Dear Support

I decided to change the theme, installed Art Creek on http://www.jaydeedaley.com but the theme header is missing. When I tried to install a cloud template header, the download fails to load a template and there is the error:

Error at zones: 5(models) : 1(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)

I urgently need to complete this website this week, but the page errors when trying to edit it, the cloud templates don’t install, the demo hadn’t installed complete.

I would be grateful if you can help me resolve this matter.

I have the 11.2 Version. After I update to 11.3.2 the whole site is broken.

TagDiv plugins like “TagDiv composer”, “tagDiv Standard Pack”, were not enabled. After I enabled them only some blocks was working. Header was reset to default demo and the main body of the home page was just displayed the pseudocode of TagDiv composer.

I restore now the site in previous backup.

How can I be sure that the site will not broke again? I want to update it.
Can you give me a solution?

When I’ve created a new empty page and tried to import pre-made page template – it’s not possible to insert Template.

When I click on “Import template” – main window doesn’t close, no errors were presented.
When I close selected window – message “Are you sure to import….” demonstrated only 1 sec and closed.

No more errors – what am I doing wrong? Please explain.

I’m working on my new project where I have used the “technology hub” theme and I want to remove sing up button from the header main menu but can’t find any option to remove it, the theme panel option (SHOW SIGN IN / JOIN) isn’t working for it, and this theme header isn’t editable with tagdiv-composer, I really need your help and also let me know how to change the main menu padding.

I’ve found an issue in the search of my site.

When I search for the term “amazfit”, then the search displays the correct result when I’m logged in in wordpress. But when I’m not logged and run the search as a normal user, then the result is different.

Do you haben an idea what happens here? “amazfit” is just an example. The problem also occurs with other search terms.

i am trying to import Pulses Pro theme but keeping my content. It always trows me this error: “Error at rows: 7(models) : 8(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z).” The problem is that i cannot go further with the customization and i cannot fix it. What can I do? I don’t want to import the demo content. Could you please help me and fix this isse keeping this theme and my content? It’s a little bit urgent since I planned to go on production tomorrow.

I must comment that I have already deployed the entire website with the Newspaper Pro demo, my observations:

1) Changes in the Theme Panel: changes are not reflected.
2) Edited changes are reflected when editing with Composer.
3) I suggest adding an Instructions file in the download installation folder, the subject is quite complex for those who have no experience and it can be horrible experience, but following the logic of the online documentation it is possible, the end result is a website spectacular.

It is required to continue studying the documentation to implement other items.
I appreciate your support, my apologies if I have been very harsh in my comments, and I seek with this note to prevent future clients from encountering an unfriendly topic.

Pending tickets:

1) How to change the background of the Main Menu? demo Newspaper PRO has a dark background and I can’t find where to change the background, it seems to have a horizontal image.
2) Time + city: how can it be configured so that the website automatically detects the city of the web user? That way the city where it is located would be reflected and it would be very friendly and great!
3) Playlist: how can you add a text caption (description) below the playing video window? I have added different with the Video Ids (Youtube Api working).
4) Social networks: they were connected to the company account, the number of fans is reflected in the Home but the number of fans is not displayed on the other pages, the link works but the number of fans is not reflected.
5) Translator: I have selected “Spanish” but the change is not reflected, I have to manually translate each Section Title with Composer.

Hi Team, I have installed Newspaper11 theme and brought up the demo content to it. I have created logo and changed it through tegdv edit but it is not reflecting in the website. I used Mozilla where I can see the updated logo but when I access the site through other brouser, it’s not showing the latest logo. Even it’s not showing the updated logo on mobile browser. Could you please help me on this.

Now I have customized website, but the changes are not reflected in the website, sometimes everything returns to the default data of the demo.
