This situation is not related to the theme and it’s related to the migration, so the first thing you should check are the images folders to be the same as on the place were it has been migrated. If the images are there, then use a regenerate thumbnail plugin, like this one https://wordpress.org/plugins/force-regenerate-thumbnails/

What you say is that the key is assigned only on 2 domains, this is because because you are not allowed to used it on more then 2 domains, if you try the unassign/assign button/link will be locked.
Now in case that the other 2 domains no longer use the theme, or no longer exists it, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the license key, we’ll make a request to be checked.
