Hello tagDiv team and supporters!
I noticed when creating the front page of my website, the module images are not always aligned. For example, if I use Module 1, the left image is slightly lower than the right image..
I think this is because of the Headline text for the post – some headlines take up 2 lines, some take only 1.
How can I make it so that every image in the modules look aligned?

Hello, i would like to place a custom ads above tittle & sidebar. So its going to be below the header. I was told to place my ads code on line 13 on loop-single but that doesn’t work because it places the ads above tittle and not above sidebar as well therefore cutting off a bit of the ads because the content box is 683px and not 728px. Can the content box size be increased?

it’s not the first time I noticed this.
Some external scripts and iframes (videos) are not responsive, although they should according to my content partners. They can’t really explain this.

We haven’t tested the theme using any of those plugins so I can’t provide an accurate answer on this.
I suggest you also address the issues you have using them to plugins authors and make sure that you sue them right.
The theme already has a built in infinite scroll pagination for blocks which you can use to display your content and use the infinite scroll pagination feature.
You can configure a block to use the infinite scroll pagination and on templates on which you can’t use the page builder add the block shortcode inside the template where you need this.
Here is an example for using block 13 with infinite scroll pagination on single post page after the related posts section:

Hello,
I used the “Default”-style settings and changed the colors in the style.css. But if I load/reload the page, I see first the origin colors (e.g. light blue in the bar above the menu and black in the menu) and then the colors change into the colors I set in the style.css.
Where can I find the styles of the default setting? I have to change the light blue for example into green for the whole site.

I am not using HTML in a sidebar name. I am just using the same name as the title of the sidebar.
I have been using WordPress for many years & never encountered a similar problem with any other theme.
This is a bug in the Newsmag theme & should be documented or better still fixed.

Did you had any errors when you installed the demo? What do you mean with no completed?
Please note that installing the demo will not look exactly like our live demo: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/ You will have only some categories,posts, pages like an example, you can create your own categories… and more items to the menu.

I love this theme but there are a few things that I want to remove from the theme. I am using Newspaper child theme. These are the following things that are causing problems for me:
-
1: I personally don’t like the smooth scrolling effect. How Can I remove it from via child theme.
2: I want to remove the read more button.
Please provide the support asap.
It’s taken me hours to figure this out as I couldn’t understand why I encountered this problem with some custom sidebars but not others. I finally figured it out so thought that I would post to help anyone else who encounters this problem.
I created a custom sidebar. Then on the widget page I dragged any widget into the sidebar & saved it. The page with the custom sidebar displays on the website OK. However if I leave the widget page then return to it the contents of the custom sidebar have disappeared.
I eventually realised that the problem only occurred with sidebar names that include an ampersand so for example
‘Towns & Villages’ loses the sidebar contents but ‘Towns and Villages’ does not.
Maybe this is documented somewhere but if it isn’t it should be to prevent user frustration.

when doing a speedtest with pingdom, it shows up two files, which are involved ….

The blocks were not designed to work with pages but there is an option in block settings to add page: http://screencast.com/t/JSI6frAwYmP

It works but I suggest to use this only if is necessarily, because you won’t have many options in block settings to work with pages, for example sort order will be “Latest”. If you choose to use pages instead of posts in blocks/slider it would not look write as pages you will need to add a featured image like on post pages.

I found out, that my site currently has got a problem with the correct facebook-sharing of video posts.
It does not include the image, the title and the description of the post. All other sharing platforms seems to work fine … Is this a known bug, or may there be a quick solution for this?

Chris I understand perfectly, but then what is the purpose of the new NewsMag ?.
If a “newspaper” will put the functions of “newsmag” the only difference between the appearance of the menu will and little else.
Glad you tell me that in a month will be released version 5 with improvements, we see that brings. For example one thing that I love about NewsMag is the block “News Ticker” and sets the sidebar.

The top result showed a large number of hits to admin-ajax. To get a little more information, I added the following line to your wp-config.php. Basically, this creates a text file in your wp-content folder that contains a record of all hits to your ajax file. I let that run for about five minutes. Please note: if you’re ever going to try this troubleshooting step from your end, please be sure to remove that line from your wp-config.php file you’re done. If it’s left on for long periods of time, it can create a VERY large file.
