-header-menu-wrap.td-affix {
left: 0;
right: 0;
}
}

Please note that also the footer will become full – http://screencast.com/t/pqdCnTK5v

Hope this helps!

Hello joeville9ja,

Every time, you have to use only the bundled version of Visual Composer because this is tested with the theme and should work as properly. If you are using another version of VC, notice that it could not work properly with the theme. Notice that the pages have to be editable with this version of Visual Composer. Try to make a new FTP install for your Visual Composer, clear all your caches and check the results.

Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Hello crazydiver,

Please provide your website URL so I can take a closer look and also, so I can inspect it closer and provide your a more accurate response. First of all, ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme (and also, for the mobile theme), only the required plugins which come bundled with the theme packet. If you are using some untested plugins, please try to disable all of them, leave just Visual COmpsoer to active, clear all your caches, purge CDN files and check the results.

Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Hello nano,

Unfortunately, until now, we have not faced with this type of problem, sorry! Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme and also, the most recent version of required plugins which come bundled with the theme. Hello nano,

I have created a simple, smart list 2 on my side, with your images and some captions and everything seems to work as expected, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/5V7Dm9qs7o Also, I have checked your console, and I saw that you have some js errors through it which can influence which can affect the proper functioning of the theme. Please try to revert the theme to the default state, remove all your additional customization if you have, clear all your caches and check the results. Please keep in mind that the smart list feature work as properly and the Caption is well aligned as you can see in the above example. If the problem is still there, please try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins.

Hope this helps!

Hello portuga,

I have checked on my side, and the Infinite load for Blocks seems to work as expected, without any problems. I have checked your console and I notice that you have some js errors which can come from your untested plugins. I checked your source page and I saw that you do not disable all of them. Please try to revert the theme to the default state, without any untested plugins, leave just Visual Composer, clear all your caches and check the results. Also, if the problem is still there, please try to make a new fresh install via FTP way, clear all your caches and check the results.

Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
