Thanks for replying Simion! The website is: http://chickenfeet.co.nz/
Here is what it looks like in the Composer: https://gyazo.com/9c53a9705c4b05ce33ecb15b46907119. No element above the grid!
The website was made using one of the demo themes, I think the Newspaper Magazine one.

Thank You
I manage my source code using composer (getcomposer.org) and to this i need direct access to the source for the two plugins Tag Div Composer and Tag Div Social Counter — is there any way I can programatically access them? i.e. github or something similar?
Thanks,
Mat
Whenever I try to use my TD Composer, it won’t let me and says “This page isn’t working”. Can someone please advise? Thanks.
Installed theme… installed demo content…. site looks as it should… no extra plugins besides yoast… turned off yoast. Still get error “td composer error Secure Connection Failed” when trying to load home page with TD composer…. reinstalled TD composer…. installed fine…. just can’t ever get into the TD composer. Using php 7.2 Have other site using same theme, works like a charm, also php 7.2. Called GoDaddy, they checked server side, SSL said no issues, is a PHP, try asking Dev.
Any ideas?
I don’t know if this is the right place for a Feature request but I will try it. I’m not a Developer so I can’t tell if something like this is possible but it would be Awesome to be able to make elements dragable from the Frontend so visitors can move Elements and put it somewhere else in the content where they want to have it. Would this be possible?
Best regrads
Hi guys,
Is there a reason my TagDiv editor continuously loads, despite increasing max_execution_time to 60 and max_input_vars to 2000 so I get all green lights in System Status?
Following Support’s recommendation to increase resources to fix this, it still isn’t working (I’ve updated to v9 as well).
Please advise – I really need to update some key pages today!
Should I ask host to increase even further..?
Thanks,
Amee
Check inside newspaper>includes>demos>classy>pages>homepage.txt and copy-paste the code inside it in a new page and edit it the way you want with td composer.
Then that was my first question.
I need to edit twice a page if the plugin is active.
That’s why I see nothing. I thought the plugin was working by himself. Then I will try to see how it looks but, to be honest sounds a bit tricky and tiring to edit each page twice.
Here the link to the website: https://youthnetworks.net
You will see the slider on the homepage ’cause I’ve just added the shortcode. But for example, here there’s nothing: https://youthnetworks.net/petitions/
It’s a pity a can’t use the visual composer to edit the mobile version too.
Thanks
I can show you. It is absolutly fresh install of wordpress. Instaling first Tag Div Cloud and next Tag Div Visual Composer and it is not functional. If you like, I can give you even access to my admin.
The tagDiv composer has options of it’s own for this. Simply select the viewport and hide the element

I am not sure if those classes worked before without WPBakery active, never tried that. If you say that they worked, maybe recent changes in updates affected them.
Hello Jordan,
Unfortunately, we cannot provide web design suggestion, sorry! Please notice that our theme has a TD COmposer which is more powerful which can be used to make some awesome things. As a hint, I suggest you look over our demos page and showcase page because there you can see a lot of beautiful projects which will inspire you. Check here -> https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-showcase/ -> https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
1. Do you use the tagDiv composer or WPBakery? Both have options to hide elements by viewport. But most important, if you have both active the hide element may not work. So if you use WPBakery for example, deactivate the tagDiv composer and check again.
2. Same here, if you use WPBakery to set an animation, deactivate the tagDiv composer.
3. Same here, now it is quite clear you use WPBakery. If so, deactivate the tagDiv composer.
When both are active there will be problems with some elements, which will not work properly.
Thanks
Hi,
The background color of the top bar can be set here
– https://www.screencast.com/t/haeXIfNQoS
Most header colors can be changed in the theme colors header section. The footer background color can also be changed in the theme colors panel.
This underline here – http://www.screencast.com/t/XhWXLrnk3Ik that is affected by the theme accent color also set in the theme colors section. The theme accent color will apply to various elements for a more general feel
– https://www.screencast.com/t/aUEnJKSV8
For the colors used here – http://www.screencast.com/t/ItMdvyZ6
Edit the page with the tagDiv composer, click on the block then change the colors of the title and big title
– https://www.screencast.com/t/ZEpFmOczvc4K
For the font settings, there are settings for most elements, in the theme fonts section. In case of elements of the tagDiv composer, like modules used in blocks and grids the theme panel font settings are general. That means thjat for example if you change the font for module 1 title
– https://www.screencast.com/t/nteCZpkZXaS
All the modules 1 will load that font.
We introduced more specific settings for the font and font properties in the composer, so each elements can have it’s own font settings without affecting same type elements

