Hello!
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hello,
Please let me know what cache plugin you use.
Also, please ask your host if you don’t have a cache plugin there too.
Thank you!
Hello,
Seems you have the mobile theme plugin activated please deactivate it, clear all cache and check after the mobile version, if you don’t want to use the mobile theme plugin.
Also, please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/ and choose what mobile version you want.
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
I just changed the default permalink option and now all my post get a 404 error. I dont have any plugin of cache or seo or anything. I just have the newspaper theme active.
PLEASE HELP!!!!!
Hi, at WordPress.com we don’t really have control over the object cache. Because we only have Jetpack, which I have already disabled the accelerations. I also forced a rebuild of the database which forces an object cache cleanup. The problem remains.
I don’t think that could be the reason either, since in WP 5.9 everything was ok. It may even be from WP 6.0 itself, but this is already beyond me.
We continue to wait and available for whatever you need most, to resolve this situation.
Thanks.
Hello again Anamaria, following your suggestion about object cache, I switch off the caching on my site, deactivated and deleted the tagdiv composer plugin, then reinstalled and reactivated it. Then I switched one of my mega menu items to use the top level category and cleared all my browser(s) caching.
Alas, still ALL the category items show in the mega menu, as before. Not sure what else it could be but the theme not working with WP6 at the moment.
Hello,
Try to disable the lazy load: https://www.screencast.com/t/O5pfqQdb, delete the cache and see the results.
Thank you!

Hello!
From what I can see, you have a global template which hasn’t any mobile pages, but for the category you specified is working the selected template(the other categories are different). I do not know how is looking the mobile version you created.
If you are sure that the settings and the design of the mobile version you’ve created are not applying, then please check for a plugin conflict or a cache issue.
Deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
If the problem persists, then we can investigate this issue further via email. Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin url and credentials
– cpanel url and credentials
Our team will take a look!
Thank you!
Hi,
My email colleagues will investigate your problem. however, if after refreshing the page you have a problem again, it means that you have an object cache or a powerful cache plugin that gave you the wrong version. https://www.elegantthemes.com/blog/wordpress/what-is-the-wordpress-object-cache
Thank you!
Hi,
This issue seems to be a plugin conflict or a cache issue. Please make a test, and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and let me know the results.
Thank you!
Desktop Homepage goes to mobile when I leave the wordpress dashboard. Then, the mobile homepage goes into “mobile responsive”. I’m not understanding anything. I’m having a lot of problems. Has anyone had the same problem?
I have CDN + W3 Total Cache
No Lazy Load, no cache, and this is implemented by clicking the Edit on your tagdiv composer on the front end. This is a system wide template for posts. Your software is simply NOT saving nor passing the hyperlink of the image to the browser. It works in WordPress but NOT in tagdiv.
Left images under the Inspectors Title there for you to look at. I really need this fixded as I am losing money on the image clicks.

Hello, it is not resolved!
I already replied to your email yesterday and still haven’t received a response.
Your update 11.5.1 did not resolve the issue and it is not a cache issue.
As I said before, after saving the menu, go to the homepage and everything will appear fine, but if we refresh the homepage, the menus appear wrong again.
Please check.
Thanks.
Hello Issam,
This is most common with cache plugins. If the cache plugin does not support mobile devices, the mobile theme version can be used instead.
Instead, use the recommended WP Super Cache plugin and enable these settings (particularly mobile device support): https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
So, if you want to use mobile pages, then you do not need to have the mobile theme plugin activated, please check again the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY, now you have the mobile theme plugin activated.
Thank you!
Hello,
This problem is caused by the cache plugin. If the cache plugin does not have mobile support then the mobile theme version can be delivered instead.
The solution would be to use the recommended WP Super Cache plugin instead and activate these settings (especially the mobile device support): https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Also, please make sure you have enabled the mobile cache if the plugin has this option
Thank you!

Hello,
Please make sure you change the text which is written in uppercase -> https://i.imgur.com/nlO64gt.png -> https://i.imgur.com/3tFBzc4.png
Also, clear all cache.
Thank you!
Hello,
Could you please tell me what the issue is, and whether it is related to translation or fonts?
As I said the fonts needs to be edited with tagDiv Composer, like in the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jQvA64uTLkI
You can find more details about object cache in this guide -> https://wp-rocket.me/blog/object-caching-use-wordpress/
Thank you!
Hello!
Make sure that you have the latest update of the theme(11.5.1 version) and the plugins.
We have also a guide with some tips why our Composer is not working properly, please check: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
Check some other possible factors which can interfere in our theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Dear Anamaria,
I have tried as you suggested, deleted the file wp-cache-config.php in wp-content folder, but the problem(translation language change saving) has not solved.
I don’t understand the process of object catche on backend,
https://www.screencast.com/t/RGAmXzLoXpxw, would you give me more detail instruction on this?
Thanks!
Michael
Thanks, but you didn’t read my message 🙁
I told before: “All was done – Cache cleared, CloudFlare was activated to the Debug mode, Plugins folder was renamed.
Server error log is empty.”
After that I’ve paused CloudFlare, but WP-admin got me 502 error.
This is not problem of CloudFlare coz service is disabled.
Any workaround ?
When I invalidate a URL to clear the cache on our CDN server it only clears the Desktop version of the URL and not the Mobile version. The only way to clear the mobile version is to clear the entire site’s cache. Which is not the preferred method.
it’s the menu up top under the header. only half of it is clickable.
it works when i am signed in but not when a user visits the site.
i added your name and contact@tagdiv to my siteground account so you can look.
i read the documentation but it doesn’t seem to be an object cache issue.
thank you
