Hi,
Try it like this and see if it works properly – https://www.screencast.com/t/XW6dLgcnj0E
Or try the solutions from this topic to deregister the composer from posts
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/how-to-deregister-js_composer-css-and-javascript-file-on-single-posts/
Thanks
Hi,
There is a option to filter posts randomly as you can see here
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/
The element will display random posts from the category or categories set.
Thanks
Hi,
Yes you can deactivate the tagDiv composer and keep using the Visual composer. There is no rush to make the transition to the new front-end editor. However as it is specified in this guide – https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/ future updates will feature more options and settings exclusively for the tagDiv composer.
More about the the new composer here
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
Thanks
Hi,
You simply have to recreate your page with the new front-end composer, then set it as homepage. This will eliminate the need for Visual composer and you can deactivate it. It is not hard to use this editor, please check the useful links provided above.
Using the new tagDIv composer you can set a background for a row like this

Hi,
Try declaring the custom block in this file like the other blocks are
– https://www.screencast.com/t/AZArUxSjCB
It should show in the widgets section after you add it there, and you can use it as a widget. You will have to make the modification to main theme file in order to achieve this.
The td_config file is not supported by the child theme. You will have to make the modifications in the main theme file. Here you can see what files are supported for customization through the child theme
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/
Thanks
Hi,
That is where the actual login link and registration link are defined
– https://www.screencast.com/t/7OvV5yPlFxkw
If you use the mobile theme the file is this one
– https://www.screencast.com/t/ffJfqSwG
I don’t understand exactly what mobile cover you are referring to. Those are the files responsible with the theme login.
The background for the mobile background can be changed like this

Hi,
The theme will automatically create the necessary thumb sizes from the featured images you use. It will create thumbnails based on what thumb sizes are enabled in the theme panel
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-thumbs/
Each module has it’s own thumb size specific to it. This also influences how the images will look depending on the module used
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-vs-featured-image-size/
Thanks
Hi,
Maybe it is a caching issue if the count is not updating. Try clearing any caching installed. The host could have a cache also, you could check if that is the case.
I see that you have an older version of the theme, you should consider updating the theme as well to the latest version
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Thanks
Hi,
There is no problem if you activate your theme after updating it. If in the future you have any problem or issues what so ever with the theme activation, please contact us by email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information so we can investigate.
Thanks
Hi,
You could do that like this with the new page editor. First split the row in three columns
– https://www.screencast.com/t/3Icfo3ey
Then add a Image box element in each column
– https://www.screencast.com/t/jIxQHXFqd
Set 2 images in each image box
– https://www.screencast.com/t/n2qVDaW1lO66
It will look like this (you can set an image height for the images as well)
Also you can stretch the row and it will look like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/rxnWmrH7L
This can be achieved with Visual composer the same way basically, if you are not ready to use the new editor. Here is a guide describing the tagDiv composer
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
Also more information here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/
Thanks
Hi,
Please try to disable all your plugins, clear any caching installed then install and activate the mobile theme plugin. This could be a plugin conflict, this way you will rule out this case.
Thanks
Hi,
Please check the theme system status and make modifications to the mentioned parameters if needed, according to this guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Then install the composer manually, activate it and see if it working properly. Please let us know how it goes.
Thanks

Hi,
I have tested the search functionality on your website and it seems to work properly at the moment on desktop and on mobile, from what I can tell

Hi,
If you have installed the latest plugin version, try to clear the browser cache (Example for Chrome – https://www.screencast.com/t/f9Q66lPx1fY) or use a different browser, then set the social counter.
If it still does not work for you, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information so we can take a look. Leave the social counter configured.
Also paste a link to this topic in your email, so we can identify you.
Thanks
Hi,
That probably means that a plugin is causing the problem. I suggest you try to disable all your plugins except the ones provided with the theme, clear any caching installed and check to see if the problem is present. The mobile theme is and was working properly with the theme. It must be one of your plugins that is causing this issue. Some caching plugins have been responsible in similar cases.
Thanks
Hi,
Please note that is no rush to switch to the new composer. You just have to create a new page in the new front-end composer (recreate the same design or something different if you want) and then set this page as homepage. Like it is specified more elements will be added in future updates, just for the tagDiv composer. You should not use Visual composer and TagDiv composer at the same time, or edit pages created in Visual composer with the new editor.
You do not need to use the AMP plugin, the mobile theme is a mobile plugin that can be used by itself. More information here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thanks
Hi,
Sorry but the more tag will not work with our theme. The more tag will be ignored on the post itself.
Thanks

Hi,
Try the solution provided by Catalin in the other topic. If it does not work for you, it would be very helpful if you could provide a link to your website for a more accurate response.
Thanks
Hi,
Please try to disable all your other plugins except the tagDiv composer, clear any caching installed. The create a new page and try adding the video playlist with some videos and see if it works properly.
Thanks
Hi,
Please provide a link to your website where this is happening if possible, so we can inspect it. From what I can see the code is displayed in the excerpt field of the module.
Thanks
Hi,
You can see the plugins name in the screenshot provided above
– https://www.screencast.com/t/v8e4jMTB
In the plugins section they look like this

Hi,
Then something must be preventing the background ad from working properly. I have tested this on the new theme version and it works fine. Maybe you have custom code or have made theme modifications. Please try to install the theme again using this method
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Then while having only plugins from the them package active, test again. If it still does not work for you, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information so we can take a look. Also paste a link to this topic, so we can identify you.
Thanks
Hi,
I see that there are excerpts displayed on your website
– https://www.screencast.com/t/c8ySdBQZegu
– https://www.screencast.com/t/K6eMQc8Fbf4
Please note that not all modules and blocks display the excerpt field. Here you can see how all the blocks look in different layouts
