Please try and deactivate all plugins except theme plugins, Check if there still are errors. Disable temporarily optimization plugins and remove custom code, deactivate the child theme if used.

We only tested the Speed booster plugin with the recommended plugins. No other tests were made with similar plugins unfortunately. So I could not say why exactly the issue you mention is happening. Maybe keep making tests, follow online tutorials and resources and try different solutions.

This is not a theme issue, the option to create a mega-menu is displayed on a theme install with only theme plugins active

A gif format logo will not be displayed on AMP pages using our plugin, that is why the validation error is displayed. Remove or replace the footer logo with a different image (not gif) and there should be no more issues.
The plugin may support gif logos in the future.
