Unfortunately, our mobile theme has been designed to use the featured sorting for Big Grid and the Latest sorting for Latest articles and never you will have the case with duplicated posts because the sorting method differs in this cases. So, if you have additional customizations through code, you will have to try to implement yourself the offset method to avoid the twice posts because as you can see, it is not a simple task and this involve custom work.
If you want to develop our theme through adding the new options and features and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide customization services and also, we cannot provide support for your customizations.

I suppose that you are referring to the fact that when you are installing the mobile theme you will get 2 different editors -> the mobile editor, like this-> http://screencast.com/t/msRGBBqQx5cV and then if you scroll down you will see the Visual Composer editor, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/LQCXgMrJw Please notice that in the mobile editor you can edit the mobile page (only with text) because others Visual Composer elements will not be displayed on your mobile theme because the mobile plugin will not render the Visual Composer shortcodes. The structure of the page with our mobile theme installed is -> Big Grid will display the posts which are placed in Featured category, your desired text which you enter in the mobile editor and the related articles.

A lot of people install the plugin without knowing what it does and after that they add many plugins and some of the them are not written fine so the developer took this decision. If you want to always enable speed booster, delete this code from speed booster file: http://screencast.com/t/RZLIOPUNdqh
Please notice that our theme is not tested with multisite mode (plugins) and we cannot recommend using this type of plugins with our theme because its were not made any tests in this regard. Please try to use our theme only with tested plugins for better results.

1) I suppose that you want to remove the post title in our modules because it is too bigger. If you want this, you have to use a bit of CSS code to hide it. Please try the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area.

2)Unfortunately, we do not recommend to change the height of this feature because you can damage the layout of the theme and the responsiveness. 3)Unfortunately, this is the java script animation and you cannot change it very easy. Also, if you want to change it, you will have to check the theme.js file from our theme and try to do that. If you are not aware of the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide customization services at the moment, sorry!

Please ensure that you have the right version of Social Counter in order to achieve best results. So, if you have the latest version of Newspaper (v 7.0) you should have the Social Counter 4.0 and if you have Newspaper 6.7.2 version you should have 3.2 version. Please notice that in both cases you will have the Visual Composer 4.11.2 version. Try to clear all you caches and test in again and check the results.
So, please notice that our theme does not have tested the premium version of Revolution plugin and it is not available with our theme. All of the theme plugins are come bundled with our theme folder which you can download from Theme Forest. Unfortunately, this error could come from a big number of problems. I believe it happens due to a server configuration which is not responding, it could be due to a delay or it could also be a temporary issue so you can try this a few times and if you still get this error please contact your host provider and let him know about this, ask them to unblock our demo in order to retrieve the theme data. It could also happen due to your wp install or other plugins might also cause this. Also, make sure that your permission for the upload folder is set correct. You can check this by trying to upload an image in the media library. If the process succeeds then the permission is okay. If not you can use the c-panel to change permissions (set them to 777) or if you do not have access to the Cpanel, please contact your hosting provider.

This is just the behaviour of this plugin. First of all, you have to create your shortcode and then you have to place the code in core file according to smart list used by you. Unfortunately, our theme does not have such an option for category pages pagination, sorry! So, please notice that the Infinite loading+Load More button can be set it as you wish. By default, this button loads the first three sets of posts and then the Load More button will appear. Please ensure that you’re using the latest version of Visual Composer (4.11.2) because this was fully tested with the latest version of WordPress (4.5.2) and works as properly. If you are using an older version of Visual Composer, please notice that this will not work as expected with the WordPress 4.5.2 because of a conflict. Please update all your plugins to the latest versions, clear all your caches and test it again.

Please notice that our theme was fully tested in this regard before to be released and you should not have these type of errors. As you can see, the problems appear on your side and probably is caused by your settings.
So, first of all, please try to do a full backup to your data, according to this documentation here -> https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Backups to rule out the way can loose all your data from your database and then try to do a fresh install only VIA FTP -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ because this is the surest method in this case. In the next step, you will have to disable ALL your plugins and leave just Visual Composer to active -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/ (for Newspaper 7 -> Visual Composer 4.11.2), clear all your caches, purge all CDN files if you are using CDN and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins and if you are using the Child theme, please try to switch to the main theme. So, please try to bring your old website to the default settings to rule out all the potential errors which could appear when you customize your side.
