Now that is unusual, never seen this before. So in a post without a sidebar the featured image is displayed, but when a sidebar is set it disappears.
If you could provide a link to a post where a sidebar is set and the featured image is not displayed, we will inspect it.
Try making some tests, use a different sidebar, different post template, deactivate plugins and child theme. Something must be causing the issue, if it were a general issue then there would be more users mentioning this surely. I have made tests but everything is working properly. The theme live demo also has the latest theme version, and the featured images are appearing together with sidebars in then post page

Hi,
I have inspected some of your posts, from what I can see there are no such widgets in the post content or I did not fin d one that should have them, there are images inserted in the post content only. How exactly are you implementing these widgets in the post content? Make sure you are following the instructions provided by the widget author.
Maybe this would be helpful

Thanks
Hi,
You could wait for a while and try again later. I have tried loading a translation at this moment, there is no problem with it. Let us know if there still is a problem.
Thank you!
Installing a demo with content will provide the homepage structure, without content you will have to build the homepage. You could install the demo without content and use the homepage from the demo folders. Example
– https://www.screencast.com/t/v1a9rgPw
– https://www.screencast.com/t/YWSVjh51vqt
Then edit the page with the tagDiv composer and configure the grids and blocks to display the posts you want.
That happens when the mega-menu with sub-categories is not created properly
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/mega-menu/
Basically the item you choose to be a mega-menu should not have sub-menus
– https://www.screencast.com/t/JCZaeZOVRrG
If it has sub-menus these will be displayed under the mega-menu, as it happened for you.
That is not a bug, the mobile theme will not display the same content from desktop. It will not display pages built with the composer, content for mobile pages can only be entered through the mobile editor
– https://www.screencast.com/t/6Z2evNxsXE
This mobile plugin is optional, if you want to display the same content form desktop simply deactivate it. More about the plugin here
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
@stanisci There seems to be some theme design missing, that is why the author name looks broken. Enter this code in Theme panel->Mobile theme->Custom CSS
header .td-module-meta-info .td-post-author-name div {
display: inline-block;
margin-right: 2px;
}
Hi,
That would be possible with WPML and string translation, this is a similar topic
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/theme-translation-with-wpml-in-spanish/
But with Polylang I could not say if that would be possible however. It would depend on plugin settings.
Thank you!
The theme provided AMP plugin is only at the beginning, there are not may settings available at the moment
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/
– https://tagdiv.com/amp-newspaper-theme/
A demo post can be seen here
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_crypto/td-post-ethereum-millionaires-attract-attention-from-regulators/amp/
Featured videos are supported in the plugin. I don’t think contact form 7 forms will be displayed on AMP pages.
The plugin will receive more options and features in coming updates. The design is similar to the Yoast SEO website
– https://yoast.com/social-media-optimization-with-yoast-seo/amp/
It is up to you if you would like to use this plugin or keep using the implementation you have now. If that has more options that you require, which are not present in our plugin, you could keep using it for the moment.
Hi,
The Big grids can only be placed on full rows, that was always the intended usage for the big grid elements. Blocks can be placed on other layouts but grids can only be used on full rows.
The new row layouts provided by the multi-purpose plugin should be used only with multi-purpose elements. Blocks may not look properly when placed in such row layouts.
Thank you!
Hi,
Maybe the page content is not saved in the first place when you click on the save button
– https://www.screencast.com/t/E3q3LdY7N
It should display a success message.
Check the theme system status parameters
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Ask your hosting provider to increase the allocated resources if needed. Make sure the plugin is active in the plugins section, and the button will appear on pages (not posts). Deactivate all plugins as a quick test, leave only theme plugins active. Create a new page with the tagDiv composer and save it, then re-open it.
If there still is a problem, send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information, as well as FTP and cPanel access if possible. We will take a look.
Thank you!
Unfortunately I don’t understand exactly what you want to do. That is the footer logo, it can be changed in the theme panel. The same logo will be displayed on AMP pages. The AMP plugin is optional, you can choose not to activate it.
The plugin does not have at the moment options for custom CSS code, custom modifications could only be made in the plugin files if absolutely required.
Hi,
Indeed there seem to be many javascript errors in Chrome, while on Firefox everything works properly from what I can see. If it works on a default WordPress theme, that would suggest there is a conflict of some kind between the theme and those plugins.
