Thanks I did end up finding it was an issue with some parts of the page were created prior without TD composer. I have changed it and now it is working. thank you
Under System Status it states;
‘v4.7 – Disabled – incompatible plugin detected: td-composer/td-composer.php’
I have already deleted and reinstalled the plugin multiple times.
I am also having the same issues with the TD Composer. I am able to load the composer, however, when I attempt to drag any additional item from the left sidebar and place it, it will not move past the left sidebar. The items cannot be dragged to their according places. This issue was not happening yesterday or in the past, only today. I truly believe there is an issue with it.

I have disabled the new plugin tagDiv composer (wich installed when I updated to v8) and now I see all like before.
So, how can I use the new utility as this new composer without problems?

I keep trying things in order to have more info to tell you and solve this issue faster.
I have tried to add an image without using Backend Editor, just adding an object trough wordpress editor and it’s working all fine.
All of this start happens when I updated from 7.8 to 8 version, and it happened to all my sites (I use Newspaper in all of them), so must be something wrong with that we can fix, because obviously is the same problem and due to the upgrading to v8.
Visual composer, WordPress, and all other plugins are up to date also.

Thanks for your response. Yes, I am referring to the settings in Visual Composer for responsive options. While I can understand that tagDiv wants to have their own composer, this is an important feature lost in that change. I hope it is added very soon. Since the majority of websites are viewed on mobile devices, losing this function will be important to many. Can you send me contact information for your development team? unfortunately I did not find an answer – maybe I did not look carefully enough. I editet a custom page with the tagDiv Composer. The page is called xxx – unfortunately I see the tile above the grid – where can I remove that?

It could be that one of your plugins is causing the issue. Try deactivating all your other plugins except the tagDiv composer,and clear any caching installed. Then create a page and use the editor to edit and customize it.

If you are referring to the Visual composer column settings regarding responsive options, the tagDiv composer does not have those options at the moment. Maybe this capability could be added in future theme updates, but I could not say for sure if or when this will happen. I could not recommend any plugins that you could use to achieve this, and that have options like this.

The Yoast selection wasn’t selected and the page was built with the TagDiv composer, as I mentioned it worked fine 1 day ago and now this error comes up and doesn’t allow me to edit the page.
The error is still there.

I have inspected your website and I saw that you are not right to add your elements in the page builder and that’s why you cannot bring good results. Hi, I hope you can help me with my issue. I am no longer able to hide or move a sidebar element when viewing a page on mobile after switching to tagDiv Composer. I have looked in every menu and on every page I know of and see zero controls for this. For example, if I have a social counter the sidebar of my homepage at the top, I would like it to have a lower placement on a mobile phone. Visual Composer had this feature and I want it back. Thanks.

Sorry if you are not happy with our page builder. So, if you want to remove it, you simply check the theme packet and remove from there, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/6cZsddhl but notice that is not necessary to do this. It is enough to disable it.
Notice that from now on, the TD Composer plugin will be improved with some features which have to be exclusively for this builder.

The tagDiv composer only works on pages. From the screenshot you mention, I can see that is not a page. It simply contains the Latest articles (blog) and is presented on default by WordPress. You have to create a page with the tagDiv editor and set it as homepage

I am trying to edit my page with the TD composer which normally works fine, but I keep getting the below error at the top of the page in the header of the window:
Errors happened during tdcIframeData.init() -> bindViewsModelsWrappers()!

Please do not use this option of the seo yoast plugin: https://www.screencast.com/t/n8Cc35EofLh If you do not use seo yoast, please disable all plugins except the tagdiv composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. Then test the composer again.
I just updated the theme to the latest version 8. I am trying to use the TD Composer but I am unable to drag drop anything even the row. Please help.
P.S I reinstalled the theme via FTP and the problem still persists.
(( You don’t have to stop using Visual Composer if you like that; but to migrate to using TD Composer in place of VC, you do need to redo some pages as it’s NOT a 1:1 replacement ))
