Hi,
If I understand correctly you have problem with Instagram social counter
https://www.screencast.com/t/60sl01zI8V
https://www.screencast.com/t/wBN0Ip6dk
Please try to set the user and clear all cache, after that see if the social counter is working.
Hope this will help you.
Thanks.
Hi,
A random sort may indeed be affected by caching. While logged in users will not be served cached pages, for others this will happen.
A solution would be to set a small expiration period of time before the cache expires

Thanks
Hi all,
Anybody with an optimized cache and Cloudflare settup update?
Hi,
im pretty sure I now have the right Cache Plugin from Automattic.
http://prntscr.com/m4ivs3
But the problem is still the same.
Hi,
If you make changes in theme file after update you will lose all changes; also this worrying is cased by something.
Please check if you set the wp_debug to false -> https://www.screencast.com/t/0KUOvg7opy
Please deactivate all plugins, clear all cache and try again.
Also please check in .htaccess , copy the code from there, clear the .htaccess ( delete all from there ) re-save the permalinks https://www.screencast.com/t/okBaaOOm49I1 and see if the problem is still there.
If the problem persist please provide some more details, some screenshots were I can inspect the problem.
Thank you for your understanding.

Hi,
Hi,
If you use a CDN try to purge the files – https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/200169246-How-do-I-purge-my-cache-
In case the problem remains we could take a look, send us admin login at contact@tagdiv.com as well as cPanel if possible. Please also include a link to this topic in the email.
Thanks
From what I can see the problem is with two links in the AMP head
– https://www.screencast.com/t/0osD2jY7yVC
Those seem to be generated by a minification plugin, cache plugin or service. Try disabling it or if possible make an exception to not affect AMP pages, because they cause the post to fail AMP validation.
Hi,
Please make sure that those post have set feature image , also please deactivate all plugins, clear all cache and try again to see if the problem is still there, is possible to be a plugin conflict.
Thank you for your understanding.
Hi,
Please deactivate all non theme plugins, and clear all cache
Please make sure that the theme system status is configured as mentioned in the requirements guide. Please follow the guide carefully

Let me know the results!
Got same error on litespeed and we have fixed it as below.
https://github.com/litespeedtech/lscache_wp/commit/2f89731e4624fe9adda3af2cbac3ae0475a98044
Cant we just use some code like this?

Hi,
Please clear any cache you have, including browser cache. The lazy load issues were fixed in theme update 9.2.1. There have been no negative reports since then, based on user feedback the problems were fixed.
If there is still a problem, please provide a link to the website.
Thanks
Hi,
Please notice that the AMP template will only work on pages that do not use any page builder. Only pages that are created using the standard tiny mce editor will be valid AMP pages.
Also there can be some plugins conflicts, you can deactivate all non theme plugins clear all cache, and re-save the permalinks -> https://www.screencast.com/t/UjUehBBCJ4
Thank you.

Thank you.

Hi,

Thanks for the message!
Thanks for the response. I’m familiar with the error codes which is why I find this puzzling.
I’m looking through my .htaccess file and the only thing I see in there that mentions .svg files is cache settings.
I cleared caches and I’ll let it sit for the day.
What am I looking for in .htaccess because no rewrite rule sticks out?
Thanks for the help.
Hi,
You are using an untested cache plugin. Please only use wp super cache and these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Thank you!
Hi,
Thank you for your message, well try to make the updates as sun as possible.
As for APC full page cache, if you can find some plugins that are compatible with Newspaper Theme, then it should work.
There are many guides here to optimist the site, please try this guides too.

Hi,
The theme lazyload was modified, after you update please clear all caching, browser cache as well (or test with a new browser).
There were some problems with the lazyload when it was introduced in 9.2, but they were quickly fixed in 9.2.1. Based on user feedback and our tests it functions correctly at the moment.
I see you reverted to 8.1 at the moment, if you decide to update the theme again, after you update clear all caching you have (cache plugin, cache provided by the host, browser cache).
Thanks
Hi,
There are some scripts that need to be load at the beginning of pages, if you force theme ( like in above example ) your website can be broke.
You can remove the settings you made in theme file for tagDiv Speed Booster and clear all cache in this way all scripts will be load like before.
Thank you.
