Hello,
Please make sure visual composer is installed and active on your site. What version of the theme do you use? What version of visual composer? Do you use the mobile theme?
The most common case is the mobile theme plugin which provides a second editor in the back-end so you have to scroll down a bit to see the visual composer editor.
if this is not the case, please disable all plugins except visual composer. clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.
Thank you!
Hello,
This issue usually happens when loading fonts from a different source. In most cases this is caused y a cdn server. Please follow this topic for a possible fix:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/strange-chinese-symbols-replaced-icons-and-arrows/
Thank you!
Hi
Do you use a plugin for cache? If so check its options and delete all caches. We recommend WP Super Cache in this regard as it’s tested and works fine with our theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
I assume that you’re not using a cdn service so you don’t need to worry about this. You can check this link for more details in this regard: https://gtmetrix.com/why-use-a-cdn.html
With regard at plugins try to deactivate them all, leave just Visual Composer active then test the site again, it should work properly. Then you can enable back your plugins one bey one and check which one causes the conflict.
Thanks!
Hi
I am not sure why this happens as we didn’t get a similar report before. It could be a problem caused by cache or cdn. Try to clear all caches, purge cdn files if you’re using then test the site again.
Let us know how it goes and if the problem persist please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your login credentials and we will inspect this issue as soon as possible, also include a link to this topic.
Thanks!
Hi
It seems that there is a conflict between last version of SEO Yoast an Mobile theme plugin. We found a temporary solution which seems to work fine. Try to install this version of Mobile theme plugin: http://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/td-mobile-plugin.zip clear all caches then test the site again.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks!
Hello,
The string is empty for a reason. There is no error with the strin you mentioned. But on my end the strinc is on line 9886 not 1401. If you get a js error in your browser console it could be a plugin conflict as the animation is the first one to break with a plugin conflict. I assume your images get an opacity of 0 and cannot be seen properly. This is a very common issue caused by plugins. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.
Thank you!
Hello,

Hi
I’ve checked your site and noticed that you have some js errors in browser’s console: http://screencast.com/t/l4dTnhFSUrJ6 Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches, purge cdn files if you’re using then test the site again.
We removed front-end editor with a hook within the theme becasue is not working properly with theme’s blocks. You can enable the Visual Composer front-end editor by removing this code: http://screencast.com/t/1N4LB7WhP2jR
Thanks!
Some common issues are
a) lazy load animation turned on; turn it off
b) external optimization of images breaking file type (e.g., Photon, Smush-It)
c) server update; need to reset your caching
d) expiration of CDN based on bucket expiration; need to reset
e) browser cache corrupted; clear history in your web browser
f) WordPress transients issue;
— 1) resave permalinks (get in habit doing this after any plugin/theme updates!)
— 2) optimize db tables with wp-optimize plugins.
g) And probably should check first: conflicting plugin or ad banner from AdSense/etc. breaking images; use console view in web browser (F12) to check for page error breaking page load.
h) less common, but images being loaded via http, page loading via https; no redirect for http >> https and/or domain mis-match from CDN/cache.
i) mod_pagespeed rewriting images, but breaking on serving the files due to server or domain setup error.
Good luck!

Hello,
We have only one other report of this issue with our theme and that is way back in 2014. It could simply be a plugin conflict so please try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Then test again and see if you still get the error.
If you say the error is still present on a wp default theme, then maybe one of these solutions could do the trick:
http://www.agentwp.com/fix-cheatin-uh-error-in-wordpress
I would try to get it fixed on the wp default theme first before applying the theme.
Let us know how it goes
Thanks
Hi,
Well we cannot see the site as you have a coming soon page. Please first of all make sure you have the latest version of the theme and of the plugins bundled with the theme.
In order to update the theme you can follow this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
As for the plugins the same method as updating visual composer applies: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
(Visual composer, revolutions slider, social counter and mobile theme)
If the issue is still there when using the latest updates, then please try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Then test your site again.
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you!
Hi
I’ve tested the solution and it works fine on my end. Try to clear all caches, purge cdn files if you’re using then test the site again.
Let me know how it goes and if you still can’t manage to solve this please address us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin and ftp access so we can have a closer look.
Thanks!
WP Super Cache has been purged. Browser cache and cookies has been emptied. CDN “files” I have NO idea what is and google didn’t offer any enlightenment on the issue.
Here is a link to a post that has the “problem”: http://24uutiset.fi/2016/09/13/kayta-antibiootteja-varovaisesti-ja-oikein/
The header is still blue and it should be black.
I don’t think the issue has been resolved in the update?
Hello kamoe,
Please ensure that you have right installed the theme via FTP because this is the surest method in this regard. First of all, please remove the old version of the theme and then install it according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ If you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches, purge CDN files and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out any conflicting plugins. Until now we have not encountered with this case, regarding on Wp Super Cache.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks.

Hi,
This issue is mostly caused by plugin conflicts. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. Then test the button again. Let us know how it goes. Also if you have any custom code in the theme panel or the child theme, make sure you remove that also. (make a back-up before)
Thank you!

Thank you!
This kept happening although I cleared cache. Actually I am using the plugin you suggested and settings are exactly the same as you provided.
I don’t know how to purge CDN files though. Can you advise this?
Hello ozgurtaskaya,
This problem most likely appears due from your caching plugin and from your CDN. Please try to clear all your caches, purge CDN files. Please notice that all of these might influence to serve other files than those that must be loaded and that why these errors appear temporarily.
Hope this helps!
Thanks for your understanding!

Hello AdamAL,
First of all, please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme with the latest version of required plugins (Newspaper 7.4 with Visual Composer 4.12.1 and Social Counter 4.1) in order to achieve best results. Also, if you are using some untested plugins, please try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches, purge CDN files, clear all your server cache (and if you do not have any access in this regard, please request this to the hosting provider to clear all of these) if you are using the CDN system and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.
For your latest problem, please try to regenerate all your thumbnails using this guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/
