Hello,
I just checked, and it seems you use the mobile theme plugin, which is why are not displayed all the posts.
Also, the problem with the menu and logo is caused y the LiteSpeed cache plugin which minify the css and js. Please disable the options and purge the cache a few times.
Thank you!
Hi,
I disabled the theme plugin ( here is a screenshot)
https://www.screencast.com/t/PyPaMluu7
and i cleared all cache but my website shows me this:

Hello,
I am having issues with random posts not loading, instead showing a blank page with a lot of code ({“version”:”20211209″,”show_thumbnails”:true,”show_date”:true,”show_context”:true,”layout”:”grid”,”headline”:”Related”,”items”:[{“id”:34554,”url”:”https:\/\/www.) where a post should be. I would show a screenshot, but this forum doesn’t allow image upload. I believed that a cache plugin was causing the issue, especially because the issue would clear after purging the cache and purging Cloudflare’s cache. Therefore, I tried various caching plugins (maybe 4). When the issue persisted, I got rid of all caching plugins and have only Cloudflare. However, there is a post page that is currently just code, and I don’t know how to fix this. Do you have any idea what could be causing the issue?
So weird, I’m on A2 Hosting, which has a WordPress optimizing program, plus Litespeed cache, and this only happens on a few pages…and the one I referenced is down AGAIN today…crazy.
https://remember.org/komski/komski-paintings1-001
I am seeing that the last script before the blank page is Litespeed cache, Lazy Loading…that’s my current guess that for some reason the lazy load impacts this.
Did notice I was wrong though about what page shows up: I get the title of the page, but the template doesn’t include my header and footer.
My Newspaper theme does have a Mobile theme, which this might be showing as well…so weird it’s only on these 2 pages, as far as I know….will go through the site again and see if other pages are showing, but tends to be only these two…
Those are two of the most popular though…so might just be getting notified about them and not the others.
I have deactivated the cache plugin (Litespeed cache). I have deleted the cache folders, but the problem is not solved.
Is there anything else I should do?
Hello,
This is weird. Do you use a plugin for cache?
Thank you!
Hello,
I think the problem is created by LiteSpeed CSS -> https://i.imgur.com/tut5H7e.png
Please diable the plugin, clear all cache, and check the results.
Thank you!
Hi,
I believe that you are using the mobile theme plugin and not the responsive version from the theme. If is so, then please disable the mobile theme plugin, clear all cache and check again. The mobile theme plugin has it’s own layout and it’s allow only a few changes.
Let me know the results!
Hello,
I have 8 different sites that use the Newspaper system. I have been recently updating websites from the oldest to the newest versions and switched to renewed templates with cloud builder. So far I had no problem and all changes were successful except for the Fast News PRO template. It added 6-8 seconds loading time for both HP and single article. I don’t understand what has influenced the performance of both mobile and desktop so much. During the update – I removed all unnecessary plugins, removed the cache plugin, regenerated the thumbnails by deleting unused formats. This is the only site that causes a problem. The problem does not apply to hosting, because on the same server I have a different domain on the Newspaper system and it loads like crazy.
Theme version: 11.5.1
PHP: 7.4.30
Max_execution_time: 300
WP Memory limit: 256mb / request
Hello Fabrice,
You have the mobile theme plugin activated, and sometimes the plugin for cache doesn’t recognize what version should display desktop or mobile.
Also, I notice that you edit the page and remove the h1 and now you have only one H1 on the page -> https://i.imgur.com/dgIR10y.png
Thank you!
Hi,
Are you using the litespeed server or litespeed cache plugin.
If you agree we can take a look at the website. For this you can contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com, provide wp-admin access to one of the website where the problem is happening and weâll try to see what can be interfering.
Thank you!
I’m not updating anything and my site got the same situation as the thread starter. Please fix it ASAP and please not asking us to clear cache, this is tagDiv bug
Hello,
Have you tried to see that this issue is not caused by a plugin conflict?
Usually, this issue is caused by a plugin conflict, please do a test using the theme plugins, clear all cache, and see if the problem persists.
I have the same recommendation, because if it worked before, then it means that either you added a new plugin or a plugin updated itself and it interferes with the theme.
Thank you!
Hi,
This issue seems to be a plugin conflict or a cache issue. So please make a test, and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones; if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and let me know the results.
I checked, and it seems the Autoptimize plugin -> https://i.imgur.com/XXZhjCQ.png causes the problem, so please check for a plugin conflict, or the problem can also appear from a particular setting in the Jetpack plugin.
Thank you!
The hosting company we use does not support WP Super Cache which I see is the recommended caching plugin. My host does support WP Rocket and W3 Total Cache.
Do you recommend either of these cache tools to work well with Newspaper 11.5?
Hi Natascha,
Usually, this issue is caused by a plugin conflict; please do a test using the theme plugins, clear all cache, and see if the problem persists.
Thank you!
Hello,
I just checked, and I think the option is not displayed because you use a plugin to minify the css/js; please remove the optimization and do a test only with tagDiv plugins, and purge the cache.
Also, if you use the Elementor plugin we don’t recommend using two page builders on the same page.
Thank you!

Hello Team.
while we are pretty good with Google, BING wont index the website since
” Issue : Html size is too long
TypeNotice
What is the issue about?
Search engines may not fully acquire the content on a page if the page is contains a lot of code. Extraneous code can push the content down in the page source making it harder for a search engine crawler to get to. A soft limit of 125 KB is used for guidance to ensure all content & links are available in the page source to be cached by the crawler. This basically means if the page size is too big, a search engine may not be able to get all of the content or may end up not fully caching it.
How to fix?
Ensure that the page source does not contain large amounts of CSS or code at the top of the page. Consider moving code and styles into separate files.”
Would be great to get some ideas how to fix since “consider moving code and styles into separate files” is not really my world đ
Perhaps its the header layout creating the problem?
Thanks a lot in advance.
Michael
Hi AasifGanaie,
I can not say exact the option that need to be disable or enable in the WP Rocket since this is not a tested plugin, but if you can contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com, we can take a look at the settings and see what can be done. Also you can include a screenshot with the cache homepage.
Thank you!
Hi Calin,
Okay I will try flushing cache.
I have noticed that since updating the category tags are moving to the right a lot, before when you hovered over an article it would change colour and stay in the same position. Please see below:
https://paste.pics/IT3S0 – normal
https://paste.pics/IT3S6 – hovering over
Can you assist us on this?
All the best
Thomas
Hi,
You can check if is a plugin conflict by checking only with the theme plugins enabled. But since you say on staging was working correctly, then it can also be a cache or object cache.
Thank you!
Hi Calin, thanks for your answer.
I’m not using Litespeed. But, in case it’s of help, did any of these plugins I’m using issues with TagDiv Composer in the past?

Even after clearing the cache from browsers, it servers the same cache page. How to get it resolved? Please help!
I don’t use any object cache plugins. I only used WP Rocket. Please tell me what options do I have now to get the present version of the homepage served to users/readers.
Hi,
Do you use the litespeed cache plugin? If yes, then please do a test without this plugin to see if the problem is still happening. For a few users the problem was with some settings from this plugin, once that the did the test without it, the tagdiv composer was no longer disabled.
Also, if you want you can contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com, provide wp-admin access to one of the website where the problem is happening and we’ll try to see what can be interfering.
Thank you!
