Please ensure that you are using the latest version of Social Counter (4.0) for the latest version of our theme (7.0), clear all your caches and then see how it works. Also, for good results, please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.

Before you install this plugin, please ensure that you have removed the old plugin folder from your side, otherwise, you will get this error -> the file already exists and the plugin will not be install.

First of all, please check your plugin’s list and if you have the Wordfence security plugin, please try to disable because the latest version of WordPress generate the interference with this plugin and create this type of issue. Also, for good results, we recommend using only our untested plugins, without any untested plugins because these could create a lot of unknown issue in theme and thus your rule out the conflicting plugins.

Unfortunately, our theme does not have such an option which allow you to add another additional menu under our main menu, sorry! Please notice that is not a simple task and if you want to implement it in our theme, is required custom work and we cannot provide this type of services at the moment, sorry! If you want to display more levels in our theme and you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you in this case or you should try some plugins with this functionality and see how it work for your side.

The DoubleClick ads aren’t recognized by theme’s ad system and the code is rendered as it is. The theme only works using google Adsense ad codes: https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads/ … for another type of ads you can either use wp text widget or a plugin like Simple Ads Manager or AdRotate to render the code then use theme’s ad spots. Please ensure that your latest update was loaded successfully. So, to be sure, please try to make a fresh install and update the theme only through FTP because this is the surest method to do an update. Also, after doing that, please install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme (Visual Composer 4.11.2, Social Counter 4.0). Before doing an update, please ensure that you have removed your old theme to avoid the installation errors.

Te rog sa observi ca tema noastra s-a schimbat si in privinta codului de la versiunea 4 la versiunea 6 iar fisierele nu mai corespund. Daca doresti sa implementezi un nou Custom Ad, va trebui sa faci modificari in urmatorul fisier din tema si anume panel_ads.php -> http://screencast.com/t/lxUPIQfO8mDe Te rog sa observi ca primul Custom Ad 1 incepe de la linia care ti-am selectat-o cu albastru si identificata cu sageti rosii si se termina cu o conditie asemanatoare cu cea de la inceput dar va avea ca parametru ‘box-end’ -> o vei identifica usor deoarece de acolo vei vedea ca incepe codul pentru Custom Ad 2 si tot asa. To ce trebuie tu sa faci este sa iei aceasta bucata de cod, de la inceput pana la sfarsit (tot codul pentru un Custom Ad) si dupa ce se termina ultimul Custom Ad, adica Custom Ad 3 sa adaugi acest cod pentru a face Custom Ad 4. Foarte important este sa urmaresti tot codul si sa inlocuiesti cu numarul 4 sau care este urmatorul ->> custom_ad_4 sa fei peste tot.
Pe viitor, daca mai ai alte probleme, posteaz-o intr-un alt topic deoarece va fi mult mai usor de gestionat pentru noi. Atunci cand postezi mai multe probleme intr-un topic si incepe sa se aglomereze, nu se mai intelege nimic, dar asa, pentru fiecare problema in parte daca se creeaza un alt topic, totul va fi clar si rezolvabil.

Usually, these problems appear if you are having the cache. Please try to clear all your caches, purge the CDN file if you are using the CDN and also, if you have the cache on your server, please try to clear all. Also, if you do not have access to clear the cache for your server, please contact the hosting provider and they should solve this problem.
P.S We had this problem and have solved with these tips.
