The 500 error is usually a server side error meaning that there is something wrong but the server couldn’t provide more information about the problem. It is a general error usually caused by configuration issues with the websites programming, PHP or system permissions.
I found here some useful information about possible reasons on this errors and a few tips in order to fix it: http://pcsupport.about.com/od/findbyerrormessage/a/500servererror.htm Also, please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out conflicting plugins. Also, please try contacting the hosting provider, tell them this problem and they should be able to provide a more accurate response.

1)Unfortunately, I do not exactly understand what you mean but I guess that you want to change the Big Grid style to be as Slider, right? Please notice that Big Grid SDlider is only one and you cannot change the style of it. Please try to disable all the untested plugins if you are using something like that, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out any conflicting plugins. Please check your hosting provider and request them to clear all your server caches. Also, if you are using the CDN system, try to purge all the files. It is very important to have the minimum requirements for your dedicated server for achieving best results in theme. Please try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.
Then try to install a theme demo and see if the issue is still there.

I have checked your website and I saw that you have a problem with your mobile theme in that your featured images are not displayed. Please try to re-download the latest version of the theme which is still 7., but the fix was implemented after 7.3 was released. Please download the theme again, delete your current theme and install the freshly downloaded one. The version is the same but the fix will be present.
As an alternative here is the fix needed:
Add this code in the mobile theme’s function.php:
td_global::$td_options = get_option(TD_THEME_OPTIONS_NAME); //read the theme settings once

Please notice that our theme has 2 alternatives regarding on mobile -> mobile theme and mobile responsive mode.
The mobile theme concept has been designed to have an own layout for the front page which is different than the desktop version. The mobile plugin intends to display the Big Grid with three posts in the top of the page, some text if it will be added in Mobile editor from Visual Composer and the Latest Articles at the bottom of the page. For more information about this mobile theme, please check the documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ So, if you want to have a similar layout with the desktop mode, you will have to disable this plugin and the theme will be switched to the general responsive mobile version.

I have checked your website and I did not saw any problem with your mobile theme. Everything seems to work as expected. To rule out any conflicting plugins, please try to disable all the untested plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme.

Thumbs up for your project! I am glad that you begin to understand how you can create your website using our theme. Please notice that our system is based on cropping and not for resizing of images. Our cropping system to the center to top. Please notice that the cropping system of our theme is the same for all featured image and this will crop the image from the center to top. Please notice that you cannot change very easy this system and if you want this, please notice that is not a simple task and involve custom work. Please notice that the parallax/responsive effect can be made only using the Visual Composer and that effect it can be maintained only for the stretch row on the full image and not for another image, sorry! If you want to achieve similar parallax effect using the CSS, please try to search some online solutions in this regard or you can read the following topic because there you will find some steps about you can achieve this -> http://www.w3schools.com/howto/tryit.asp?filename=tryhow_css_parallax and could useful for you.

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme (Newspaper 7.3) with the latest version of required plugins (Social Counter 4.1 and Visual Composer 4.12). Do you are using the Wordfence security plugin for your website? So, if you use it, please try to set up in Learning Mode for better results.
