Hi Pita,
Thankyou for contacting us!
Unfortunately, there are no options to decrease site margin, the Newsmag theme has a fixed with of 1024px and is coming in boxed version for all prebuild website. Only Newspaper theme has the option to stretch the rows for increase or descries the website margins.
Thank you for your understanding!

Hi,
If the footer template that you use is a premade one “footer style 1” then the only what to change the name is to translate it from the theme panel > translate https://i.imgur.com/tgGE7Pl.png (to remove it you can set a blank space). Now if you use another footer style, then you need to change/remove the block title from appearance> widgets and check the footer holders -> https://i.imgur.com/4dPIzwJ.png
I hope this will help you!
Thank you!

Hi,
Unfortunately, the filters from categories can not apply on pages.
For pages you can use only the individual filters per blocks https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-block-settings-tutorial/
Thank you for your understanding!

Hi southfans, that section in red rectangular is the “Latest article” section, you can remove it from homepage like this -> https://i.imgur.com/Nfi1DOC.png edit the page then set the page template on default -> https://i.imgur.com/HnkR8V7.png in this way the code for that section will no longer load fort the page set as homepage.
Another solution is with css (but this is not indicated):
.home .td-pb-article-list {
display: none;
}

The above css will hide the latest section but only for the page set as homepage.
I hope this will help you!

Hi,
The point is that most of the elements from tagDiv Standard Pack can be replaced so you can disable it to load a less css.
Here is an article about the elements from this plugin https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-update-standard-pack-or-tagdiv-cloud-templates/ also here is the topic from forum -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/action-required-please-read-how-to-update-to-the-newspaper-theme-v-10/ about this.
Also the only problem that I see seems to be related to the logo -> https://i.imgur.com/LegmHc0.png when this is loaded is take a lot of space and after it is display is reduce to normal.
Thank you!

Hi,
I think that you can achieve this using the tagDiv Composer, select the blocks, set on them classes or edit the flex blocks https://i.imgur.com/L1gnEIl.png
Also the flex blocks are using the featured image as background.
If this is not what you mean, please provide a some more details.
Thank you!

Hi,
For ‘Image Info Box’ you’ll need to combine the font awesome plugin with an extra class on element like this -> https://i.imgur.com/uUeAOFk.jpg then on that class you’ll add a css like this one ->

View post on imgur.com

.my-extra-class .tdm-btn-text:before{
font-family: FontAwesome;
content: '\f392';
margin-right: 5px;
}

The css can be set in the theme panel > custom code> custom css.
I hope this will help.

Hi,
Please do not share your private license on forum (once that you have access on forum means that you have a valid license key).

1. Are you using the mobile theme plugin? Maybe this is a cache problem. Please provide some more details and some screenshots.

2. If I’m right you are referring to infinite loading (the posts that are loading at the end of the accessed post), for this, you’ll need to edit the single post template with tagDiv Composer and disable the infinite loading.
-> https://tagdiv.com/infinite-loading-for-single-posts/ from post -> https://i.imgur.com/yIf6fA3.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/KeclHLS.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/4jHIHFY.png

I hope this will help you!

Hi Atithya, the place indicated by Bettina it is used for analytics code, so if your code is for analytics you can set it there (you can set as many codes you want).
Now if your code need to be set between tags, then you need to set it here -> https://i.imgur.com/8EEzI2Y.png
Also, in each place there is no limit for the code that you can add.
I hope this ill help you!

Hi AjitSirohi, are yo using the mobile page template? If is so, then you need to check the Landscape layout -> https://i.imgur.com/G4px5DC.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/udPYeb1.png
I hope this will help you!

Calin

Hi AjitSirohi,
From what theme version did you update the theme? Do you have a backup ?
Also did you updated all the theme plugins? For example if you used standard templates, then you’ll need to install tagDiv Standard Pack, for cloud templates you’ll need tagDiv Cloud Library. All those can be installed from Newspaper > plugins.
Also your homepage looks like is displaying the latest posts, so it is like is not set an homepage, so what you can do after install the theme plugins is to use a theme panel backup -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-export-theme-settings/
I hope this will help you!

Hi Bill Dunk,
I think that you have an object cache file store on your server and that it is way the settings are no longer coming from database and will come from that object cache.
We have a guide from how to check the Object Cache if is apply on Backend -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/
Let us know the results!
Thank you!

Hi,
If the problem is only for some cloud templates, then it can be from some settings made on them, so, you can use the revision -> https://i.imgur.com/PI3wZFC.png in this way you’ll get the version before setting the shotcodes.
And in case that the problem is still persisting, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com provide wp-admin access and include the link of this topic.
Thank you!

Hi,
In case that your website has been hacked, then are more steps that need to be done, because most of the times hackers leave a way to can get back on your website.
-> https://www.siteguarding.com/en/what-to-do-if-your-website-has-been-hacked#
To prevent your website to be hacked, indeed is not not enough only to install the theme, you’ll need to add extra settings and plugins for security. For this you can check this guide:
https://www.hostgator.com/blog/3-easy-steps-that-protect-your-website-from-hackers/
Indeed, the Wordfence, and Sucuri are some necessary plugins.
Thank you for your understanding!

Hi,
The theme builder is not display do to an option from a plugin that you are using. From your screenshot I think it is from the Jetpack Toolbar, please check our guide from here https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/ for how to solve it!
Thank you!

Calin

Hi mode8.jp, can you please change the category template, in this way you can see if the problem is related to the template or not. If the problem persist, please make a test using only tagDiv plugins and see if the problem persist or not.
If the problem is still there, then we’ll need to investigate this situation, for this, please make a full backup and contact us at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin and cPanel access. We’ll check it as soon as possible.
Thank you!

Please check our guide for how to install the Newspaper theme
-> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-wordpress/

Just make sure that when you upload the zip, you upload only the theme and not the entire package.

Hi Piotrk87, if you are using the woocommerce without the theme plugin tagDiv Shop, then there are no options in our theme to edit the woocommerce.
What you can do is to use a css -> https://pluginsforwp.com/blog/change-woocommerce-button-color/
I hope this will help you!

Calin

Hi Mara,
The most easy way will do with a custom css -> https://i.imgur.com/ZxnTQjz.jpg

.td-fashion-pro .wp-caption .wp-caption-text {
    background-color: #fff;
    border-left: solid 10px #fc8a00;
}

The code need to be set in the theme panel > custom code> custom css.
Thank you!

Hi,
If the mobile version was deliver on desktop, then this problem was from the cache plugin that you are using, this do not know when to deliver the mobile cache version and when to deliver the desktop cache version. Usually, we recommend to use cache plugins with support for mobile cache. Please check the settings from the cache plugin that you are using.
