With “tagDiv Multi-Purpose” plugin active— access is prevented to any “ADS” categories editing in the Newspaper 8.5 Themes Panel. When any AD category is clicked, there is an endless loop of the “processing” icon. This occurs with every “AD” category in the Themes Panel. Disabling the “tagDiv Multi-Purpose” plugin restores access to all the ads category panels.
NOTE: Under Themes Panel > ADS > “Article Inline ad”
This was set to place an Google Adsense Ad after the first paragraph of every article. The setting was functioning fine under Newspaper 8.2. After the 8.5 upgrade, the Adsense Ad for “Article Inline ad” no longer appears, just a blank space where the ad should appear. This blank space with no ad appears with “tagDiv Multi-Purpose” plugin enabled or disabled. All other ad categories function fine.
Please advise on a fix.

Working for me, but using on test site, not a MAMP server. Only using TD Composer, no minification plugins and not using the tagdiv booster plugin, not using CDN, or any external stuff. Using PHP 7.1x with https.

I was installing Newspaper 2 days ago. The problem I have is that the category-pages do not always load the images properly of the articles that are shown on sportguide.ch. I already raised the WP Memory Limit to 128 M and it seemed it helped a little bit, but still it happens that if I choose one menupoint (for example News) the menupoint loads the articles properly and another one (for example Athlete) does not work right.
Any suggestions what I could do, to make sure that every category-page is working right?

I am developing locally in MAMP (MAC). I upgraded from Newspaper 8.2 to 8.5. Everything seems to work fine accept the new Landing Page feature (“tagDiv Multi-Purpose” plugin) does not function. Specifically,
• the “tagDiv Multi-Purpose” plugin is installed and “active”.
• I create a new page using “Pagebuilder + Overlay menu” template page setting.
• PROBLEM: None of the buttons are available under “Elements” when I try to edit and build the page with tagDiv Composer.
Under “Themes Panel” > “PLUGINS’ SETTINGS” > “General Settings” > “BUTTONS STYLE” this alert appears:

I did. When I upload the custom template file; I don’t see it as an option. Here is an example of what I did:

Actually if you are browsing Chrome or Mozilla then you will have to zoom out to 75% to see the scroll option on your Tagdiv builder section.
And one more thing you will have to install the “Multi purpose plugin” from the https://www.yourwebsite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=td_theme_plugins
Once you have installed & activated this plugin you can see all the elements.

Hello! I made custom settings for the author block, and these are now only showing up on the author’s page. For example, the author block here has the correct settings (http://athousanddifferentcolors.com/author/audrey-woodhams/) but the author block at the bottom of the post has standard settings (http://athousanddifferentcolors.com/becoming-a-frog/). Thanks for your help!
I found a way to change the font of the logo text.
I choose the font I want to use in the theme panel for an element that I don’t use and won’t show up on the website (example for me : the top submenu in the header).
Then, the font is loaded on every page and I can use it for the text logo by adding css in “custom code” tab.
For me it looks like

we use the same shortcodes as Visual Composer for all the custom blocks, big grids, rows, and columns. The differences come from the shortcode attributes. For example, we have implemented an easier and totally different way to use the CSS box than in Visual Composer.

the page looks perfect even after disabling visual composer.
recreating the page is a lot of work and at the moment I don’t see the need for it.
so is it still necesary then to recreate it when only using standard things?

I saw that you are using some full-width elements and you have some flashes when you load the website. Most likely, you are using the Speed Booster and you have some additional customizations through the code (CSS for example) and that’s why appears that flashes. It always loads first the default theme font, and then it turns to the one I definded on the theme panel (the font is custom and I uploaded it trought the theme).

Is it possible to change the days associated with the Video theme layout. Currently The Grio has it set up for the past 7 days of video but would like to make it the past say 14 days. When they do have only 7 days we do not have enough content to fill the unit.

If you will check our demo preview, you will see that thing work as expected as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/rJiYzmXS2 Please notice that the theme does not have any control over it. So, if you want to manage this section, you should install the plugin, Seo Yoast. I have inspected your website and I saw that you using such an untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and cause a lot of unknown issues. For example, I have checked your social media section from your website and I saw these buttons which do not come from our theme functionality -> https://www.screencast.com/t/PQnysoVhrXA Most likely, these come from plugins which are not tested with our theme and which can break it.
