I have inspected your website and I see that you have problems with almost all the elements on your page. I suggest you update the Visual composer plugin from the theme package
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/ and check to see if the problem is still there.
If it is, please disable all your plugins except Visual composer, also switch to the main theme if you are using a child theme. Also check any custom code you might have entered in Theme panel, or added to the theme files, then clear any caching installed and check the results. Please let us know how it goes.

This is how it is recommended to create your page structure, please try and use a combination of blocks and layout that you think it is suited for your website, using the theme options.

You can modify these elements and assign categories to them, sort the posts displayed

Please verify it without any plugins active except Visual Composer, clear all your caches and disable any css/js minification.

Please clear all your caches and check again.
If it still doesn’t work please deactivate all your plugins except Visual Composer, clear your caches and see how it goes. If it works when you are logged in, I suspect it is a caching issue.

Please deactivate all your plugins except Visual Composer, change to default permalink structure and check again if the issue persist.
Also please make sure you have not added any custom modifications to the htaccess file.
The theme doesn’t control permalinks, wordpress does this.

I do not know why this problem is happening, since it is working properly now for all other users. Maybe something else is causing this issue. I suggest you disable all your plugins except Visual composer and the social counter, switch to the main theme if you are using a child theme and clear any caching installed. Then check to see if you can configure the counter properly. You can use this guide for more information
