So I can’t have logo and header without Cloud Library and without Composer?

Unfortunately, no. You can only use cloud templates that are fully editable with the tagdiv Composer, and they need the Cloud Library plugin as well.

Hi,
I recently purchased the Newspaper theme to create a digital magazine in Arabic, considering its full RTL support.
Unfortunately, many RTL details aren’t supported, and I’m forced to write custom CSS to temporarily fix issues, which may slow down the site since this isn’t a permanent solution.
I know there are some ready-made templates for Arabic, but they also have issues. Additionally, when using the Cloud Library, I can’t customize all details to support RTL.
My biggest issue is the inability to create a Full Width template when using some pre-made blocks, as I can’t find an easy option to make any row full screen. Is there a solution for this? How can this process be made easier?

I’m experiencing a critical issue with the Newspaper theme (version 12.6.6) on my WordPress site (here). The problem only occurs on WooCommerce category and product pages and persists even after deactivating all plugins except for the following:
tagDiv Cloud Library
tagDiv Composer
tagDiv Mobile Theme
WooCommerce
I installed the las versions of all plugins.

Hello Tagdiv team,
I have a mega menu activated on a primary category (level 1) which has for example 2 subcategories (level 2). Let’s say one of these subcategories has for example 2 subcategories (level 3).
For example :
category level 1 => Mega menu activated
– category level 2
– category level 2
– – category level 3
– – category level 3
…
How can I only display level 2 subcategories? Because there, all my subcategories are displayed (and I have several dozen…) which result in a real mess :-O

I have the same problem in 2024 the tagDIV cloud library plugin gets randomly deactivated all the time with no patern it doesn’t seem to be triggered by a ceratin action and i can’t just deactivate every other plugin and leave my site with half the functions just to check if something is at fault… i did what they told you and now im waiting to see if it worked. Did it work for you?

To recreate the issue:
1. Custom single post type is a Single Event from this plugin, Events Manager by Pixelite.
I believe your team previously tested with this plugin, when I reported this issue that was fixed.
2. In WP Dashboard go to Events > Settings > Pages > Event Pages > Display events as Posts.
3. Create a new event (custom post). When creating the event, you can also create a new Event Category (custom tax). The same way as for normal posts.
4. Cloud Templates > CPT/Taxonomies > Events > Single – add a blank template and place breadcrumbs block in it.

5. Go to the Event that you created (custom single post page) and hover the Category name (custom post taxonomy). The tooltip is meant to show Custom Category Name (in the same manner as it shows for normal single posts), but it shows the word “attribute”. Screenshot.
6. To my understanding it has something to do in this file:

1. To adjust this on footer you can use a custom css like this one:

This css should be set in the theme panel > custom code> custom css.
2. Please use tagDiv Composer to edit the page then use the right click on the sign element and click on delete – https://i.imgur.com/t5gPFGR.png
3. Yes, the child theme can be used. For this you can triger the language to apply that css on on that language, like this html[lang=”ar”] or on rtl like this [dir=”rtl”]. Now , most of element have options that allow you you to set the text from RTL to LTR and vice versa, but there are a few elements that do not have this option and need to be used a css.
4. Yes, the templates can be set as global per language and for each language it will be used the one set as global.
5. This is a strange situation, also that one is a page get from cloud library and it can be get for each language, but is not a page template. In that situation if you want to use that page as homepage, then you can assign it using the WordPress option from Settings > Reading – https://i.imgur.com/kxRD8Dh.png

I am experiencing an issue with the Tagdiv Composer being blocked by the TagDiv Cloud Library plugin. After extensive troubleshooting, I identified that deactivating the TagDiv Cloud Library plugin allows the composer to function correctly. However, I need the templates provided by this plugin, which are currently unusable.
Has anyone encountered a similar problem or have any suggestions on how to resolve this conflict?

The page templates can’t be global on each page, and it is not working as a single template, for example.
Create a new page in Dashboard -> Pages, press the publish button, and view. Edit it with the TagDiv Composer: https://prnt.sc/gGw1zq0zdf3r and start customizing it as you like to add text, image using the elements from tagdiv Composer. You can import from the Cloud Library sections, blocks, etc. already designed.
There is not need to have the pages in cloud templates, because you can see the pages in the section for pages.

I am using the Urban Observer theme for my site. I have added a forum to it. On the forum page, it will not allow me to add a sidebar or any widgets. I don’t need anything fancy. I saw some basic pages in the library but they belong to different themes. Is it possible to import a cloud library page from a different theme to use it on just this Forum page or will this cause all of my “default” pages to use the one I import? Thank you~

I’m using Center Pro template. By default, there’s no cloud page template assigned to pages. I’d like to use and customize a cloud template as I’ve done for single posts, categories and so on. I tried to import a page template, but Center Pro seems not to have it. I couldn’t find a blank template in cloud library. If I try to assign another template to a page (as My Account) I get a 404 page. Can you help me?

I have an error with my Hostinger host : A critical error 500 was detected on the website
