Hey there ,
I’ve installed the mobile plugin and when opened my website on mobile all it says is :
The mobile theme path couldn’t be set. Please check if you already have another mobile theme plugin active and disable it (ex. Jetpack Mobile Theme or similar). If you use a cache plugin clear it before checking the results.
I don’t have any caching plugin or any other mobile theme. I’ve made a child theme though but checked it and it seems all good.
Also, currently I’m Using a website maintenance plugin and for now i’ve disabled the mobile theme plugin but would like to use it.
Any help ????
Exact same problem here. Not working since today.
And i’m not using any cache plugins.

Hi guys,
Our Past 7 days popular posts widget worked perfectly fine alongside WP Fastest Cache for a week or so, but has today stopped working. No posts showing at all, just blank. Nothing extra has been installed on the site. I’ve attempted to disable the cache plugin completely and still nothing displays.
AJAX Post View Count is enabled in the theme settings, as it mentions this works best with caching plugins. However disabling this makes no difference, still no posts displaying.
What’s going on?
@Talent10 I see the images appear in the Instagram widget, but they are not the latest ones. Please try as mentioned and if you have a form of caching clear (delete) the cache. Also I see you might be using Cloudflare, purge files in Cloudflare as well

I,i have same problem with my cache.
When i enable cache with SG SUPERCACHER of Siteground mobile theme not show.
Any ideas?
Thanks
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
It could also be a file permission issue: http://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/wordpress-user-roles-and-permissions/
Also please make sure you increase your memory allocation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Thank you!
Hello,
Please also test this on a wp default theme. The errors all seem to point to wp, not the theme. Let us know if you still get the errors on another theme.
You can try to deactivate all plugins and clear cache to see if it is a plugin issue.
Thank you!
Hello,
the only tested and recommended plugins to use with our theme can be seen here: https://www.screencast.com/t/VwBJbJPzGux
The plugin you mention is not tested.

I have disabled all but the tagDiv plugins and cleared the cache and there is no custom code.
It still keeps the default accent color of #4db2ec whilst allowing me to change all other colors.
I shall email details.
SOLVED: don’t know why purging cache seems to have solved
Hi,
The icons seem to be there at the moment
– https://www.screencast.com/t/tygVz2ddQ
Could have been caching, after a theme update you should clear the cache and CDN if used.
Thanks
Please try to disable any at all cache you can find and contact the host.
Let us know if you still have problems.
Thanks.
Hi Simion,
I’ve purged the cache in wordpress and cloudflare and still no luck .
In this case please contact your host and ask about a hosting side cache and ask for it to be disabled. Ask about a cdn server and if one is used.
We only recommend cloudflare and these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/ as for a cache plugin, please only use: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Thank you!
Seems I doubled the link there, from what I found online seems that Google does not cache stylesheets if that is what you are asking
– https://webmasters.stackexchange.com/questions/4206/does-google-cache-stylesheets
You could search for more on the subject online.
Seems the color is still coming from the demo

So either the code was not removed or you have caching or CDN. Try clearing the cache or CDN files, so the old version is not served anymore. That could be why there is no effect in the front-end.
The WP editor isnt loading on the front page when use TD composer, all plugins disabled. server resouces are OK this is dedicated box and has plenty of power, this issue dfid not occur until upgrade to 8.7.2 from a earlier 8.7 or 8.6 version.
This happens when adding a block called “text with title”
The editor just spins and spins and never loads.
tested in FF, chrome, safari, Mac, and PC.
Went through and disabled plugins one by one, cleared all caches, restarted browsers, tried other machines. The WP editor never loads. Although it used to load in earlier versions because I have content in there that I need to edit.
Suggestions?
The Social Counter Plugin of the PAKDEFENSE.COM is not updating regularly even after clearing the site cache. Please help me.

Hello,
Please access your cdn and clear all caching or clear any caching on your host or plugins. It seems you have a very strong cache in place.
Thanks.
Hi,
That should be fixed by simply clearing the browser cache, please try it. For specific pages do a forced refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R). Clearing the browser cache was the solution for most similar cases.
Thanks

A few moments ago, after a few days that I did not modify my pages, I opened elementor from my homepage and the broswer gave me this error. I can no longer edit any page I created, not even with the other td composer editor (integrated into my theme).
I’ve already cleared the broswer cache but it does not work.
I’m afraid I’ve touched something in the htaccess file these days.
Thank you very much.
@Simion Tried to apply mentioned updates to instagram widget/footer but it broke functionality in footer completely. After applying and clearing cache it shows only header, no pictures in footer. Tried to temporarily add widget to see if it is affected too, same situation. Shows only header, telling there are 0 followers and no pictures at all.
Had to revert changes and restore old 8.7.2 version – it shows outdated content, but at least works somehow. Please fix this. Thanks!

Hello Sir,
Good day
I already tried clearing the cache in Chrome, and even tried installing a plugin called WP Super Cache. I also tried re-installing the Social Counter plugin and de-activating other plugins as well then re-activating it.
It does not work on a widget form as well on my end http://prntscr.com/iwy0jr
Is there any other way sir? or can you access my WordPress back-end and take a look at it?
Thank you
