1)Please notice that the smart sidebar should works as expected in both cases. I have inspected your website and I saw that your smart sidebar works as expected. (on the homepage works fine but on the post page it seems does not work). Please try to disable all of the untested plugins, because I saw that you are using something like this, clear all the caches and check the results.
2)Provide some useful screenshots with this problem.

Notice that if you are using the mobile theme, the layout of the theme on mobile will be different than desktop. So, if you want to have the same footer style, you should simply disable the mobile theme, clear all the caches and check the results.

This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Check the theme system status, make sure there are enough resources available

This can affect the theme and theme plugins functionality. If needed ask your hosting provider to increase theme as mentioned in the guide. Then check if the multi-purpose elements are displayed. Also clear the browser cache, or test with a different browser.

That has been on our list for a while, hopefully the cache guide will be updated in the near future. From what I know some settings of the plugin have been renamed or moved, that could cause confusion. Sorry for the inconvenience. A similar topic here

I have inspected your website and I saw that you have a strange span with a background-color: black which does not come from our theme and that’s why you bring that results, sorry! Please try to reinstall that demo again via FTP way after you make a full backup, clear all the caches and check the results. I have tested on my side and I cannot recreate this error. I have inspected your website and I saw your errors with the images. So, the first one image at the top is not right displayed because your image is too short and the theme does not enlarge the image but only crop it. Regarding the others, you should try to regenerate again all the images, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results.
