Hi,
How exactly did you create a single page? That code can be used in the default predefined post templates by editing the loop single files, so for example in a cloud post template which does not have PHP files it will not be possible the same way.
Maybe a a different implementation is possible, by a shortcode if possible. A shortcode could be entered in a column text. Maybe some Facebook comments plugin that have a shortcode implementation can be used together with a cloud post template. I haven’t tried such a a plugin unfortunately.

I have been working on my site all day, and all of a sudden, all the pages built with the composer have reverted to the default width even though they were built as stretched heros and 1200px bodies (flexbox and 12000px rows) using the composer. I have tried everything I can think of including removing all custom CSS, deactivating plugins and searching the theme panel. I checked the pages in the composer, and all elements (rows) are still set to stretch content or stretch to 1200px, yet all pages are default width. it was fine earlier today and I do not know what happened. Newspaper version 9.6.

My Cloud Library trouble after update to 9.5 and 9.6, all of item disapears.
If i delete all template, only 1 template left, button ADD appears. Like this http://prntscr.com/mw39ps

I would like to adjust the height of the white space on Cloud Header Template 6 so I can bring content up higher and more snug with the menu.

It says for this to work you need to activate Tagdiv Cloud Library
I have done that but its shows Plugin installation failed destination folder already exists??

I have created an item in Cloud Templates,
Specifically “Single Post Template 40 – Fast News”, and in the “Used On” column there was a memory problem, then I wanted to modify it by editing it and I could not enter the Cloud templates area anymore.
Then I uninstalled everything and installed again but I could not access “Cloud Templates”
I tried deleting from the database but I do not get it, how can I remove it from the database?

I would like to add jobs board to our blog and trying to test different plugins for that. Apparently, all of them have the same beginning (open source code) and as a result, if you go to the job’s page you can see that its content is appearing in a footer as well. http://executives.com.ua/job/job/
I have this issue only when using a cloud template footer (footer as a page) and everything works fine with a default footer.
I understand that there is a conflict between a theme and plugin and I was trying to investigate it, but with no luck, unfortunately. So I would really appreciate any advise on how to solve my problem.

Hi,
I don’t see a save button in the WP editor in the cloud template environment. I take the following steps:
1. Add element -> add the text with title element
2. Select the element -> click on “Edit content”
3. A windows appears (WP Editor).
I can edit everything, but I don’t see a way to save the content. If I click on the cross icon the changes I maded are gone.
Any tips? (Both tested in the Google Chrome and Opera).

After importing iGossip theme, i am not albe to perform some basic changes.
I have installed tagdiv cloud library, also tagdiv composer, all is active, but still no luck.

It should be noted that this only works if you have Infinite Loading disabled. Only WordPress comments work with Cloud Templates with Infinite Loading currently.
Hello. I was editing my theme and i got this error:

Im seeing this on live website, but when i edit on td composer, it doesn’t show up.

Is there a way to have the AdSense header ad load in between the Infinite Loading posts (or just at the top of the next page?). I haven’t removed the Header Ad AdSense code from the theme panel but it’s not showing.
That also counts for any non-AdSense ads such as Taboola (below our articles) and Insticator (on the right). Those are loading just fine on the Cloud Templates but are no longer appearing on the secondary Infinite Loading posts. I’m assuming it’s because the secondary pages are not loading the required codes for those ads in the header and footer. Are there php pages for the Infinite Loading that we can add these codes to?
I’m new to this template and I need some testing to adapt it to my client.
I can’t test the template on the production server which has a heavy load each day.
I’ve installed a copy of the site on the test server on another machine (different ip)
I haven’t inserted the ”activation key” because I’m afraid that it will be disabled if I use that key on the production server later on.
How can I test the theme without wasting the key? I can’t download Cloud modules.

I imported category from Decor and it did not help anything, just messed up everything, and somehow saved it too, so all my work for two days is lost!
It dos not do any difference to install another theme category from cloud template, which i by the way was already using. The problem is in the demo-theme!!!

Please note that separate demos will have a separate style for the different theme elements. If you want to replicate another demo without actually installing it, the alternative would be using cloud library templates. You can import any template from particular demos on your install. I;m not sure why you say you cannot use 3 columns as the composer can have up to 4 columns. How is the content being pulled left? Please provide a screenshot of what you mean.
As for the specific block 15 you mention, you can also impot it using the cloud library plugin.

Unfortunately using the cloud template is the only way to change the post content with, maybe can be force with custom css but is very possible that will break the post content layout.

I tried removing the adsbygoogle.js line from that inline ad, but it’s still the same. You don’t think it’s a bug with that specific template (it’s actually Single Post Template 9, I was mistaken above).
I created yet another Cloud page with Single Post Template 4 and the inline ad on that one also works just fine, just like Single Post Template 1.

Within a cloud post template you can arrange the post elements as needed. With the predefined post templates it is not possible.

For different kind of ads like auto ads we don’t have any documentation I can provide. I haven’t made testing with such ads, maybe try searching online for some tips or suggestions.
7. I remember seeing something like that on another website, quite unusual. In that case the ad code seemed to have an inline negative margin left for some reason. This resulted in the ad not being centered anymore. I believe we fixed it with CSS at the time. I could take a look if you can post a link to where this happens.

Hi,
1. No, a theme update will not remove the cloud templates you have imported or created. After a theme update, update the cloud library plugin and the templates will be same as before.
2. Why exactly do you believe you will lose everything regarding the homepage? That isn’t supposed to happen. Pages, posts, theme panel settings and others are saved in the website database. Only if something happens with the database there will be a problem.
To be safe it is recommended to make full backups regularly, either with plugins or manually or maybe the hosting has such an option available. There are plenty of tutorials online you can follow and make backups.

You could do that if you use a cloud post template. In the composer when the row is split into columns there is a setting to customize the space between the columns

So you can set a value of your choosing fro that space. There could be situations where this may not work, certain layouts maybe. If that is the case let me know, provide as many details as possible about it.
