Hi, I am working on https://estarmasbella.com/ (currently behind Under construction plugin), and Siteground warned me on may that my plan was reaching the CPU use limit. This month I tried deactivating tagDiv Composer plugin, and it seems that this is the plugin that is using most server resources.
If it helps, I can share with you a temporary access to the admin.

Looking for your assistance with the same.
Thanks.
Hello,
I am using the slide element from the composer. Could it be possible to change the character limit in the titles of the articles displayed by the slide?
When the title reaches the limit, it shows (…).
Here-s an exemple: https://ibb.co/VL9F5xp
Thank you

Hi guys,
Yes I have added the Single Post Table of Contents shortcode via the composer. The thing is must I manually need to add a class ID to each of those H3 titles in order for the ToC hyperlinks to work (as in clickable and jump to the correct H3 title)?
Please advice.
Thanks,
yeeloon
After I place the “Homepage post” into a page – I cannot edit the settings of that block in TagDiv Composer. The only way I have access to that block (this doesn’t apply to other blocks on the page) is to access the Gutenberg editor & change values.
Is that correct / what you expect?
My site uses a custom author box with includes
* additional usermeta fields (e.g. company name, author rank)
* a user badge that displays only for authors with certain metadata
You can see an example at https://customerthink.com/author/clearaction/.
This was easily accomplished by overriding loop-single via a Newsletter child theme.
Now I’m trying to use TagDiv Composer which has a Single Post Author Box, but it doesn’t include the info/logic I need.
I’ve searched and can’t find a way to either
a) create a new custom element that I can use TagDiv Composer to manage, or
b) customize/override the existing author box element.
Thanks for any help you can provide.
Hello, the page looks good, but when I want to edit the texts in TagDiv Composer, they are displayed wrong (image attached) it seems to me that this happens in the html elements, I already updated the theme to the most recent version and also removed the plugins but nothing seems to solve it. How can i fix this?
Thank you!
The issue has been resolved by deactivating and then reactivating the “TagDiv Composer” plugin. Not only was the problem affecting the “column text,” but also other elements accessed through TagDiv Composer’s internal window, such as “Generate Critical CSS.” Reactivating the plugin successfully resolved the problem.
Hi,
If you have a Single Post Template from Cloud Library, then you need to edit the post with tagDiv Composer => https://www.screencast.com/t/jHatJGC1qRf, select the Single Post Views => https://www.screencast.com/t/NhUGCRfI and with right-click, you can delete it.
If you have a standard template, then you can disable the post views from Theme Panel -> Post Settings -> Post and Custom Post Types => https://www.screencast.com/t/LAv90B5eZ (please make sure you have tagDiv Standard Pack activate for standard template)
Thank you!
Hello,
You can remove the more with tagDiv Composer, in Header Main Menu-> General -> disable Drop menu items in More => https://www.screencast.com/t/atQU3lVxD.
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
Hello!
It could be a plugin conflict between 2 builders. We recommend using cloud/PRO templates in order to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer, which contains a lot of functions and features, Please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
More documentation about the cloud templates is here:

Thank you!
Hi,
Unfortunately, our theme does not use this block option -https://i.imgur.com/HXdgLro.png, to set the posts you want on a block you will have to use tagDiv Composer and set the block tab, in the filters tab, the post ids you want to have in the blocks /the respective grids.
Thank you!
Hi,
Please create the sidebar with tagDiv Composer https://forum.tagdiv.com/sidebars-tutorial/
If you want to have a different sidebar for each post, you simply duplicate the template and design or assign the sidebar; The same steps are for all templates -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/how-to-add-different-sidebare-for-different-posts-with-the-same-category/
Thank you!
Hello,
If you have made mobile pages, you must convert the header and footer -> https://www.screencast.com/t/HrjOBNayd please check this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY after you can edit with tagDiv Composer, and assign what header template you want.
Thank you!
Hi,
You need to translate the English (original language) header for each language in part – https://i.imgur.com/CDmeHCf.png you should have them for each language cloud template – https://i.imgur.com/4agmUtg.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-theme-translations-together-wpml/
A much simpler and faster alternative is to duplicate the cloud template you want to use in another language, edit it and select the desired language – https://i.imgur.com/z1CqgBo.png (edit the name) – https://i.imgur.com/dPX8ROs.png – https://i.imgur.com/Lc81IgP.png This method needs to be used to translate all cloud templates.
The pages are created with tagDiv Composer which is a page builder, when WPML is used it cannot translate everything that was built with the page builder and must be edited for each language separately. Please open the page in the editor and click on translate – https://i.imgur.com/TXH6y1c.png
When you make the corrections, make sure you are on the page with the language you are editing, and if you use the cache, or object cache, please clear it.
Thank you!

I have been using Newspaper for many years now.
I’ve been having a big problem lately when writing articles.
They are summarized below.
(When I write articles, I use Visual Composer (premium version) as my editor.)
1. First of all, it takes an insane amount of time to load the editor. My computer takes nearly a minute just to open an article post.
2. Secondly, there is a large delay (time lag) when entering text. In other words, what it means is that the characters you type are reflected on the screen with a delay of 2.3 seconds.
This prevents me from writing articles, though not very much.
What should I do?
I have consulted with the visual composer support team on this issue many times and have been able to figure out the cause of the problem.
As a result, I got a response from the Visual Composer support team. Quoted below.
—from here
Hi,
It looks like the issue is with the theme that you are using . When we switched the theme to 2023 we dont see the problem .
Could you contact the theme support for this?
—to this point.
What should I do. Perhaps resource consumption is the problem.
Help me.
Hi,
1. The first step will be to use a seo plugin, please try the settings mentioned in our guide – https://forum.tagdiv.com/facebook-share/
2. This is because the headers are different, to add the link to the social on desktop social elements you’ll need to edit the homepage using tagDiv Composer and select the elements – https://i.imgur.com/3t5Kpzw.jpg – https://i.imgur.com/b6bCEcy.jpg you’ll need to set the full link (with https://www…..)
Thank you!
Hi,
For what you want, you need to use a homepage that is edited with tagdiv composer.
Blocks will be set on this page, blocks that can be filtered, and for this, if you want the posts that are part of a category not to be displayed, you just have to filter the blocks not to display that category, or if you want that only 1, 2 categories to be displayed, it is possible to filter so that only the respective categories are filtered, so when a post is created and contains the category that is filtered on the block, it will appear as well, if it does not contain it, it will not appear.
For details on how filtering works, please check this guide – https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/ – https://i.imgur.com/1wgj1Fy.png
Thank you!
Hi,
This can be done with tagDiv Composer, edit template, or import a blank one, and you have a lot of options in the tab layout on the blocks to hide/show the author, date, and comments.
Here is a video that will show you how to use the builder to create a website from scratch https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SoGQ0d5kIBg and documentation here https://forum.tagdiv.com/category/newspaper-8-documentation/

Hi,
Here is the team support. If you made changes with Elementor, then this is in conflict with tagDiv Composer, our page builder.
Please try to recreate the page using the tagdiv Composer.
Also, if you added in the post blocks from Elementor, please delete them and check after.
Thank you!
We overcame the problem as follows;
Composer from Manager > Footer > New Footer import.
but how can i use that old footer?