You can ask any question you might have, or if I missed something or there are still things that are unclear.
Thanks
Hello,
That seems like a standard html ul list.
Sure, our theme has a list item in the tagdiv composer allowing you to style your lists https://www.screencast.com/t/0pdQrA33KpmX
Thanks.
Ah, I see – thank you. Could you please take a look at my site: http://thejewishlink.com
I see it’s using VC Composer (which is deactivated) But it also used TD Composer. I need to get the home page back to looking like a proper home page (it used to). What would the solution be here – to create a new home page using just TD Composer? How would I go about doing that?
Thank you!
Hi,
No, Wpbakery is not active and yes those classes are for WPBakery but they also works in previous versions of td composer. They are pretty good you can hide any element/row/column according to screen sizes and page size remains the same. I think you should include those classes in newer version of td composer and also tabs in td composer.
I’ve been experiencing an error that appears to happen overnight. When i enter the site, the page only loads the topbar and main menu (www.oilhavense.com). I’ve found that when i go edit the main page with tagdiv composer the system gives me the message: “Error at rows: 7(models) : 1(dom). The model does not match the content”.
Via trial and error i’ve found that if i go to edit the page with the main wordpress editor and just click “update” the problem is solved. But then after some hours or in the next day, it comes back.
Any help?
Hello dahlnewpage,
Unfortunately, notice that our theme does not have any such an option that allows you to set up a new font for the whole of the theme, but only turn off it! Also, you can change the font for each section you want if you are using the TD Composer for it.
Thanks for your understanding!
I am still having problem with the Shop Page, since once I set my own shop page, it gets overridden with the default one.
I did all the steps that you suggested:
1 – create a shop page using the woocommerce shortcodes, I did it with and without the tagDiv composer
2 – leave it alone (no more editing!) and then select it in the “Woocommcerce -> Settings” menu “Products” tab.
Regenerated permalinks, deleted pages, deleted the trash, detactivated plugins, created a new very simple page, but whatever I tried once I set it as “Shop Page” it gets overridden.
Hi,
1. That would depend on the header style you use
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/logo-favicon/
For example header styles 9, 10 and 11 will allow any image size you want, no limits there.
If you already use one of these but the logo is small, make sure you upload it in full size
– https://www.screencast.com/t/graHsimAEo
– https://www.screencast.com/t/HsOr4LblR
2. The tagDiv composer can also be used to create post templates, category templates, author templates etc. The cloud library plugin will be required for that
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/
So you can’t create actual posts, but can create templates to apply to those posts.
3. If you mean theme files, you should use a child theme. One is provided in the child theme. Not all files are supported to be modified in a child theme however
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/
Let me know if you have further questions.
Thanks
Hi,
If you use the predefined post templates, that could only be done with modifications in the theme post template files
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/post-comments-directly-under-post/
However with the new cloud library plugin and tagDiv composer, this is a matter of drag and drop. You can design your own post templates, also import from beautiful templates created by us.
So for example the comments can be simply dragged in the position you want

Hi,
We made tests with a Mac and Safari as well as Chrome, there were reports of the composer sidebar not looking properly from some users. We could not recreate the issue unfortunately, the sidebar looks alright. So it must be something very specific when it happens.
There are plans to improve or add a scroll to the composer, for a better functionality of the interface.
If that width is causing the problem for you, you could remove it from the plugin stylesheet
– https://www.screencast.com/t/1wsGb92veE7D
You can use the WordPress plugin editor to do it if you should consider it
– https://www.screencast.com/t/zLPgpG4V
I am sorry for the inconvenience caused by this. We will try to make more testing and improve on this part.
Thanks
Hi,
When I create a new page, it will display breadcrumbs. But when I use tagDiv composer, the breadcrumb will be missing? How to have breadcrumbs for pages created with tagDiv composer?
TD Composer and Visual Composer are two different things. TD Composer is a lightweight replacement for VC, that uses less resources but may not have all the bells and whistles of VC. It does not need VC to work – two totally different things (both are ‘page builders’ which allow you to drag and arrange elements on a page, such as home page layout).
Normally, you would make a new home page ‘page’ and then edit that new page with TDC, you cannot mix/match the two systems. So, you cannot edit a VC ‘page’ with TDC or vice-versa.
Hope that helped a little bit. This is covered a bit more in the documentation.
