Unfortunately, our theme does not have any such an option for ‘Read More’ on posts/pages, sorry! Also, please notice that we have some Blocks which use the Read More functionality like as -> http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/block-12/ -> http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/block-13/ If you want to display more levels in our theme and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

I have checked on my side, and the Infinite load for Blocks seems to work as expected, without any problems. I have checked your console and I notice that you have some js errors which can come from your untested plugins. I checked your source page and I saw that you do not disable all of them. Please try to revert the theme to the default state, without any untested plugins, leave just Visual Composer, clear all your caches and check the results. Also, if the problem is still there, please try to make a new fresh install via FTP way, clear all your caches and check the results.

Some of the footer templates come with predefined content and others are blank templates, more information here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/ If you want to have just your own content in the footer, select an empty template – https://www.screencast.com/t/Bn9NUU1sh and add your content in the widgets section.
To remove the post author name on blocks and modules go to Theme panel->Block settings – https://www.screencast.com/t/jlRInAea and disable it there. You could use the calendar widget available as a widget – https://www.screencast.com/t/HZreerRjG or in Visual composer – https://www.screencast.com/t/zTlqB9JYO but if you need a complex calendar with more options and possibilities, you must search for a plugin that can offer them as I can not make any recommendations because no such plugins are tested with the theme. Just try a few of them and select the one that you like.

If you want to have a permanent link to your ‘Trending Now’, you should check the Block Settings and on the Post ID, you should add your desired post link. This is the only way to add a permanent link.

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme and also, make sure that you use the bundled version of Visual Composer which come with the theme packet.
