If I understand correctly, right now, you are using the mobile theme plugin, if is o, I think that this is disabled on that page using this option -> https://i.imgur.com/TGRbzfK.png in this way the content that is display on desktop will be display on mobile too.
If you already did that and is not working, please make a test using only the theme plugins and in case that the problem is still persisting, please contact us at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin access. We’ll check it as soon as possible!

Hi pawanpurohit? can you please let us know what host do you use and what resources is allocate for your website?
We tested our theme on more hosts until now we didn’t face this problem. Maybe your host has some custom settings, or maybe the resources are to low. If you let us know the host and settings that you have, we’ll test to see how it is working.
Also, the premium themes have some requirements that need to be set on host, if those can be provide on your host then the theme should work without problems.
If you want we can take a look and see what can be the situation, for this we’ll need wp-admin and cPanel access.

Maybe there are other conflicts.
Please make the bellow steps:
Reset the license key from Newspaper > System status, after that delete the tagDiv Composer plugin, then go in Newspaper > plugins and reinstall the tagDiv Composer plugin from there and activate the theme with the license key.

The amp version has a simple design to make it as fast as it is possible, so our developers added the mobile theme as an amp template, but, indeed the settings for layout are only a few -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Also the /wp-content/plugins/td-composer/mobile/single.php is the right path for amp if you use it with mobile theme plugin, unfortunately, this can not be set in child theme, that file can be overwrite only in the original files.

Please make sure that you installed the theme correctly and you also activate theme.
What I can recommend is to reset the license key from the Newsmag > system status, after that delete the tagDiv Composer and reinstall it from Newsmag > plugins, then activate the theme.

The problem is from the extra border set on 2px on each iframe, unfortunately right now I do not know if this is a default css or is coming form some plugin, but to fix it just use this code

Set the code in the theme panel > custom code> custom css.

Most probably you have an error in console that can say exactly from where it is the problem.
It can be from some security plugins or modules from host, it can also be when the allow_url_fopen = off, also old versions when the images has a description.

I’ll like to have some more details about this situation, in this way I can have a clue about what happened. Can you please provide some more details, did you made some updates? Maybe you installed a plugin, changed a demo or something? Usually, those are cases when the tagDiv Cloud Library can be disabled and display default header and footer.

That is part from the page template, when you use the “Page builder + latest articles + pagination” and you can not add more elements (to remove it set the page template on default). When you can do is to change the number of posts ->https://i.imgur.com/CR72DLi.png to display more posts or reduce the elements from the sidebar widget.

The blog page was made using tagDiv Composer? because looks more like a default page that can not be edited. If was made using the theme builder, please make a test, set a different page as blog page and try to edit the page after that, most of the time is working, if works, then save the changes and set it back as blog page.

Most of the time the problem is from a shortcode that is not compatible with our theme, therefore after you set it with tagDiv Composer and save the page/cloud template, the next time when you try to edit it, you’ll get that error. Usually, when it is from a shortcode the problem is only on the pages that use that shortcode.
Also this can be a plugin conflict, so you can make a test using only tagDiv plugins.
