yes even i face the same problems . In amp mode only 3 ads are displayed and that too is in individual posts and not in home page of amp version.

Somehow I can’t load images from my media libary into TagDiv. In Theme Panel I can’t load images, as a workaround I can paste the image url e.g. into the logo image field, that works. In Tagdiv composer I can’t load images at all. They are simply not imported.
I’m using the latest version of WordPress, the latest Version of Newspaper, only Tagdiv Plugins activated.
In my console I see the following code:

Hi, we have the setting Mobile Theme + AMP activated in our site and we are showing ads through an Ads agency. We have inserted the respective codes that they give us in the <head> and Ads section of the theme (Ads, Mobile and AMP ads), however AMP ads are not showing in the site:

After I updated my site to use the Cloud Library, the pagination feature on categories no longer works as expected. When clicking on the numbers or > characters, the page refreshes and appears to show the next page. However, the original page is reloaded — not the next page.
Here is an example: https://www.schoolnewsnetwork.org/category/byron-center/
In the Composer, this template is using Posts Loop and pagination is set to “Normal Numbered”.
I tested this on Search results too. On the Search result, it did work as expected.
AMP plugin was causing the error.
No further actions required.

I am having another issue with the subcategories links.
I have a template post for each category and they are all working fantastic, however, in the food category the subcategory links are not working properly.
Example, Food category—>Recipe subcategory—>Recipe posts.
When I go to Recipe subcategory, instead of directing me to Recipe posts is showing me all the posts within the Food category.
With the rest of the post, templates are working fine, just this one having the issue. I have checked categories and categories tags on all the posts as well as theme panel and I cannot find the solution.
Would appreciate any heads up.

2. “We have noticed that the extracts are not displayed” I do not know on what are you referring when you say “extracts”, please provide some more details and some screenshots.

Hi, on themeforest is display the update date of page not theme, there were made some changes on the page content and the date was update, as you can see there are no data about a new update in changelog -> https://i.imgur.com/nEWPvHH.png
If I’m right the update is expected to be in early October.
As for the RSS feeds, our theme does not had any option for them and these should work like with a default theme, using the default WordPress rss feeds.
If you can make a staging or a sub-domain where to set the website, in this way we can inspect the problem without affecting the live website, we can make some tests, to see if the problem is from the theme or cloud templates.
Our newsletter do not have control over the emails, this is only displacing the Mailchimp, Mailer Lite and Feedburner, in order to check the emails you’ll need to check your account for the email that you are using, for example if you are using the Mailchimp you can see all the emails in you Mailchimp account -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-newsletter-plugin/

How do you create a hyperlink for a text in the TD Composer using the module it provides in Newspaper Theme?
Example such a “Terms Of Condition”, Privacy Policy, etc. I want it to link to another page pertaining to its headline.
See https://familysvoice.com/. It has no ‘Events’ but I want to have events from 1) feeds I bring into the site or 2) manually create events I find.
For item 2) for example, I have a feed for ‘Heritage’ news but want to manually create posts for events like you see here. How do I do it?

I have created a template for each of our categories on the website and everything worked fine until I realized that the posts tagged on subcategories are not showing.
For example, I have a Business category with a subcategory on Case Studies. When I click on Case Studies Subcategories is not showing me any of the posts that should be in there. The same is happening on every single subcategory.
Would appreciate any help as I have looked everywhere I cannot find the way to fix this.

The layout and content is different on mobile devices because you are using the mobile theme plugin, you can check how this is use and what you can do with it in our documentation -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
If you want to have the same content and layout, you can disable theme mobile theme plugin or use it only for amp version.

Hi,
I followed the instruction to change the favicon through theme panel > header > logo & favicon however it isn’t changed until now (I changed it since a few months ago, maybe ~2 months). My website favicon is still having the old favicon.
I followed the size 16x16p through the edit-image option, click update, but it isn’t changed to the new favicon logo. Could you help? Thank you.
