Make sure that all of your block elements have been made with TD Composer and not with Visual Composer because then could appear some problems. Also, ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. Check your system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/

I have just installed this theme at indiapups.com – could not even enter the activation code and the admin page is giving 502 error. The server team has increased the memory/updated PHP version and confirmed that the problem is with the theme. I have deactivated the theme and now can access the admin. Please advise a solution. Checking the other questions – it seems the problem is with TagDiv composer plugin?

There should not be any errors, please try again and reinstall the theme (by FTP is recommended) delete old theme and paste new one

Make backups to be safe before updating the theme.
Update all theme plugins, the composer and multi-purpose plugins are now version 2.0. Deactivate all other plugins and child theme if used. Clear all caching installed and CDN files if used. Check if there still are errors, let us know the results after trying this.
Just edit the blocks with tagdiv composer.

Please deactivate and delete your current composer plugin as well as the multi-purpose plugins and install them again from the main the plugins section. The make sire you clear all caching including browser cache. (ctrl+shift+del on chrome)

I reinstalled the plugin (social counter 4.2) but still nothing appeared in blocks or widgets. My parameters are ok and green in system status.
I will try to move my pages to tagdiv composer but I guess it’s a long work ?
Are blocks using same names and options ?
Hi, ever since downloading and updating to 8.7, I have an issue with td composer and wpbakery plugin. I think they kind of crash together. Can you go about these crashes, please?

Our recommended plugin for this case is TD Composer which is more powerful and which offers you a lot of elements and ways to create your own website.

Most importantly, if you use Visual composer for building pages please deactivate the tagDiv composer plugin (active by default when the theme is installed or updated). Row layouts and specific Visual composer options and elements will be affected when the tagDiv composer is active. Deactivate it and test again, there should be no issues.

I’m using Newsmag theme and wanted to know which plug-in I need to design my site. Do I need the tagDiv Composer, or should I use WP Bakery Page Builder?
After update theme, how i can import TagDiv Social Counter in WPBakery Page Builder(Visual Composer), because there are no more Social Counter block?

How i can fix it?

@kadmael i have the same problem . I’m in PHP 7.1 but still the TD composer plugin is causing me trouble. When i install it back end became a blank page or a 502 Bad gateway error 🙁
If you look at your images you will see this href=”#”
You need to add links where the # symbol is currently. WP Bakery Page Builder was replaced in version 8 of Newspaper.
I would use text view and drop those links in manually but it might be time to upgrade to a later version of the theme and get TD composer running. The principle will be the same.
NOTE : in my preview in TAGDIV COMPOSER, ALL IS OK…

I updated to the 8.7 theme but i dont see Visual Composer?
I switched my site from http to https. After that images are not displayed anymore. The images adresses are correctly moved to the new https adress and they are also correctly shown in the article editor as well as in the TD Composer. They are just missing in the frontend. But, for instance, I can right-click there and have every option, as if the image were displayed: I can download it or open the pictures URL, where its also displayed correctly.
