For example: On cca 640 px width it shows up on multiple devices and also browsers.
I use the NewsMag theme. Am experiencing the same problem on my blog posts. It’s even appearing on old posts and post titles too. Very annoying.

This issue has been occurring for over 2 months now. I have cleared cache several times and disabled plugins several times too. but problem persists. I’ve even deleted more than half (useless) of the plugins i installed. SAME THING!!!

If you want to create the header to look similar to your example you will have to do some additional customization using a bit of CSS in order to achieve as you wish. As a hint, you should try to use the background-image property to the certain container from your header section. Hi,
Big grids and elements that cannot have titles get the category tags by default and the color is black by default. The hover color will be the theme accent color you set in the theme panel. For this type of blocks you need css to edit the category tag color or hover color if you wish to change it.
The tag has a block background as it will not get the background color of the titles, only the hover. It’s a styling of visual composer to change the “accent color” for a block. But the default background color is black no matter the title text or background you set for the block.
If you want to change the color of the category tag, you can use css. This depends if you want to change the color of all bocks or just specific ones on your page. If specific ones are the ones you are after, you need to assign a custom css class to the row in visual composer so these blocks can be targeted individually: http://screencast.com/t/zA63YaPPlVnC
Then you would use that class like so:
for a big grid for example:
.mycustomclass .td-big-grid-wrapper .td-post-category{
color:red;
background-color:green;
}
The hover color is more specific so I would need to inspect the particular block you want changed so I can provide the proper code.

Unfortunately, this type of code does not come from our theme but also, come from FB Comments plugin. Unfortunately, this type of plugin is not tested with our theme and we have no idea about the theme’s behaviour with this kind of plugin and we cannot say for sure that will work 100% in our theme, sorry! Please notice that you have to do some additional customizations through code in order to implement the functionality of this plugin. As a hint, you should add this code for each loop single file according to post template used by you. (for example, for post template 1 you have to add into loop-single-1.php) As you can see, our theme uses the comments from WordPress and we do not provide support for another type of comments, sorry!
If you want to display more levels in our theme and you are not aware of the steps which you need to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide customization services at the moment, sorry!

I’ve checked the indicated link and seems that the problem is an inline css added on the iframe from youtube: http://screencast.com/t/bniUS1UEV With the actual structure I can’t overwrite this css as there is no id/class for the iframe. You will need to insert your videos inside a container so it can be targeted with css, here is an example: http://screencast.com/t/FNE632MqQpm
Then use this css in theme panel > custom code > custom css to set a the height for the video:

We just did a soft launch of our website today – http://www.thesparkhub.com.
We’re using a mix of articles & video’s. I wanted to know if there was any documentation or ways that we could customize the default video player that’s being used with the theme to render the youtube videos.

Specifically here’s what I’m wanting to do with the video player:
– Remove right click ability (it’s got a bunch of options that are not relevant for our audience)
– Replace default play icon that loads on top of the player to match our style of icon
– Remove the youtube video title & link to play on youtube.com
– Remove the youtube share icon
– Remove the “settings” icon
– Remove the “watch on Youtube” icon
I checked inside your support documentation and was not able to find anything that referenced this.

Spre examplu folosesti modulul 1 pentru doar pentru More article box, si apelezi functia in td_module_1.php. Asfel pentru posturile afisate de acel modul structura link-ului de pe titlu va fi schimbata.
O alta metoda ar fii sa adaugi un modul nou, care sa genereze titlul folosind structura custom, dar aceasta metoda e mai complicata. I am, not sure what you’re trying to do. Do you want to show random post sorted by comment number? Basically you can’t have two types of sort within one block. You will have to send the new sort type as a new parameter which takes a custom value, for example:
‘sort’=>’random_posts’
‘aditionall_sort’=>’comment_count’

Tema foloseste aceasi functie pentru a genera titlurile posturilor pe toate modulele. Modificand functia get_title() vor fii afectate toate modulele. In schumb poti crea o functie noue, spere examplu get_title_related(), care sa adauge un api token la finalul link-ului pus pe titlu. This is indeed affected by the post title hover color, like you can see on our main demo page here: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/ don;t miss has an orange category tag hover and lifestyle news has a green hover color. It’s the same on the fashion demo. Only the hover color is affected, not the main color. Here is a quick example:
