Further, we noticed that visual composer is not working in backend means while creating page we are pressing backend mode button but nothing happend
I’ve recently upgraded to 8.7
I’m not using TD Composer, and wanted to test it.
I’m experiencing issues when loading pages containgn saved draft.
Yesterday I saved a simple page with this tags:
[vc_row full_width="stretch_row_content td-stretch-content"][vc_column][td_block_big_grid_fl_10][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][td_block_1][/vc_column][/vc_row]
Today, when I clicked on TD Composer, it lost all settings and the resulting page is a blank one!
Is this a known error ?
Hello,
I just updated to 8.7 but unfortunately it broke my homepage design. I was already using TD Composer before since 8.0, working fine, but it seems after the update the plugin was uninstalled and fails to reinstall now.
In the plugin page, when I try to install it I get this message “this plugin doesn’t have valid headers”, and “plugin installation failed”.
I could really use some help ! Thank you
Olivier
I was thinking I was able to do such before, I may be wrong but is there a way to use
TD composer to work on category page as mine is no longer showing in the option on the top menu bar.
Hi,
I have user the demo and just insert my own contetn, so I’m not aware of how they are made.
Do I have access to the visual composer?
Thanks
NEW WORDPRESS UPDATE KICKS OUT CATEGORY UPDATE WITH TD COMPOSER!!!!!!
Can I get a break from this site at all??????
Is there a workaround for this?
It seems there is an issue with the social counter. It will not appear as a widget or as an element in Visual composer unless the tagDiv composer is active. A solution would be to use the previous social counter plugin version (provided in 8.6)

We are very sorry for this inconvenience. All these issues are currently investigated, a theme update will be released as soon as possible.
If you want to switch to the tagDiv composer, you will have to recreate all pages with it. So the amount of work will be proportional to how many pages your website has. After you get some practice with the composer, it will get easier and easier to use

Hi,
The composers should not be used together. Choose one and deactivate the other, there will be issues between them when both are active. The tagDiv composer is the main page builder now, however Visual composer will still be provided in the theme package.
More about the tagDiv composer here, in these tutorials

Hello,
Please make sure you update the tagdiv composer plugin as well after updating the theme. You need to use version 2.0 of the tagdiv composer. Please also update the multi-purpose plugin as well.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please make sure you have tagdiv composer version 2.0 and multi-purpose plugin as well. The old version of the theme will not work with the new version of the tagdiv composer plugin and vice-versa. We will soon release an update to fix all of the issues mentioned.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
The ticker at the top uses a shortcode from this plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/cryptocurrency-price-ticker-widget/ and you can place it in a column text element for tagdiv composer.
Hello,
Please disable your current version of the tagdiv composer and delete the plugin. Then install it again from the main theme panel as the plugin needs updating as well.
Make sure you have tagdiv composer 2.0 installed.
Thank you!
I’d like to change the font type and size of my article titles on category pages on mobile. They look fine on desktop but too big on mobile. Since there’s no way to edit category pages with TD Composer, I’m finding it difficult to change it. Help, please!
Hello,
Please notice that we do not recommend to use both page builder at the same time because could appear some conflicts. We recommend using only TD Composer as page builder and disable the Visual Composer. Try the Single Image elements from our page builder, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/uGVeFxIsW2gB
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello,
Please disable and delete your current version of the composer and install it again from the new theme package.
Thank you!
Hi,
Please update the tagDiv composer as well, if you did not already. Also if you by any change changed the theme name or you are using a child theme with a custom name, change them to default. Then check the results.
Thanks
Hello,
Visual composer was never tested on posts so please do not use page builder elements on posts. Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-use-visual-composer/
If you use visual composer elements on posts, you will not be able to use the tagdiv composer.
Thank you!
Hello,
You are in the text editor. If you want to use visual composer you have to press the back-end editor button. Also please do not use both page builders at the same time. We recommend using the tagdiv composer as it is our own in house built composer.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please check the ssl implementation and make sure the home url and the site url are both in https if you have ssl active.
Also please disable all other plugins except the tagdiv composer and clear all caching.
Also make sure you memory allocation is done properly: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Thank you!
Hello,
@hafizrahim, please refer to the following topic from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tagdiv-composer-error-4/ and also, make sure that you are using the correct version of TD COmposer which come bundled with the theme core files and not another old version of it.
Hope that help!
Thanks for the message!
Hello,
There is no documentation for the elements as there is no documentation on the old elements as well. It is a front-end builder, meaning you can see exactly what an element does if you simply apply it to your page. In order to understand how the composer works, please check this guide that will provide some insight:
Thank you!
So you say to me that i can use td composer for products also???
Because i could use visual composer for any type of components i selected where as td composer there are no shortcode for the products type.
