Thank you very much for your help, I solved it with your help, the problem caused the WP Super Cache plugin, when I am disable it, it is working as a charm <3
Hello @vampireprincess!
It seems that you assigned the mobile page properly. This issue seems to be from a cache problem, please make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also deactivate the cache plugin that you use, and try again in an incognito tab.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
I tried turning off the cache and clearing the cache and disabling plug-ins. It did not change the lack of counting
The popular post sorting is turned on and is working with posts from this category but the Page View Counter that you see at the top of the page with the little eye symbol is not incrementing on the posts.
In the end I tried recreating the template for the category again and now the counting is working again. So I am not sure what happened but it is working now.
Thank you very much for the answer, it was assigned properly, it seem it needed time to adjust the mobile version, but when I checked today the mobile version was worked great on mobile, but then I tried to load the desktop version in incognito window and I found out the mobile homepage showing up on desktop. Then I deleted the cache, and it is started all over again. Now again the desktop version showing on mobile (but I can assure you it is assigned properly as on your tutorial). Its starting to be really crazy. I dont know what to try anymore.

Hello,
I hope you had a great weekend!:)
I have encountered several issues with Yoast SEO:
1) The website main page meta description doesn’t change (https://imgur.com/a/XMUt4dd) although it’s set to the different description on Yoast SEO (https://imgur.com/a/olJs0qi)
2) How I can add more links as an example here (https://imgur.com/a/fCGhtUE) “How It Works” “You Need To Know” etc.
My website only shows one link “Submit” (https://imgur.com/a/Yvyhn8J)
3) I’ve tried changing the Knowledge graph & schema.org section but it’s empty. What should I do to make it look like this one? (https://imgur.com/a/vXMr9ad)
I’ve tried deleting the cache but it didn’t work.
Could you please help me with these issues?
Thank you!
Hello @nhowarth!
I’ve checked the link and I can see that your images are fully loaded. Did you solve the issue? Please delete the cache and try again. If the problem is still there, then please provide more information about your issue.
Thank you!
Hi,
Yes, it is possible to be a cache from Cloudflare, maybe you can try the Wordfence Assistant plugin, this can help.
Also please check the browser console, it is possible that something to block the admin-ajax request and the data can not be saved (this can be from object cache or security modules -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/).
Thank you!
Hi,
I think that this situation can appear do to the cache plugin. Can you please make a test, clear all cache, disable all plugins except tagDiv plugins and try again. In case that the problem is resolved, enable the plugins one by one until you find the one that is causing the problem. Most of the time is related to cache and optimize plugins.
Thank you!
Hello,
First of all, please make sure the issue is not from a plugin conflict or a cache issue, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser) and try again.
I don’t understand where the view count is not updated, in the post or in the category template on the block the filter is not applied?
Also, for Single Post Template, you need to have the Single Post View added in the post, and ajax view count enabled.
Also, to sort the block for Popular (24h,48h and 7days) you need to have this option enable https://i.imgur.com/grI3bti.png
Thank you!
Hello,
I think that you have an object cache file stored on your server.
Also, please do a test using only tagDiv plugins -> https://i.imgur.com/j8q38If.png, and see if the problem persists.

Hello!
This situation appears when you are using the mobile theme plugin and the cache plugin that you have does not feature options for a separate mobile theme plugin therefore do not know when to deliver the mobile version and when to deliver the desktop version.
We tested with our theme the WP Super Cache and with the settings from our guide this is working correctly: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
If the problem is still there, then please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:

Hi wbordin420,
Is this problem happening when you are login? If not, then it can be related to some cache plugin options.
You can also make a test using only the theme plugins.
Thank you!
Hi wbordin420,
I just checked your website and the mobile version it looks normal -> https://i.imgur.com/33juOD8.png -> https://i.imgur.com/hMkfaT8.png -> https://i.imgur.com/fVJDdTO.png
Maybe before you have the mobile theme activated and the layout changed.
The problem that I see now, at least for me is on desktop -> https://i.imgur.com/UWOUW0y.png is possible to be related to the cache plugin that you are using.
Thank you!
Hello,
I just check and for me, the problem doesn’t appear -> https://i.imgur.com/bvCVKnd.jpg
Also, if you use Wp Rocket, please make sure you have enabled the mobile cache for wp rocket ->
https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/140-wrong-display-mobile-tablet-desktop
Thank you!
Hi hitstart,
I just made a test on my install and for me the color settings are working -> https://i.imgur.com/ILjlybZ.png -> https://i.imgur.com/mmqrhKT.png
Maybe in your case the problem is related to something else (child theme, extra plugin, object cache…).
Thank you!
Hi all,
I have seen your forum post at https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/can-no-longer-change-custom-title-in-flex-block/ where you discuss the correct setting for Cloudflare. We disabled the Rocket Loader but the tagDiv editor still did not recognise and save layout changes to content. We also cleared cache. The test site is now back under maintenance mode, and editing is restored.
Here’s more info:
We just did a live test and Cloudflare engaged. We have the Pro version of Cloudflare, and have installed the Cloudflare plugin.
When live, we found that Tagdiv no longer fired the “Content Successfully saved” notification after clicking the Save button when editing layout in the Tagdiv editor. We have not had this problem prior to this test, and it saves fine on ending the test, and cutting out Cloudflare
The WordPress editor saved content and it showed on the site.
At one point, a new page seemed to edit and save fine, so there some contrary indicators. This needs further testing. But changes to the layout of the home page did not fire “Content Successfully saved” on clicking the save button at any point, using two different computers, but I didn’t try logging in to a different browser.
We then went to the Cloudflare plugin and clicked on the “Apply Recommended Cloudflare Settings for WordPress” button.
This had no effect, so we then searched the tagdiv forum and saw the advice to disable Rocket Loader. We went to the Cloudflare site and saw that Rocket Loader had been disabled at the time that we clicked the “Apply Recommended Cloudflare Settings for WordPress” button.
We will do another live test on Tuesday, where we will disable the Cloudlfare plugin to make quite sure it is the source of the problem (I’m confident it is), and check the other issues. Also Rocket Loader will be disabled from the start.
So my question is – I guess it is possible that some cache somewhere was holding old info re Rocket Loader.
or – is there any other advice you can offer?
Many thanks for all the marvellous help and informative forums.
Its done now, it was a problem of a cache plugin.
This is the issue that exists in Newspaper theme for a long time. I’ve reported it via e-mail some months ago, even made a video clip showing the issue, and it is still not repaired. When you have any cache plugin installed and using Newspaper, your AJAX content will be cached as well. It is not about wrong caching configuration, it is a bug in Newspaper.
I have tried turning “Ajax view count” off and and on. When off the counter (Set to “Theme Post Views”) increases on a non cached view of the page, but not on a cached view of the page. When I turn “Ajax view count” back on again the counter stops increasing again, but still works on all the other post categories on the site.

Good Morning @Bettina,
I have checked LazyLoad, it was not disabled. I tried with it turned on and off, the same result.
I also disabled any plugins besides tagDiv and still have the same result. I tested on Google Chrome and Firefox with browser cache cleared for both.
Any other suggestions?
Thanks,
Vincent
Hello @stroudtimes!
From what I know, we haven’t change anything regarding to this issue. Please make sure it’s not a cache issue. You can make a test and revert the update and see the changes.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
AMP and mobile theme is uninstalled.
I have cleared the cache in both website and mobile phone. No change.
I’m sending you website user and pass. and the link.
