Hi,
Please note that there is no rush to make the transition form Visual composer to the new tagDiv composer. What you need to do is basically recreate your page the way you want using the new page editor, and when it is ready simply set that one as your homepage. So the new page has to be created entirely in the tagDiv composer.
It is not hard to use this editor, and the majority the elements form Visual composer are available in it.
Just follow the transition guide provided above and everything should work as intended.
Thanks
Hi,
The solution I suggested hides the admin bar for all users except admin, like you wanted. You can disable it for admin in the user settings for example
– https://www.screencast.com/t/h2aPux1G45OS
Also there are multiple solutions online that you can find an try regarding the removal of wordpress admin bar.
Thanks
Hi,
The sidebar does not get covered up when you scroll down the page. It remains at a distance below the menu – https://www.screencast.com/t/gSSQJwEFPr
Maybe you mean the space between the sidebar and menu when scrolled
– https://www.screencast.com/t/CSDYe4Sdf1
You could try this code if that is the case (enter it in Theme panel->Custom Css)
.td-ss-main-sidebar {
top: 74px!important;
}
Thanks
Hi,
The theme does not modify the image quality for the thumbnails it creates. It qll depdends on the images you use. For best results you should use bigger images in size, from which the thumbs will be created.
For the two modules you mentioned you are using somewhat smaller images
– https://www.screencast.com/t/Rlss8AgmyH31
– https://www.screencast.com/t/fYYjCkGts
And for a different one this image is used

Hi,
You should not edit a previously created page in Visual composer, with the tagDiv composer. You should simply recreate the page with the new front-end editor

Hi,
The transition to the new composer is meant to be as easy as possible. For this reason there is a level of compatibility and similarities between the tagDiv composer and Visual composer. Future theme updates will provide features exclusively for the new composer, that is why it is necessary to make the transition

Hi,
If the plugin you were using is not working anymore, you can search for other plugins with that capability and try them. Or try and use the code provided in this guide

Thanks
Hi,
I have installed the demo you mention but I do not have any problem what so ever. Try deactivating all your plugins except the ones provided with the theme, clear any installed cache and install the demo again. Also check the theme system status and make modifications if needed to the parameters mentioned in this guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Please let us know if you still have a problem.
Thanks
Hi,
Please try the solution and steps mentioned in this topic
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/facebook-app-just-sits-waiting-for-auth-on-follow-widget/
The problem you mention is fixed, and the working social counter plugin is provided in the theme package.

Hi,
Yes you will still be able to use those. The transition to the new composer is meant to be as easy as possible. Here is some more useful information

Hi,
We are in the process of modifying the theme documentation, and adapting it to the new version. Some elements are still displaying the last theme version, but we will make the necessary changes. You can check all the official theme documentation available accessing the link you mention.

Hi,
I believe that is a background set on a row, I could be mistaking. Please try and deactivate the tagDiv composer editor and see if the image you set is displaying properly. Please try to not use both editors at the same time for your pages, this may lead to problems. However you should consider recreating your page using the new front-end composer, as in future updates features will be added exclusively for this editor. Here is a guide for the page editor

Hi,
They seem to be added yes. But the translated text is not appearing on the cart page for me as well – https://www.screencast.com/t/ewNfvdYQYlxl
I don’t know why it is not working since the translation is available for these items. You could search online for similar problems translation the Woocommerce cart page, maybe you will find some solutions. Or maybe try to use the plugin mentioned andse if it can be done with it

Hi,
The only solution is to regenerate the thumbnails to create the proper image sizes needed for the modules
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-thumbs/
The method mentioned has worked and is working for other users that had this problem with the thumbnails. If you have tested with a new post and the thumbnail is created properly, then the theme is working fine. It is just a matter of regenerating the older ones, which should work with either of the regenerating tools mentioned.
Thanks
Hi,
We try our best to reply as soon as possible, but there is a high volume of activity on the forum at the moment, due to the new update and new tagDiv composer editor.
It seems that the theme maybe did not install properly. You should try this method for best results – https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Most important is to deactivate all the plugins except the ones provided with the theme, clear any caching installed and check again. On a fresh install the pagination works with no problem what so ever, also the background ad.
Thanks
Hi,
Please try to edit you page and remove the news ticker, then add it again. It should not display like that – https://www.screencast.com/t/r907jrZEab
Thanks
Hi,
The mobile theme plugin is optional, you can deactivate it if it does not work properly for you. The theme design is fully responsive and will adapt for the best results on every device.
Thanks
Hi,
You can use a Widgetised sidebar element for the front page
– https://www.screencast.com/t/CogcIgW1
Using this wigetised sidebar you can select from your available sidebars, in which you can have the widgets you want to use.
Please correct me if I misunderstand.
Thanks
Hi,
So I understand that you are not able to upload images to the media library. Please check the theme system status and make modifications to the mentioned parameters if necessary, according to this guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Thanks
Hi,
The new composer that was introduced in the latest theme update should not be used together with the Visual composer editor. You can just leave it deactivated for the moment. However you should try and use the new tagDiv composer to recreate your page, and only use it from now on. In future theme updates new features will be released exclusively for this page builder. Her is a guide for the new front-end editor
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
The sub-menu items background and text hover color can be changed in the theme panel

Hi,
Thank you for signaling this mistake in the theme panel, we will fix it as soon as possible.
Thanks
Hi,
Please provide a link to your website so we can inspect the issue. The search function is working properly on our end. This can be the result of a plugin conflict, or modifications to the theme. You could try to disable all your plugins except the ones provided with the theme, clear any caching installed and see if this fixes the problem.
Thanks
