I have resolved it by disabling and reinstalling tagdiv composer plugin. But the mail box is not working as expected. When I click the mail it is loading a mail id in the same page and showing 404 error
Hi Simon, just network activate all the tagdiv plugins, esp the mobile, composer and cloud library plugins, and it should work.

I think that you are referring on posts that are display in blocks, if is so, then you can do that using tagDiv Composer, edit the page and sort the blocks after the latest -> https://i.imgur.com/mlFM8om.png -> https://i.imgur.com/HgChiW9.png

I recommend you to make a backup and update plugins and the theme via file transfer, so that you don’t face any error: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Please make sure you have the latest version of the WordPress, theme, plugins and all the requirements are done as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
If that problem is still there, then please execute these steps:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser) and try again.

You’re right. If you have a cloud/PRO template, but you can’t edit the footer, then edit your homepage with the TagDiv Composer, scroll till footer, click on footer zone and you can edit/delete the elements there.

Please let me know what prebuilt website do you have installed, if you have a Standard Prebuilt Website you can change the fonts from Theme Panel -> Theme Fonts => https://www.screencast.com/t/y4NljP3w2uao but if you have Pro Prebuilt Website, then you need to set the font with tagDiv Composer https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jQvA64uTLkI

If you use Mobile theme plugin, then you can not edit the pages with TagDiv Composer.
You have only some settings for this layout, which you can find in Theme panel -> Mobile Theme. Please note that if a page is made by Composer, than the content won’t be displayed on Mobile theme version. You should create the content with the Mobile Editor.

So please make sure you have Header Template -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-manager/
@AWAY FROM LIFE Please make sure that all theme plugins are installed (tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Cloud Library and tagDiv Standard Pack if you are using standard elements). Most of the time one of the theme plugins is not activated.

If you use a default template style 7, then there are no more settings for this, that’s why we recommend cloud/PRO template, so you can edit them with the TagDiv Composer.
Or you can check other styles which one suits your needs.
The featured image should have a size of at least 1200 by 675 pixels.

For cloud/PRO templates: you should add the sidebar from tagdiv Composer. Steps:
1. Add 1 row
2. Split into 2 columns( 2/3 + 1/3 )
3. You can add whatever you want into the second column and consider it a sidebar.

What can i do? This error comes from tagDiv.mobile.themes and AMP plugins.
We had customised the UI with this theme and we had to migrate it to a different url.We had manually installed the plugin – unzip the contents to the plugins directory activated it from the dashboard. restarted wordpress the changes were gone. we are storing our changes in an EFS – file system , which persists changes. Is there a way to retrieve all my changes. Also the plugin install for td-composer was failing with plugin already exist error (directory / files exist)
I have the 11.2 Version. After I update to 11.3.2 the whole site is broken.
TagDiv plugins like “TagDiv composer”, “tagDiv Standard Pack”, were not enabled. After I enabled them only some blocks was working. Header was reset to default demo and the main body of the home page was just displayed the pseudocode of TagDiv composer.
I restore now the site in previous backup.
How can I be sure that the site will not broke again? I want to update it.
Can you give me a solution?

In Cloud Template Footer Template – Default PRO not showing edit with tag div composer
I can’t find the mobile edit menu and tagDiv Composer has only 3 viewponts
I can’t find tagdiv cloud library plugin..
I am trying to edit text on my page using the front end tagDiv composer. Specifically, I am using the “Text with title” element.
When I click on “Edit Content”, none of the text appears. Further, I will create a new “Text with title” element and try to create new text. When I click on the Edit Content button, the box appears and I type content. However, nothing saves.

I have problem editing pages. When trying to edit the page with tagDiv Composer I get this error:
Error at zones: 6(models) : 5(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)
I believe this error comes after the theme update.

Let me explain you which options of mobile versions are:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. I’m working on my new project where I have used the “technology hub” theme and I want to remove sing up button from the header main menu but can’t find any option to remove it, the theme panel option (SHOW SIGN IN / JOIN) isn’t working for it, and this theme header isn’t editable with tagdiv-composer, I really need your help and also let me know how to change the main menu padding.
