If you use a cloud/PRO post template, then you need to access your post, edit with TagDiv Composer plugin, click on the element called “Single Post Author” for displaying the author and simply delete it. This change should reflect on every other posts which has the same template.

Note that you need to access a post from your website, then edit with TagDiv Composer.
Please try to click on that element text and you should be able to delete it. You can see a recycle bin basket or just press the key DELETE.

I’m experiencing a big problem with the archives of all my categories.
In a few words, the first page of the archive is working well, then if you try to go to page 2, you’ll see always the same post, also on page 100.

If you are using a cloud library header you have to manually set the fonts on your elements using tagDiv composer: https://www.screencast.com/t/jjfS3BygErGP and in the Style tab you will find the fonts.

Dear Anamaria, thanks for the fast reply. This actually solves the issue for editing the main footer.
Now, going a bit deeper in our issue, we need to have the footer in another language, we are using Polylang, and we create both footers in the cloud and properly assigned and connect them in their respective languages, but only English appears.
Any suggestion on how to switch between 2 footer translations?
(keep in mind – header and all pages work perfectly fine)

A standard template can only be edited by coding. Unfortunately Cloud library templates and Custom Post types are not compatible at all at the moment unfortunate. Our team is working on this but it will take some time until we see a result.

Hi, we use Cloud templates for header and other pages, and no problem, all of them allow you to edit with TagDiv composer.
But now we wanted to change our footer too into this cloud system and this happens:
you can create it (we tried both blank page and existing samples) then at this moment it allows you to edit it with TagDiv. As soon as you save it and close it. The option to edit with TagDiv composer is not there anymore.
We believe this to be a bug, as for everything else works perfectly.
Hopefully it can be easily solved!

Unfortunately, on the standard template, you can’t add this meta info, but if you use a Single Post Template from Cloud Library, you can add an element like inline text, where you can add the link.

You can try to insert with TagDiv Composer the ads in an element called “Ad box”.
Please note that you need to use a cloud/PRO template in order to edit with that plugin mentioned above.

i have a cloud header. I guess it’s the same as the picture you sent. then there is nothing to do here? so everything is right So why is it called h1 in the analysis but it looks empty? And what about hosting, most likely you are on some budget hoster. You want a fast site, use cloud servers.

Hi,
I had Animals PRO prebuilt website loaded and decided to just change the top menu to have the dot effect on hover. However upon loading the menu from cloud templates it behaves differently and the dot is exactly in the middle of the menu text. Can you please suggest in which options and settings can i move it to the side?

You can’t edit, because is a standard template. You need to assign a category cloud template for categories to can edit with tagDiv Composer.

Hi,
I am having some problems with accessing cloud templates. After few seconds it shows red error ‘Failed to contact the templates API server’.
Theme is activated and licensed properly.
Weird thing is:
– on the same hosting server I have another domain without activated theme just for testing purposes and there cloud templates are opening fine
What could be the issue here?

I’m having a problem with a gap between my footer and the bottom of my blog posts. The gap appears when you scroll down right down to the bottom of the page.
However, the gap doesn’t always appear on every post. Sometimes it’s fine, other times the bottom of the post is completed cut off.
I believe that the cause is the ‘load more’ feature from ‘tagDiv Cloud Library’ failed to calculate the height of the next article???
