Hi,

So the problem is when placing the Instagram element in a page. Test with a different ID, check if this works
https://www.screencast.com/t/qONoEuAWYbh
Note that if you use older versions of the theme, it will not work. Instagram made changes to their code. That meant that Instagram elements of the theme stopped working. We provided temporary solutions on the forum
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/social-counter-and-instagram-problem/
The issue was officially fixed in theme update 8.7.3, please check changelog here
https://themeforest.net/item/newspaper/5489609

Thanks

Hi,

1. That will be the case. Post template 11 related articles section is displayed in a full row. Note that the related articles count works like this, when there is no sidebar used or in case of using this post template that you mention (wider layout) the count will be 5 posts/row
https://www.screencast.com/t/VozevVPCKWvr
So in this case 2 rows mean 10 posts. If you use a sidebar for example there will be 3 posts/row.

2. If you mean the block header style, there is only one setting for it. The general setting in the theme panel. However after coming updates, this could be possible.

Thanks

Hi,

It seems that the server could be denying access to a file from the tagDiv composer plugin. That probably means that none of the text elements work, in all pages. Check if that is the case. If it is, you could contact your hosting provider and check what exactly is this rule that forbids the access.
Maybe an exception can be created so that the composer can function correctly. Let us know the results.

For the moment the newsletter element can only be used on pages. But note that the newsletter plugin simply ads some style to the form, nothing else. In sidebars you can enter your form code in text widgets to display it.
Before this plugin existed that would be how it worked for pages as well, placing a text element in the page and entering the form embed code in it.

Glad it worked. Let us know if you have more questions, or you need help with something. We will try to help you.

There is no setting specific for this, all the grid styles are predefined
https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/full-big-grid-8/

So you want to change the color of the text on hover as well, use this code in addition

.td_block_big_grid_fl_8.td-big-grids-fl .td_module_wrap:hover .entry-title a {
color: #111;
}

The hover color will be the one you set in this code. Change it if needed or use it as it is.

You can insert the gallery through a text element

Salut,

Intr-adevar putem conversa si in romana in continuare.

Este luata in considerare si aceasta posibilitate. Dar pentru moment nu este posibil.

Multumesc!

Hi,

Then it could be the ads you are using. Try using Adsense ads with defined placement instead of auto placed ads
https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/160534?hl=en
The size can be left on auto in the theme, and the served ads will be based on their location
https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads-adsense-overview/

Hi,

Maybe it is a cache issue. Since the latest theme update (8.7.4) Facebook in the social counter requires just the ID, no other information is required
https://www.screencast.com/t/xHY0BW6aCsf
So no need for Facebook security keys or tokens. Try accessing your cache plugin settings and clear it. Then check again.

Thanks

Hi,

You can use any YouTube videos as row background. Indeed it seems that the video background on mobile does not start automatically. It should be the same as on desktop. I will add this on our list and it will be fixed as soon as possible. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi,

So that code is appearing below every image in the post masonry grid. Does it happen in a new page when you place that element? What version of WPBakery page builder are you using?
Seems to mention custom CSS, check the section of custom code in the theme panel, check the WPBakery custom CSS as well
https://www.screencast.com/t/VSTk4smxAHp
I tested that element, but it looks right to me
https://www.screencast.com/t/VSTk4smxAHp
I am using the latest version of the theme (8.7.4) and provided WPBakery plugin (5.4.7).

Hi,

You can provide us any admin account you have or create a testing admin user. This is required for us to investigate. Send this information by email only, do not share it on the forum.

Regarding the issue with the composer, the first thing to check would be the theme requirements, system status section
https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
It is imperative that the parameters mentioned in the guide are configured properly. Insufficient resources can cause many issues with the theme, the plugins or other issues. If needed ask your hosting provider to increase them as specified.

Does the composer work if you create a new page and use it? What exactly happens when it is not working? Is it fixed if you deactivate all plugins except theme plugins?

In some cases the solutions from these topics worked for tagDiv composer problems, you could give them a try if possible
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/gray-page-tagdiv/
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/javascript-error-td-composer-wont-load/

Let us know the results.

Thanks

Hi,

That would mean that you have purchased the WPBakery plugin, that is why it is premium. We provide a bundled version of the plugin in the theme package as well.

The newsletter element we provide can only be used with the tagDiv composer. This element will simply provide some design for the form you use, nothing else. So you could simply not use it, embed your form in text elements and display it where you want with the WPBakery plugin.