Unfortunately we have not made any tests with such plugins, so I would not know why that is happening or that a solution would be. I believe there are other topics mentioning conflicts between those plugins and the theme, they seem to be incompatible.
Hi,
Use the social counter plugin provided in the theme package of the theme you currently have installed (8.6). If you updated from an older version to 8.6 reinstall it from the new package. The message should not be displayed anymore. Let us know.
Thanks
The theme uses the default WordPress search functionality, so the results with our theme will be the same as with default WordPress. The search from does not have any settings or filters.
There are advanced search plugins you could try if you require a search form with more settings and options. Such as these maybe
– http://www.wpbeginner.com/showcase/12-wordpress-search-plugins-to-improve-your-site-search/
Hi,
I don’t think you will find any related topics in the forum. The theme blocks and other elements that display posts will pick them according to your filtering and sorting you set for each of them
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/
The blocks will display posts from the categories you choose, also with the sorting you choose.
Renaming tags and categories should not be difficult. Edit them and rename them. A thing to note is that if you installed a demo with content, you should not use demo categories (or rename them). These will be removed when the demo is uninstalled or a different one is installed. Create new categories and tags instead.
Thanks
Hi,
That is not possible with the current theme options, that is how the latest sorting works and the intended way. The latest posts will be displayed in the order of publishing.
I honestly could not say if there are any plans to make modifications to the sorting options unfortunately. One method of arranging the posts as you want in the grids/blocks would be to enter their IDs in the post Id filter, but that may not be a solution since you would have to keep editing the page
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/
Thank you!
Hi,
I believe one of the sections you are mentioning is the Latest articles section on pages. This has filtering settings you can use
– https://www.screencast.com/t/xyGBcVUY0DB
– https://www.screencast.com/t/WNZM6UzRYC5
But the related posts section does not have similar settings. It will show automatically posts that have at least one category or tag in common with the currently viewed post.
Thanks
Hi,
If you would like to display a bigger logo image you will have to use one of header styles 9, 10 or 11. These do not have any limit in terms of logo dimensions
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/logo-favicon/
That would be a solution in this case, please try and use one of the mentioned header styles.
Thanks
Hi,
That code you mention will work as long as the mobile theme plugin is not active. There is a mistake in it, it is missing one of the ending accolades. Try it like this
@media(max-width:767px){
.td-menu-login-section{
display:none;
}}
There will be no more login displayed on mobile
– https://www.screencast.com/t/0wKDfgkmUsvG
Hi,
1. So you want all the socials to be of the same background, this could be done like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/cb7T6ZA41Nt
Enter this code in Theme panel->Custom CSS section
.td-social-colored .td-sp {
background-color: #00b0ff!important;
}
2. They have fixed width and height like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/hZMDHlAPKLd
You could reduce those values if needed, using the same code
– https://www.screencast.com/t/m2HYmIiJG8q
This is the code used in the example, give it a try
.td-social-colored .td-sp {
width: 44px;
height: 44px;
background-position: -14px -222px!important;
}
Thanks
Hi,
Found these similar topics with the same issue
– https://stackoverflow.com/questions/30753674/error-while-sending-query-packet
– https://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/community-support/wordpress/warning-error-while-sending-query-packet-pid929743
– https://www.blogginglove.com/warning-error-while-sending-query-package/
From what I see the problem could be related to a limitation of the hosting, you could contact them as well and see what they say.
Hi,
That could be caused by a plugin, most of the time that is the case. Try deactivating all plugins except theme plugins and check if the issue is solved.
That would be the mobile menu, this is loaded as well when on desktop. Maybe that is what you are referring to and would answer your question
– https://www.screencast.com/t/1qaMaUVUeWw
@atich The psd files for most of the demo logos are provided in the full theme package. So you could find the font used based on those files. I could inquire about it if you cannot find the find used.
The Speed booster plugin has a predefined plugin check list built in it. If it detects plugins that are not part of this list it will deactivate itself. This is intended because it could cause other plugins to not function correctly.
This check could be deactivated like this
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tinymce-advanced-and-other-various-disabling-speed-boster/
Then check if everything works properly with your other plugins.
