Hello,

Pleas only use wp super cache and these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
We have not tested the w3 total cache plugin. It could also be another conflicting plugin so it’s best to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Thank you!

Hello,

I have checked your site and saw the image issues on smaller screen devices. This happens because of the resize your image gets. Our theme does not add a re-size to the images. It probably comes from an image optimization plugin or a cdn server. Please try to disable any image related tools and test again after also clearing the cache.
If all else fails, you can adjust the post style with css like so:

@media (max-width: 767px)
.td-post-template-4 .td-post-featured-image {
min-height: 133px;
}

Thank you!

Hi,

ahh thank you very much. That was what i searched. 😀

Okay, but i changed the img now, cleared my cache and removed all cookies and still the img is the old one which the theme grab from the old URL. I dont know why. 🙁

Do you have a idea why it is?

I will create you a admin account, then you can also look in the settings.

Thank you very much and with best Regards
Marcel

Hello,

Please only use wp super cache and these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ and for cdn: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
Also please contact your host and have them disable any hosting side cache.

Thank you!

Thank you Bogdan.
This morning it looked ok but yesterday when I updated it looked like this: screenshot
So you see the dark body color didn’t go all the way down and stopped after the Big Grid. May be it was the cache used on the Server I don’t know.

So thanks for the fast answer.

Hi, on my site I noticed a strange abnormality in the menu seen in the responsibe version (menu-mobile).
On the home page if I click on the mobile menu, everything works perfectly, but if within a category of my site or within an article and clicking on the menu, the screen shrinks (as it is set in the effect Of the template) but no menus appear.

My site has installed the Total Cache w3 plugin and I noticed that by disabling the plugin the menu is working properly in all functions.
As I set javascript load in footer and javascript minify, maybe that might be the problem. What is the javascript file that is loaded for the mobile menu? To exclude it from minify and asynchronous load.

Thanks so much

Hi,

I have tested the code before providing it and now also, and it is working as intended
https://www.screencast.com/t/1tx5Y0Ftk
https://www.screencast.com/t/L3nIFzn5
https://www.screencast.com/t/RslZJIlTCKq6
Try clearing your cache after inserting the code, maybe this is why the code does not apply.
Also for the mobile theme not working properly, you could try the solution provided in this topic
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-theme-issues-5/

Thanks

Hello herondino,

Please ensure that you have right installed your theme according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ To be safe, you should download again the latest version of the theme from Theme Forest and install it gain via FTP way at your side, clear all your caches and check the results.

Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Thanks for the message!

Hi,

Please try to understand that this issue with the social counter is now fixed, and it is working properly. All you need to do is to download and install the latest theme version and use the social counter plugin from this package. Then it is very important that you clear the browser cache as instructed above, if you cannot generate the Facebook token.

@m0000g
Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information so we can investigate. Also provide your social counter Facebook configuration (Facebook Id, Facebook App Id, Facebook Security Key).

Thank you for understanding!

Hello haqemcom,

We do not have any problems in this regard -> https://www.screencast.com/t/KEPYdl6W8, sorry! Do you receive this in your console? Most likely, this might happen due to your untested plugins used by you. Try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and rule out any conflicting plugins.

Thanks for the message!

Hi,

This is not an issue, please read more – https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-post-formats-for-tinymce/https://www.screencast.com/t/zlx9FXoHfU5
If you want to have it full even if you set a sidebar, you need to remove or comment this code from editor-style.css file – https://www.screencast.com/t/4w2vcg3Mzx

Please clear your browser cache after you make any custom modification.

Hello,

Try to use the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area.

.td_social_type .td_social_info{
top:-10px;
}

This problem happens due to your unproperly installation. Try to remove the old plugin and update it. Clear all your caches and check the results.

Hello MamasLT,

To be safe, try to make a full backup to your database and then make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way and use only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and rule out any conflicting plugins. Clear all your caches and check the results.

I tried all that, including downloading and installing the version posted here, disabling all plugins, disabling CDN, clearing cache, etc…
Just can’t get the token.

Anny suggestions?

Hello Marcus_S,

The theme should have to work as expected without any additional untested plugins and customizations. Try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP and use only our recommended plugins, clear all your caches and check the results. After this, if your problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect it closer your setup page. Provide there the link to this topic so we can easily identify you.

Hello pablojmelian,

I have inspected your website and I saw that you are using some untested plugins like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/wlAEpu8gdHA which can interact with the theme core files and cause a lot of unknown issues. Try to use only tested plugins, without any untested plugins, clear all your caches and check the results.

Hello Ramon Davi,

If you want to change the format of your date, you should edit the single template file where the date is called. The function which creates this is get_date. You should replace it with your function, clear all your caches and check the results.

Thanks for your understanding!

Hi. Well i don’t think this is the best approach to solving this issue, because when I bought the theme, there was mobile theme included with it, so I assume it supposed to work properly with all footer templates.
This is how it looks with footer template Style 2 on mobile theme: https://ibb.co/e19fd5
There is only the logo, no popular categories and no popular articles. The text under the footer logo means ABOUT US. And it is the ABOUT US string from translations page.
1) This string does NOT appear on desktop version, so I assume this STyle 2 should not show this string in a mobile theme version either.
2) I switched to Style 1, and now I can see the same string on desktop as well, but no text – the text is added at FOOTER TEXT field.
I think this should be somehow merged together, or so, as there is no point of including the string ABOUT US if there is no text in FOOTER TEXT field. Just an idea.

Could you please provide a solution of removing this from mobile theme? Thanks!

Also I think I will open another topic about the problem with Cache and mobile phone theme, as it keeps changing to desktop version for some reason… I like consistency 🙂

Cheers

Hi Newspaper team,

So I’ve got issues with the thumbnails being strange sizes. All of the thumbnail settings are set to “on” in the theme panel, and I’ve tried thumbnail regeneration per the suggestion here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/

I don’t have Super Cache installed so I don’t think that’s the issue, but I’m not sure where else I can look to fix the problem.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Kaitlin

Hello Mustafa_Semerci,

I have inspected your website and I saw that you are using the Rev Slider at the top of the website. I cannot provide a more accurate response in this regard because I saw that you are using some untested plugins which interact with the theme and cause a lot of unknown issues. Try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and rule out any conflicting plugins.
