Hi,
The plugin should work as before without any issues. The plugin works fine on our end. There are no problems in using visual composer.
Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
Hello nomoretechno,
Ensure that you are using the latest theme version, clear all the caches, purge all CDN files if you are using something like this and check the results.
Thanks for the message!

Usually the image loading effect breaks because of a js error caused by plugin conflicts.

Hello,
I cannot see this alignment issue on my end. I have used your page but here is how it shows : https://www.screencast.com/t/KEUK0YkKB
The alignment seems fine.
Please disable all plugins except the theme specific plugins and then clear cache and purge cdn files.
Thank you!
Hello,
I have just tested the footer page again. Once you set it here: https://www.screencast.com/t/Y4s7AoCxVGiZ the standard footer no longer displays.
Please clear all your caching including cache plugin, cdn server and browser cache.
Also test without plugins to see if there is no plugin conflict affecting the theme functionality. Try to disable all plugins except the theme specific plugins.
Thank you!

Yep, I had to get a bit more aggressive too with clearing caches in my browser, caching plugin, and my CDN. I also logged out and logged in again, tried different browsers and was eventually able to resolve it that way. Thanks for your help 🙂
Hi Simion and Travelhippi,
Yep, I had to get a bit more aggressive too with clearing caches in my browser, caching plugin, and my CDN. I also logged out and logged in again, tried different browsers and was eventually able to resolve it that way.
Cheers 🙂
It doesn’t work with some caching and/or CDN due to the timeout on the load times. Not theme specific, so in your case sounds like you should leave it ‘off’ … common issue, even with sites like LA Times, CBS.com etc. — we leave it off on all our sites, as we got it to be ‘okay’ on desktop, then not so much on iPad. So, unless you love the animated effect, I’d recommend leaving it off.
Originally it was not a true lazy load, but rather an image ‘effect’ (see theme docs); this may have changed.
( I don’t work here. )
Hi,
I’ve followed every recommendation that I found here in the forum. I saved the Theme Panel options, deleted cache, purged CDN files, deleted browser cache, and the problem remains.
I have a Multisite installation and the problem only affects one website.
Hi,
In most similar cases the issue was solved by simply clicking the save settings button in the theme panel, then clearing all caching and purging CDN files if used. Try this method and check if the problem is solved.
Thanks
Hi,
@travelhippi It seems the issue is fixed at the moment

This issue is caused by caching, so please clear all caching installed. If you use CDN purge all files.
Thanks

Hi,
Please try and clear all caching installed, and purge CDN files if you use it.Then check if the issue is solved. Let us know if there still is a problem.

Hi Simion,
I’m using header style 1 and am having the same issue with the search icon being pushed below the menu. I just upgraded from 8.2 to 8.5.1. I have re-saved my settings as you mentioned and cleared the browser cache, site cache, and my CDN cache, but the problem is still there. I have used the following code to hide the search icon until there is consensus on a fix:
.td-icon-search{
display:none!important;
}
If perhaps I’m missing something, I’d welcome any input/feedback/tips which anyone can provide.
Kind regards
Hi,
If the hosting is not an issue, you have to check what exactly is causing the slow loading speed. Analyze the website, error logs, deactivate all plugins except theme plugins and see if this has any effect.
There are guides for improving website speed that you can read

Hello idazamp,
Please keep in mind that before that the latest version of the theme to be released, it has been fully tested and we have not encountered this kind of error, sorry! Most likely, this errors happened due to a bad installing of the theme, sorry! Try again to re-install the theme via FTP way, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches, purge all CDN files if you are using something like this and check the results.
Hope this helps!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello sukola,
Make sure that you are using the latest version of Child Theme from the Theme packet. Also, it seems that’s a mini bug with it. So, you should replace the multi-purpose plugin with this new plugin from here -> http://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/12/td-multi-purpose.zip Clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
Same problem here with header style 12. I use W3TC and Amazon cloudfront.
It appears to be a problem with the W3TC / Cloudfront interaction. When I disable the CDN, the search icon appears as expected. When I enable Cloudfront, I get the broken behavior. I’d expected that since W3TC is combining and minifying my HTML, JS, and CSS (I’m still http/1) that any time I purged cache in w3tc, the new file combined file names would ensure no caching problems.
Looks like I was wrong. Guess I have to wait a week for the theme files to expire or learn Cloudfront invalidation…
