The mobile version is look like that because you have the mobile theme plugin that provide you a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on mobile theme)

1)You need to use the code below and place it in Theme panel -> Custom CSS area. The code is below ->

2)If you want to create a new Widget you need to do it from Theme panel, from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/5Pz6odRdX8 and the Widget will appear on Widgets section and then you can use it everywhere into your website. Also, you can use the TD Composer, Widget Sidebar to display your widgets on the page.

3)If you are referring to the Widgets section, please notice that the theme does not have any kind of preview to your blocks elements. You need to check the demo, for example, if you know how the block looks like. -> https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/block-1/

Yes, this is the default WordPress functionality for WordPress. If you want to display all posts as in titles form you need to use a static page and use the TD Composer for that.

The current Newspaper theme ( v9.7.2) have the visual composer v5.7, you can get it from theme forest, login with your credentials and look in downloads and get the theme with all files and documentation.

The date from mobile theme need to be change in tagDiv Composer plugin, in mobile files -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/mobile/single.php

Unfortunately, at the moment, we do not have any solution regarding on child theme, sorry! As you can see, the child theme is no longer supported by our theme because all of the theme files were moved inside a TD Composer plugin.

Most of the theme files were moved into the tagdiv composer plugin as per the requirements of Envato: https://help.author.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000472383-WordPress-Theme-Requirements.
We wrote an article on the subject here: https://tagdiv.com/updating-the-core-of-tagdiv-themes/

Moving forward with such requirements, a child theme will only work with functions.php, and style.css, as there are very few files left in the main theme as Envato, requires all functionality to be added through plugins.

The only solution, in this case, is to directly edit the theme core files, sorry!
