I recently changed the URL from my website (the old URL act as an alias currently, so the content is accessible via both domains). Most of the content is shown correctly, however some of them not. For example when I check the source code the template background is still pointing to the old URL. How can I fix that and point ALL elements from the template to the new URL?

This is my page I’m having an issue with https://new.phase3rentals.com/wp/shop/ .
I have added css in the css editor to my woocommerce loop product titles to specify it to only be 3 lines in height.

this is my css:

It works great on my product category pages, but on my main shop page, it works for the first 1.5 rows and then it leaves 4 lines of space. This happens if I decrease the line numbers as well, if I set it to 2 lines, it leaves 3 specifically starting on the 11th product in (and going forward), which is where it starts to load.

Any idea how I can fix this?

The theme element’s content is encoded and I can’t modify it or add any special codes

In the header as an example, if I try to add my own html-code like ads code or something
it doesn’t reflect in the site because there a php code in all pages at the top preventing that

if i try to remove that code, the whole theme is messed up

tagdiv composer itself doesn’t work and shows an error

also, you mentioned in the description that the theme is RTL supported which is not
if i try to add RTL in the html, the site is messed up

So, How to really use this theme?

when i try to edit cloud templates> page templates> my home page templates > with TD composer,
i add “News ticker” at below the header menu, and it’s suppose to slide the one by one, every head line of the post in a single box but suddenly it’s not working properly!
same as other column option like Big Grid Flex 1 & Posts Loop 2.
it’s works properly in edit section but it’s not working in the website view.

We found Impossible to use our site with Facebook in-app browser on android devices (we used several models to test it).
As you may guess and despiste its limitations, most of the news sites are read directly in the in-app browser. 80% of our Traffic comes from Facebook and that puts US face to a huge huge problem. If a user finds Impossible to Navigate in the site he Will simply jump off. Our Bounce rate Will increase imensively. This problem affects all your customers and even your own site.

Please let US Know if you can investigate the issue and provide solution.

Check the screenrecord vídeo exemplifying how difficult it is to scroll a page (sometimes freezes). No One Will Stay in a site that behaves like that.

My Social Counter plugin is not showing the number of fans on the Facebook page /enewspf. My Facebook account and page are connected to my Theme Panel. The number of Followers and Likes for this page do show up in the Theme Panel, NOT on the plugin, however.

Your theme is really smart. However, we have a hard time with some details. Therefore, you will forgive us that we probably still have a lot of questions in the coming days. Now for example:

1) If you are not logged in, you don’t get to the check out from the subscription plans, but to the login form. What do we do wrong?

2) We are irritated because there are posts that are sometimes marked “Blocked” and sometimes “Exclusive”. What is the difference?

3) The desktop and mobile versions are not identical. Posts that are marked “Blocked” in the desktop version are labeled “Exclusive” in the mobile version.

Hi,

In the tag div composer on a new blank page, I click on the row settings, then click on the two column layout. The result is two rows in one column. Both rows are full width. If I choose three columns I get three rows and so on. I am unable to create columns despite following the instructions. Any ideas?

I recently bought the newspaper theme and i have to create a website that is fully compatible with amp.
I’d like to know if there is a way to costumize the homepage template also if i don’t use the tag div editor and if it is possibile to use shortcode in the editor.
