Hi , thanks fo you response, i try to add auto-ads for amp but didnt work, should need add the full code? i add this line https://imgur.com/Eq2Haxf and my settings on mobile are this https://imgur.com/ukzIzu6 and any ads show in my amp version, also i need put this code in header? <script async custom-element=”amp-auto-ads”

</script> or comes by default, well hope can help me, last thing how can speed up my site is running slow on google speedinsight i use wprocket plugin cache and lazyload images by default thanks again.

Please make sure that you installed the theme according to our guide from here -> https://tagdiv.com/how-to-install-newspaper-theme/

Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.

Make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again

Please make sure that you have the last version, Newspaper 10.3.2 also make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Theme was working perfectly until I added a new post. Suddenly I started receiving the following error when updating or publishing a post: “The editor has encountered an unexpected error.”

Ok it seems there was some conflict with cloudflare, after 2 hours it’s ok now. If someone has the same problem as me, I recommend to disable cloudlflare for a few hours and then reactivate it by cleaning the browser cache.

I’ve disabled all plugins, purged and disabled the cache, and the panel status show all green bullets (except of course for the cache one, as I disabled it). No effect, the problem is still there

I have followed the instructions. All extra plugins are deactivated except tagdiv. I have installed wp super cache. The system report values are green but I still cant save the page.

I have even deleted the theme and plugins and re-installed but problem is still there. Please let me know how to fix this saving problem with the page editor. I do not really want to install WordPress. Any other options? Can I give you access to the site to see the issue?

Covid 19 issue - reply

Hi,

If covid elements display 0 data:
To fix the covid counter you need to deactivate and delete tagDiv Composer plugin and install it again from Newspaper > Plugins -> https://i.imgur.com/3nvXhlS.png, after that clear all cache and the covid counter will work again after we’ll get data from the covid
api (it can take 1-2 hours).

If there is still a problem, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
