Those settings will work only on standard templates as that were available befor Cloud Library feature being added. Since TagDiv Composer and Cloud library is available those options will not work on the new templates. So theme panel will mostly work on standard templates. And Cloud library is related with TagDiv Composer.

It looks like you are using a Default PRO template. All the PRO templates or the cloud library templates are fully editable using tagDiv Composer.
The top bar most likely you will be able to edit it by simply opening the composer on any page: https://www.screencast.com/t/zss1GgKE
In order to see the reviews you will have to add them when editing the post here: https://www.screencast.com/t/TGY1EXZ9p and then using tagDiv COmposer simply add the element on your template: https://www.screencast.com/t/hCYE7ehv

1. I suggest to use tagdiv composer pagebuilder because all the new theme features will be developed for it. We provide and keep WPBakery support more for old users who for some reasons do not quit using it (like a legacy).
Can you provide more details about the issues you have found using our pagebuilder plugin? We will gladly assist you.
2. I’ve replied also in the other topic. It is better to solve the demo install issue, so you can see exactly how is made and you just replace the image. That’s why we provide the demos, so the user will not need to create a layout from scratch!

Please send us a screenshot of your System Status Tab and make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ ; You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin.

We have not tested elementor with tagDiv Composer, you will have to test and see. At the moment we do not have an ETA with Newspaper 11, most likely next year. You can simply set multiple headers and footers using website manager: https://www.screencast.com/t/sBz4hDcAgm6w please make sure that you have more than 1 template for header and footer.

Hello, please help me.
I already make sure that my setting on Hero element is in correct value, 500 height and vertical alignment in center. It saved properly and then when i take a look on the page, there is awful result, no cover image with proper height.
When I Click of TD composer it shows for a few seconds then the page goes blank and no option to click on, why is it not working, though I have purchased the theme that functionality is not accessible, can anyone help?

If you can’t find them in composer it means that they come from Appearance – Widgets. That can be done with css. Please provide a link to your website and we will take a look. We are going to update Newspaper 9 to Newspaper 10, while updating the version we are getting a lot of shortcode errors on pages and post. Moreover, we are finding many fatal erros and the descrption is attached below

You will have to do the following:

Copy all the shortcodes from the template: https://www.screencast.com/t/ye2iAqcLVdf
Open a post template like you opened the tag template: https://www.screencast.com/t/sXhnGhmYxJ
Select all the content from here and remove: https://www.screencast.com/t/0cgtSqguH And now paste over the shortcodes you have copied from the tag Template.

Edit it with tagDiv Composer and you will see this: https://www.screencast.com/t/jhEdYC9b This is just a notice, you can ignore it.

I’ve made a mobile page using cloud template – Magazine Pro. I’m not able to adjust header and footer of that page by using TagDiv Composer.
What I would like to do:
I would like to make header (with logo) always visible, even after scrolling down and I would like to adjust content which is displayed by default in footer. How can I do that?

TAG DEV COMPOSER DOESNT WANT TO LOAD or Open. I already tried editing the htaccess code and nothing. I also deleted the theme, re uploaded it and still nothing. All that happens is it loops a loader on the page as if its loading and then becomes blank.

I have two main errors:
1. I cannot enter the registration code to receive the updates (I have subscribed to a topic below with the same problem).
ERROR: “Sorry, you don’t have permission to access this page.”.
2. When editing the category template I receive the message:
Errors at columns elements: 3 (models): 4 (dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL + Z / CTRL + SHIFT + Z)
I have updated and reinstalled the composer. But there is no solution.

Thank you Vlad, it worked (I had to adjust the CSS settings to reduce the empty white spaces left over by some of the changes I made, but it worked).
So if you don’t mind me asking, what effect does the changes I made in this screenshot do? (since you told me I could mod the post pages directly from TD composer)? I had turned multiple things (like Show Categories Tags, Show Author Name, and a few more). I’m asking because I basically made changes but don’t know where or how they took effect, you know? Thanks.

Hi,
We are using the newspaper theme for our site and we have decided to disable the AMP version for most of the pages as we were having issues with some coding. However, when choosing a menu in the composer for the mobile version, this settings only show up in a few pages but not in all the pages that have been saved.
I have attached a few pictures as examples of what is going on.
Picture 1 is how the sticky menu should look on mobile, pictures 2 and 3 are how it actually shows up, not sticky menu and when opening, no menu at all.
This is only happening for a few pages, as for other categories on the site I have set the same settings and it is working. We would appreciate some help with this issue as we need to get the mobile site sorted as soon as possible to live.
