Hi,

That would not be possible, or would require major modifications. The modules are organized in rows, when a row ends the next one will begin. This works horizontally in direction

Something like that would not be possible with theme options. You could choose a different module for the category page, which has only one module per row. You can see all of them in the live demo (Features->Category layouts->Module list)

Hello,
Yes, each block can have a custom class set and then css added to style it differently.
On each demo you will find different styles as each demo has it;s own custom class on the body tag.
Please provide an example of what and how you want it modified and I will try to help with the css code.

Newspaper Recipes Demo add theme color to blocks? - topic

Hey guys, I just went through your “Newspaper Recipes demo” and saw that you created 3 new classes for the top 3 blocks “recipes, deserts and chicken” which gave every block individual color schemes. But I cannot find the actual css in the demo css file to read through all the class behaviors because I’d like to create some extra blocks with more different colors.

Can you give me a hint on which css properties I have to add to my new custom classes to make the blocks look like the 3 example ones? I’m guessing it would be enough to add the css to the “custom css” section of the theme than? Maybe with an “!important” tag?

Hi,
You cannot hide just the demo installs. You can hide the theme panel as a whole if you make your roles a subscriber or editor, author or contributor dpending on the permissions you would like the user to have.

Everything works except the weather widget at the top is just a rectangle that says Weather Widget: Api key is empty. Configure this block/widget and enter an api key 🙂

How to make Woocommerce shop home look like the demo? - topic

It doesn’t seem possible to replicate this as the tagdiv composer blocks don’t change the content of the page output.

The composer edit screen shows an error warning at the top of the page:
Errors happened during tdcIframeData.init() -> bindViewsModelsWrappers()!
I get the same testing editing of the shop homepage on 2 different servers and a localhost so this seems to be something specific to the shop homepage.

To get around that, I edited a standard page and added an image block to the top to try and replicate the demo, then copied the code from the editor into the page for the shop home. Nothing showed up.

So how do we create a shop homepage like the one that shows on the demo site?

Hi,

You can style the blockquotes using theme options

Font properties of the blockquotes can be changed in the theme panel as well

You could even set a color and background color while creating the quote

Only then if you require additional customization you would need to use CSS. Use the browser inspector to identify the elements and create or adapt the code

Sorry, but maybe I was not clear on describing what I want.
Ive used a mobile screenshot (iPhone 7) while visiting the demo site of Newspaper8. As you can see on the screenshot above, there is a layout to display two articles side by side.

So how can I do this?

All white elements will not be visible anymore because of the demo was designed. If you want to customize the demo, you can make the modification in the demo stylesheet directly

Sorry but we do not have any official method to minify css and js.

Revolution Slider Issues – tdConfirm undefined - reply

Hi,

The revolution slider version provided with the theme is version 5.4.6.2. I have tested the plugin again and it works as intended, no errors are present.
It could be a plugin conflict, try deactivating all plugins except theme plugins and clear all caching. Then check if the errors are still displayed.

You probably did not configure the slider properly. Please try this method again properly and follow each and every step in this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-revolution-sliders-on-demos/

There is no such thing as a slider in the header. A slider cannot be added to the header in our theme .
The logo you see in the politics demo is a simple text logo. It can be added in the theme panel: https://www.screencast.com/t/mKjT3zmbJem
As for the footer text please check the footer section of the theme panlel.

I installed the politics slider and now I received this message:no slides found, please add at least one slide template to the choosen language.

I understand how the insert gallery works with a post. But I still don´t understand how the slider at the header works.

I STILL DON´T HAVE AN ANSWER TO THIS QUESTION: In the demo newspaper politics, there is a title or logo at the head (ant at the botton) that says WORLD NEWS Politics around the globe. How can I change that?

Additionally, at the bottom there is this text:Newspaper is your news, entertainment, music fashion website. We provide you with the latest news and videos straight from the entertainment industry. HOW CAN I CHANGE IT?

Poor image resolution for Block 24 (Erotic theme) - reply

You seem to have image compression active and that is the cause for quality loss. Please disable all plugins except for theme plugins (social counter and tagdiv composer) and check the host for any optimization tools and disable any image optimization.

Then add a bigger image in size. You do not need to use the demo images, upload and set your own images as background. Experiment with different images until you get the desired results.

Hi,

The modules article titles color is set through the theme accent color, I believe there is no customization for the coloring in that demo. Try changing the theme accent color and the module titles hover color will change accordingly.

Nevermind, I figured out how to do that. I’m having some issues with the default 1235px x 378px background image for the footer though — it is blurry. What do I need to do to make it crisp like the demo?
