Hi,

What I meant to say was that the mobile theme is using it’s own predefined template for the elements displayed, including the footer section. There will always be the same footer displayed, regardless of what you have on desktop, where you can customize the footer content or have predefined content in some footer templates. This is meant to make the mobile theme as light as possible and with good performance.
Please try this code to hide that text, just enter it in Theme panel->Mobile theme->Custom Css

.td-footer-description .block-title {
display: none;
}

Thanks

Hi,

I believe nothing has changed regarding the fonts in the latest update. If you plan on disabling the theme fonts and use other fonts, you could probably comment that whole code and it should not matter.

Hi,

You must register the custom header style here – https://www.screencast.com/t/WntAwIAxi
Use one of the existing templates as an example and create the new one in that file.

Hi,

There could be a conflict between plugins, please try as a test to disable all your plugins except Visual composer, clear any caching installed then check to see if the issue is still there. Also check any custom code you might have entered in theme panel, or directly to the theme files. Switch to the main theme if you are using a child theme to see if this has any effect.
Different plugins are compatible with different themes, it is just a matter of time until you find one that can cause problems. Please let us know how it goes.

Thanks

Hi,

Unfortunately this is no easy task and there is no easy solution I can provide to make the mobile theme support custom post types. Maybe this feature will be added in future theme updates, but I could not say for sure when this will happen. If you would like to implement something like this, it would require proper coding knowledge and probably a lot of work.

Thanks

Hi,

Please check any custom code you might have added in theme panel or directly to the theme files, regarding the page container or structure. Also check if you might have entered margins or padding for the rows that you are using in the page – https://www.screencast.com/t/nBkH2TJl9Z6 and modify or remove them.
If you are using a child theme, please try and switch to the main theme and check if this fixes this issue.
At last this could also be caused by problematic plugins, you could try as a test to disable them all except Visual composer and clear any caching installed. These steps should fix this problem, or at least help identify why this is happening.
I do not know exactly how that menu plugin works, or what options it has. You can use it for the menu, or use the default theme options and settings. You can create different styles of mega menus for example
https://forum.tagdiv.com/mega-menu/

Hi,

I understand what you would like to achieve. You would like to display all the sub-categories, without them being inside the category drop-down. Unfortunately there is no option available to make this happen. It would require modification in the theme code. This is how this section was designed also taking into account how it would look to have too many categories in that particular area. This is where the drop-down is being defined in the theme
https://www.screencast.com/t/zhJ64uKDiE4 if you would like to implement something like this.
If this would be easy to achieve I would me more than happy to provide a solution for you.
Please note that this requires coding knowledge, so maybe you should consider hiring a professional, because unfortunately we can not provide custom work at the moment. I am very sorry for any inconvenience created.

Thank you for understanding!

Hi,

I have inspected your page and the counter seems to be working properly at the moment, and counting the page views
https://www.screencast.com/t/8O09OR6Xac
https://www.screencast.com/t/EsbHVpBG
I see that you have multiple page view requests on that respective page – https://www.screencast.com/t/uYITmq5v2
These summed up could result in artificial statistic numbers, you should only use one way of implementing google analytics, in the theme panel for example. Maybe this topic could help you see if everything is working properly

Hi,

There is no option to insert ads in the category pages, except in the sidebar used on that category page. Or maybe by a plugin that can be used to place the respective ad. The post comments are available for posts, and you can also activate comments on pages, but unfortunately not for category pages.

Thanks

Hi,

Maybe additional options regarding post options for custom post types will be added in future updates, but I could not say for sure when this will happen. You could try to search for a review plugin that you can use in this case, for the time being.

Thank you for understanding!

Hi,

1. You can create any categories and with the names you want on your website. There is no restriction in this matter. Probably that was related to the featured category that is created by default
https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-posts-2/

2. The categories you mention are included in the demo content, you can replace them with your own or remove them. The purpose of the demo is to showcase what can be achieved using the theme, or as a starting point for your website project.
Please let us know if you need further help, or you have any more questions.

Hi,

If you are talking about the footer info text – https://www.screencast.com/t/9bfnbsF9ufL you could try to enter a break line where you want it in the text, like this – https://www.screencast.com/t/VQM7QAecx
The result should be like this – https://www.screencast.com/t/L1JwA4ZW
This solution probably can be used in other places if this is not where you are trying to achieve this.

Hi,

By default template you mean the default demo – https://www.screencast.com/t/zeDuPD69Uq
You can choose any demo you want and install it normally. More information here
https://forum.tagdiv.com/demos_introduction/
https://forum.tagdiv.com/installing-demos/
Also as advised please make a backup for your website just to be safe. You can use this tool for example

Hi,

Maybe there is a code you need to enter in the theme files in order to display that widget. You can find the top menu here – https://www.screencast.com/t/OWrkHcYoD and follow the instructions provided with the widget, if you want to achieve this.

Hi,

When using a smart list on mobile, you can only have one ad for the smart list
https://www.screencast.com/t/R6o9lvbXP
If you would like to display the article ads, maybe this topic will give you the information needed
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/article-bottom-ad-not-working-on-smart-lists/
There you will find what file from the mobile theme needs to be modified and how.

Hi,

What I was trying to explain is that you can only have a maximum of three columns
https://www.screencast.com/t/21hWQIH7lA
And you should find a way to use this layout when building your pages. This is recommended, and also guarantees that the page building elements from Visual composer will display properly.
Please provide more details about the problems you are experiencing with the registration. If users are not able to register, make sure this option is enabled – https://www.screencast.com/t/KFGKNDZRSrc
There you can also choose a default role for the new users.

Thanks

Hi,

Please note that there can be some delay for the data to refresh after successfully setting up the social counter accounts. If you still have problems, maybe something else is interfering with this process. Try disabling all your plugins except Visual composer and the social counter (make sure you have the latest version from the theme package) clear any caching installed and try again. This is working properly on our end, and so it should be for you.

Thank you for understanding!

Hi,

This could be caused by a problematic plugin, please try to disable all of them except Visual composer, clear any caching installed, then check to see if the problem is still there. Also please check the theme system status and make modifications to the parameters mentioned if needed, according to this guide

Hi,

The code seems to be valid. Basically this code needs to be entered in the required section in theme panel and should work properly, after the initial processing time of up to 48 hours according to google. Try clearing any caching installed after adding the code and wait again for a period of time, this may vary. Maybe this article will help you troubleshoot if it is not tracking properly

Hi,

Please make sure you do not have a background color set for the website, this will make it boxed
https://www.screencast.com/t/jcTuaG7xWZj
Then clear any caching installed, and the respective full Big grid should display as intended.

Hi,

Please provide more details about what you are trying to achieve with the respective menu, so I may give you a more accurate answer if possible. If this is related to this topic – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/buddypress-move-or-replace-admin-topbars-avatar-to-newspaper-topbar/ I am afraid there is no easy solution I can provide.

Hi,

Please note that the mobile theme is optional, you can choose not to use it and the website will be displayed properly on every device. The theme is fully responsive and will adapt to every screen size. Maybe there is a plugin that could be causing this issues, but at this time I do not see it manifesting and your website is working properly.

Thanks

Hi,

There is an option to change the excerpt font properties in general, in Theme panel
https://www.screencast.com/t/4mrJDtJB
If you would like to change the font size for that particular module could simply do it like this
https://www.screencast.com/t/koAxe8yxIjor
https://www.screencast.com/t/Lc2FuKXc5ph
Using a code like the one provided below, that must be entered in Theme panel->Custom Css section

.td_module_18 .td-excerpt {
font-size: 20px;
}

Thanks
