As vrea sa scot, de la Articole Similare, casuta cu “ De la acelasi autor “. Cum blogul meu are un singur autor, este inutile. De asemenea, in internet explorer nu se vede nici lupa aceea de la optiunea de search, nici semnul care indica cititorilor, in « articole similare » ca pot sa treaca mai departe. Problema nu se manifesta in alte browsere.

Unfortunately, our theme does not have such an option for author’s page, sorry! You have to find some plugins with this functionality and check how it works for you. Also, if it is useful for you, you can use the Author Box from WordPress, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/t2xkivMlu If you want to display more levels in our theme and you are not aware of the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide customization services at the moment, sorry!

From searching prior comments, this looks like it might b a category template that got overwritten (yet I’m using a child theme)… but I can’t access my theme panel at all. Well its kind of there but missing menu and content.
Instead I have this in the menu panel:

I have cleared the caches multiple times and deactivated all the plug-ins and cleared again, but its having no effect.
These errors, of course, are writing to the site pages too, as well as page specific errors.

I’ve tried editing a sidebar using an Author box in the widget area however that seems limited to showing the authors name, pic, post count, comments and website in a list form and I can’t see a way to make it responsive (show the author box that matches the author of the current post).
Is there a way configure the author box widget to show a responsive author box like the one that appears at the end of each post that includes the authors biographical info. If not is there any code I can use in a visual editor widget to do that?

Is there a way I can add the Author Box that appears at the end of each post onto a sidebar? I could do it by copying HTML for each author into a visual editor widget on custom sidebars but am wondering if there is way to it on one sidebar that is responsive to the post content.

You can use visual composer and the author box settings to do it. Simply split the row in 2 columns and add 2 author boxes like so: http://screencast.com/t/dPymvqIZ
You will need the author ID’s for the settings.

You can use this css to fix the fixed height and have the author boxes display properly:

Conventional SEO wisdom is that you don’t want to push down content you want to rank for with left sidebars, excessive CSS code, Java Script, etc. A good test would be to choose an article you have that ranks well in google, give that article its own long, custom left sidebar, and see if this affects your organic results. I haven’t tested this because I don’t find left sidebars appealing enough to be worth the risk.
Site structure does affect SEO. If you don’t want Google to try to rank content in your navigational menus, sidebars, ad boxes, author box, comments section, footer, etc., you need to tell Google where these things are using proper HTML5 structure. When and where the theme uses header tags is also extremely important.
If a site has Yoast SEO properly configured, has SEO optimized articles, and ranks for competitive keywords, that site’s organic results will still be negatively impacted if it switches from an SEO optimized theme to a non SEO optimized them. (The exception to this is cases where a site has a strong backlink profile. Strong off-page SEO and overcome poor on-page SEO)

See the wordpress.org docs on disabling author endpoint. Not theme specific. Likely there is a function hook to disable author template. You might also then need to disable the link in author box includes and the author meta pulled top of post loop since those default to link to author page.

You should try to use Author Box from Visual Composer element and you can place it everywhere you want on your page, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/Nm7fB9dJlWu and there you will have a list with all your authors.
Unfortunately, for your second request, our theme does not have such an option and I suggest you to try finding some plugins with this functionality and see how it works for you.

Your best bet at the moment will be to use a plugin. We are working on a solution for multiple authors on the author box so in a future version we will have an improvement on this, but not at the moment. You can try to find a plugin that has this option as there is no easy solution we can provide at the moment.

You can ignore the visual composer update as we can only update the plugin along with our theme as we are the ones providing it, not the plugin author. You can ignore the update message. Please use the version of visual composer that comes with the theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
As for the menu, please remove the css as I see you changed the menu. Every custom css applies to that particular layout. If you change anything like add a menu item or a top-menu, the css will probably not work properly anymore. Please remove the css and provide a link to your website and details about your problem. Also provide a screenshot of the css you have in the custom css box as I suspect it’s the logo that has been changed and it’s affecting the sticky menu.
