Hello Alex!
We did not tested this cache solution. If you do not want to use the Mobile Theme layout, then please deactivate and delete the plugin.
Thank you!
Hello,
Is there any update regarding using NEWSPAPER together with the Varnish cache from Cloudways? I would really like to use their caching solution together with the mobile theme, but the issue described above by the others is still there.
Is there anything technical we can do to solve it?
hello,
I tried again and cleared the cache. though the space has been reduced, the post grid width has also been reduced.
kindly compare site 1 (https://justicemirror.com/?amp=1) with site 2 (https://hindi.justicemirror.com/?amp=1).
I want site 1 post grid below the menu to be like site 2 post grid below the menu on mobile.
thank you.
Hello @ehealthiermtoday!
I’ve checked your website and it seems that you have the right logo on mobile.
Please delete the cache and try again. Also, make a test and deactivate the cache plugin that you use.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!

Hello @netsrik2006!
Make sure you have the latest update of the theme(11.4.2) and plugins too.
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue, that’s why, we recommend first to deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser) and see the results.
Thank you!
Hello @BLAY!
Please deactivate the Mobile theme plugin. Make sure you assigned correctly the mobile pages to your desktop pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
Delete the cache and try again.
Thank you!
I am completely on the same page with you. I have done that I have changed the layout for the Category ART in my case.
Unfortunately is is not changing the layout of the art category, that is the problem in my case.
I have imported the category layout, I have applied the imported layout for the category Art from the theme layout feature, I have saved it and I have cleared the cache of the website several times unfortunately it is not applying the change.
Do you mind taking a look at the issue if i provided you with the user login details.
Hi,
In this case it can be a cache problem. I just checked again and for me it seems to working on each browser I used, also in incognito is working without problems -> https://i.imgur.com/cF2aRsu.png
The problem is still persisting for you? Is the same on all browsers?
I have noticed these cache issues. Irregular
Hello
I am trying to set single post max width so whole area fits the screen on desktop
I have been able to get my front page max width for desktop along with category pages.
You will see on desktop pc screen cannot get max width
I have tried many combinations of CSS code but none seem to work. (yes flushing cache after)
I have tried setting manual size with “important” and auto
Do you have a recommended CSS ?
I have tried the following combos
body.single-post .container {
max-width: 1780px!important;
}
body.single-post #main-content>.container {
width: 100%!important;
max-width: none!important;
}
body.single-post #main-content {
padding-top: 0!important;
}
body.single-post .et_pb_row {
max-width: 1780px!important;
}
None of these are working
Hello @be2name!
Please re-install the tagdiv Cloud Library. Edit an article with the TagDiv Composer and check if you have any wrong value in the Tagdiv Composer’s settings called “undefined”. If you have them please delete them.
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue or something that can interfere in our theme, please check: https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
Thank you!
No, not yet.
I want space between the ad and the site margin, like here: https://i.imgur.com/HVM0jbZ.png, because now for me it looks like this on single post content: https://i.imgur.com/6z06cLF.png
And I can’t set a margin for the ads in the single post, because there is no such option.
I also paste the div code Calin gave me, but it doesn’t work, even I delete the cache (https://pastebin.com/m2jQfFfN)
Thanks
Hello @mgiannelis!
If you do not have the Mobile Theme plugin installed and no mobile pages assigned for your desktop template, then the responsive version will automatically apply on your website which can be customized how I explained above at option 1.
If the design differ radically, then please make sure it is not a cache issue.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please check if you have an object cache, also, you can try the Wordfence Assistant plugin to remove the WordFence plugin, this can help.
We can take a look at this and investigate why is not working for you. Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin URL and credentials

Hello,
I just did a test with your gif and for me works -> https://www.screencast.com/t/cnzXs4IZ
Please clear the cache.
Thank you!
Hello @ragerobot!
I’ve checked your website and the design is ok, different than your screenshot.
Please make a test and deactivate the cache plugin that you use, and try again.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
I already did all the troubleshooting with this before I messaged. Including removing plugins.
:
The only thing that actually fixed this was by turning on opcache in cpanel php manger and then installing an opcache specific plugin. Which I should not have had to do
Hi,
So you’ll like to have the mobile theme set, but instead it is display the responsive version. For this all you need to do is to have the mobile theme plugin enabled and amp (if you want to use the amp), in case that you are using cache plugin you need to make sure that the mobile support is enabled (the cache for mobile version).
Another thing that you need to do is to make sure that you didn’t disable the mobile theme from page/post, so if a page looks like responsive version, click to edit it and check the mobile theme options -> https://i.imgur.com/T0kyeMi.png
I hope this will help you!
Let us know the results!
Hello @mgiannelis !
Please make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also deactivate the cache plugin that you use, and try again.
Let me know the results!

Hello Ben!
Please make sure that you have set the mod substitute in the htaccess file https://i.imgur.com/VuMw1lq.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ and you do not have any modSecurity enabled on host.
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Hi,
If I understand correctly, the problem is only for the pages that are not cached. Do you have many pages that do not need to be cached?
What I can recommend to do to improve the page speed is to set less flex blocks on pages and cloud templates, remove the ajax pagination from flex blocks, disable the google fonts, disable the standard pack (in case that is enabled and you use some elements from this plugin, those will be display as shortcodes), you also can disable the view post count (remove it with tagDiv Composer from post template) and disable the ajax view count.
I hope that doing those optimizations the speed will became better.
Thank you!
Hi @Bettina
I appear to have a similar issue to @Eighthats. when I select the desired menu for the mobile menu on my site in the tagdiv editor, it won’t save. Other CSS settings for other elements elements in the mobile view, and even other settings under the “General” tab of the mobile menu element save just fine, the issue appears to be isolated to the “select menu” drop down of the mobile menu element. I’ve tried fully disabling my cache plugin and the problem persists.
Any ideas?
Cheers,
Oli
Hello
My top admin bar keeps vanishing when I visit the front page of my site. The only way to get it back is to constantly clear the cache which is annoying because this means I need to warm up all the pages again.
Even adding adding the force admim CSS code does not stop it from vanishing all the time.
I also have this exact same problem with this theme on a different website
Whats this problem?
I just checked your website on 2 mobiles using android and for both the mobile menu on amp is without transparency -> https://i.imgur.com/BdNXqzm.png -> https://i.imgur.com/6zXcF5g.png
If for you it looks different, then maybe you have some cache on the mobile browser.
