So the problem continues. You could try these solutions, they solved various composer issues previously
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/gray-page-tagdiv/
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/javascript-error-td-composer-wont-load/
Also try the composer on a new page, also try with a different browser. Let us know the results.

Don’t know about that plugin, I thought you were only using Yoast, and also tested with it only. We did not make any tests with the plugin you mention. Between AMP and the Yoast plugin we have not identified any conflicts or issues.

Hi,

I see you have installed the fitness demo, please check these topics

Thanks

From what I can see you are using theme version 8.7.2 in that version the setting was not yet implemented.
If you don’t want to update I could give you a code to chnage the links colors for the inline text, like this
https://www.screencast.com/t/cOYXcJcgIu
Use any color you want, the code can be entered in the Theme panel->Custom CSS code section

.tdm_block_inline_text a {
color: yellow;
}

If you decide to update the theme to the latest version, this is a guide
https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Check the changelog here (to bottom of the page)
https://themeforest.net/item/newspaper/5489609
Note than since 8.7.5 the multi-purpose and tagDiv composer were combined into a single plugin. Also the Cloud library plugin was introduced
https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/

Hi,

So the problem is whit the ad displayed on top of the website. That is not a theme ad spot, so maybe you entered the code somewhere in the theme files. The ad seems to be placed just after the body tag, check in the header file
https://www.screencast.com/t/Z16W6pWt
Actual ad codes should be entered in the theme panel, I believe Google provides verification codes that have to be entered in the theme header. Check and let me know.

Thanks

We could take a look at those text elements, send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login access as well as cPanel if possible.

We may need to deactivate your plugins for testing, or you can try that for yourself and mention it in the email. Include a link to this topic in the email.

You could try to replicate that website with the tagDiv composer. There are many blocks and grids to choose from to display your posts
https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/
You can see them all in the live demo, check the “Features” menu. Also there are multi-purpose elements. Build a new page and start experimenting with the elements, row layouts etc. For full width results you can stretch the rows
https://www.screencast.com/t/WrvV0gKfnlA5
You can set background colors, images or videos for row, check the row settings
https://www.screencast.com/t/bbLWShGAzM

Also there are many demos you can check out, maybe you will decide to install a demo. See them all here
https://demo.tagdiv.com/select_demo/select_demo_newspaper

Hi,

I have inspected your website homepage and a few posts, they are all marked as secure at the moment
https://www.screencast.com/t/Tar7BoxPWgPx
There are no insecure content or mixed content notices. Maybe you resolved the problem.

Thanks

Hi,

Indeed, any changes made to the plugin files will be lost after an update and you will have to make them again. We will try to add an option for CSS in the panel over future updates. But for the moment the only solution would be as mentioned above.

Hi,

Try with other sizes of the same logo if available. Also try with a jpg format as a test, in some cases setting a bigger size logo solved the problem. This issue happens very rarely, we did not identify what exactly is causing it however.

Thanks

Hi,

From what I can see all your images have a fixed with of 600px or 550px
https://www.screencast.com/t/mED7HCPHLO
How exactly did you enter the images in the post content? This should not happen if you entered them through the default WordPress editor
https://www.screencast.com/t/LMCtmtK1
Check in the post edit screen Text tab, if there are any fixed widths for the images remove them
https://www.screencast.com/t/kGCBQWMOMX

Try to create a new test post, enter some images in it through the Add media button, check how they display on mobile. By default the images are responsive, so there should be no problem.

Thanks

@Johann We could take a look, send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login. We will take a look at the homepage issue. Please include a link to this topic in the email.

Hi,

From that screenshot I couldn’t say what is the problem. I also checked our website, there are no errors currently
https://www.screencast.com/t/xuDB2sY8
The website loads fast for me – https://www.screencast.com/t/CFkMc6Lwoy
Maybe it loads slower when the traffic on the website increases.

Be sure to check the theme requirements guide as well
https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

Simion C.

I could try with the same settings, what are you de-indexing exactly and how?
In our tests there are no such problems, the Yoast plugin works with our AMP plugin same as before.

Simion C.
tagDiv Staff

Hi,

That may happen, we have not made any tests in the matter with that plugin. The new templates are similar to pages, they do not have actual template files such as the default predefined post templates.
They will work with the default WordPress comments, maybe in the future there will be options to select comments source.

Hi,

I also made a test with the page you mention on mobile (with Chrome browser)
https://www.screencast.com/t/JMJNorium
The page content seems to appear for me as well. Only if you use the mobile theme plugin you have to create two versions of each page, one for desktop and one for mobile
https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

Thanks

Hi,

Try to analyze the website and see what is loaded and what can be optimized. Check with GTmetrix or Google insights
https://gtmetrix.com/
https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/

Such flashes may be caused by the speed booster plugin in some cases, maybe you have that installed. Each custom CSS code used or additional style, or font is applied over the initial or default settings, so there could be a slight flash before the final CSS loads.

Thanks

Hi,

When a smart list is created in a post, this will remove all your article ads (top, inline and bottom ads). That would be the current functionality.

If you use the smart list styles 6, 7 or 8 you can place an ad in the smart list
https://www.screencast.com/t/lXEU8ZbnHjt

For me your website appears as https currently

Hi,

I believe only the first version of the plugin had a center alignment of the header logo. After the second version of the plugin the logo has been left aligned. We made it similar to the Yoast SEO website
https://yoast.com/social-media-optimization-with-yoast-seo/amp/
A setting does not exist to change the location of the logo at the moment.

Thanks

Simion C.

If that is the content of a post, you can increase the line height of the paragraphs. In the theme panel here
https://www.screencast.com/t/5UhRHECscoa
If it’s not the post content, mention where the text is located or even better provide a link to the page in question.

Hi,

What exactly do you mean? the whole website is blank, empty? Are there any errors in the console? Please check with your hosting, something must have happened with the website.

You could try to deactivate all plugins by FTP, this may solve the problem
https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-deactivate-all-plugins-when-not-able-to-access-wp-admin/

Also be sure to check the theme system status panel and carefully read the requirements guide
https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

Thanks

Hi,

@Johann
You can edit the page in the back-end
https://www.screencast.com/t/O9kkhtkM8CQ
If you entered any code or non-composer element in the page you could remove it from there. Then try to edit it again. Once the problem element is removed the error should not be displayed anymore. Pages should contain only elements that were added with the composer, adding other content or code may cause such problems.

Hi,

Seems that also you are missing all the WordPress editor options
https://www.screencast.com/t/ZY0faKZPtO
Does the issue happen in a new page or only for that page? try to clear all the caching you have, also CDN if you use that. Clear the browser cache or force refresh the page when editing (Ctrl+Shift+R). Let us know.

Simion C.

Hi,

So the issue happens only with the homepage? if you create a new page or edit other pages there is no problem? We could take a look, send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, also cPanel if possible. Include a link to this topic in the email.

The revolution plugin has settings of it’s own
https://www.screencast.com/t/L8tiPvYL9Si
The full plugin documentation is here – https://www.themepunch.com/revslider-doc/slider-revolution-documentation/

It is a very complex plugin with many settings, we provide some demo sliders which can be imported
https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-revolution-sliders-on-demos/
You can also create your own sliders or modify the imported ones as you want, we have no recommendations for that, use what you think is best.