I believe you are referring to the social icons element
https://www.screencast.com/t/5OcWvMEZUf
This is added by the multi-purpose plugin. This plugin will add more elements to the tagDiv composer list
https://www.screencast.com/t/gBdPpBAvbx
Since the tagDiv composer is now the main page builder of our theme, the multi-purpose plugin and newsletter plugin will only work with it, not WPBakery. So deactivate and remove them if you use WPBakery, there is no point for them being active.
There are many newsletter plugins online, simply search for them and try some. Choose the one you like best.

Thanks

Hi,

It is the multi-purpose plugin, it can be installed from the theme plugins panel
https://www.screencast.com/t/H3BaM6R5uSN1
So either active this plugin as I mentioned above, or edit the page with the tagDiv composer and remove those multi-purpose elements.

Thanks

@bariskan I checked your website and browsed it for a while. Seems you resolved the problem, it is not happening for me. Are there specific things I have to do for it to happen? No matter what page I visit or post, the slide issue in not happening.

Simion C.

1. Glad you solved the problem, I made some tests myself with anchors but could not reproduce the issue you mentioned.

2. I installed the nature demo, I left the default header style (multi-purpose 2)
https://www.screencast.com/t/2M7WDslMK3a
Tried other header styles but I cannot reproduce the problem. We could take a look if you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login.

3. Fonts may not look the same on all browsers or OS. maybe try to use fonts that look similar across all browsers
https://websitesetup.org/web-safe-fonts-html-css/

6. Change the font of the columns title in the composer. There is no specific setting for the column title font in the theme panel. Use any size you want and be sure to specify units (pixel or other)
https://www.screencast.com/t/6NoUdPbOiC

Simion C.

Hi,

Sorry if I misunderstood. Please try and provide all the details about the issue so we can investigate.
You published a post and then you did not see it on mobile. Are you using the mobile theme? if not are the grids/blocks set to display latest posts? Is that post a custom post type (mobile theme does not display custom post types)?

Let us know.
Thanks

Hi,

Could be the same issue from this topic
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/wp_booster-error/
Note that after a theme update, the tagDiv composer will be activated automatically
https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
Deactivate it if you use WPBakery page builder.

Thanks

Hi,

The logo seems to not be limited when in sticky mode. Tried to reproduce this using same header style and big logo, and it is limited in my case.
In your case the max-width limit is not applying for some reason, it should be like this
https://www.screencast.com/t/Yit2JQDTqVko
Try setting a mobile logo and use it for the affix
https://www.screencast.com/t/izoA7nnogSA

It would have been useful if you could mention the website where the large button is present, so I can see how it is made. On the website you provided there is no such button.

However I tried something similar, like this
https://www.screencast.com/t/cu0SOvvY

.td-post-sharing-bottom .td-social-facebook,
.td-post-sharing-visible {
display: block;
}
.td-social-facebook .td-social-but-icon{
width: 50%;
text-align: right;
}
.td-social-facebook .td-social-but-text{
width: 50%;
text-align:left;
}
.td-social-facebook i,
.td-social-facebook {
font-size: 20px;
}

You could modify the code if needed, then enter it in Theme panel->Custom CSS code section.

Hi,

You can’t add custom row layouts in the tagDiv composer, this is not an option with the current plugin. Maybe in the future it will be, I am not aware of such plans however.

If none of the existing row/inner row layouts are useful for your website, the only option would be to deactivate the tagDiv composer and use WPBakery page builder. I believe this has options to add custom row layouts.

Thanks

It may or may not be. The latest version of the theme is compatible with PHP versions up to 7.2. You could make a test and see if changing the PHP version has any effect. If the problem is only on one of the websites and not on the copy, then it may be something specific to it.
Maybe try and identify differences between them. Check plugins, code additions, theme modifications if any, child theme. Maybe try a theme reinstall as well.

Hi,

Maybe you are referring to the latest articles section settings, this section displays your latest posts.
If you do not see it’s settings, check if it is enabled in the screen options first

Hi,

The image captions will be displayed like this
https://www.screencast.com/t/YFCBZT7b
You could use a bit of CSS to style them to appear in the left corner of the image. Experiment with a code like this, see if it works properly.
https://www.screencast.com/t/f3vIGtcflu
I changed the color of the caption, but you can change it to a color you want (now it depends on the image, on some images it could not be so visible)

Enter it in Theme panel->Custom CSS

.wp-caption {
position: relative;
}
.wp-caption-text {
position: absolute;
right: 0;
top: 0;
color: #fff!important;
}

Thanks
