The margins and padding used for blocks and grids (between modules) have fixed values. There are no options to modify them. Trying to do it with custom code could result in broken elements. These are not designed to have dynamic spacing, everything is carefully set and dependent on the theme fixed width.

The theme blocks and grids are not designed to display full post content in the homepage. The full post content can be viewed in the post page. Here you can see how all the available blocks and grids look

You can create pages using any of these elements. A specific element that would allow you to place a full post on pages does not exist, at the moment.

These individual settings should override the general header color set by the demo here

Try clearing that color in the theme color settings, edit the page with the composer and set the desired colors for the text

The font properties for the block titles can be customized in the theme panel, there you can modify the font weight imported by the demo

In that guide you can see how all the header styles display the header ad.

2. Demos contain custom design, meaning each has a specific stylesheet. If you make modifications to the homepage for example, this design may not apply anymore since it was created for particular elements and conditions.
The website will always be boxed if there is a background color or image set

3. Each header style can display a header banner. Please check the guide to see how all the headers look. Alternatively you could test them all by changing them in the theme panel. See how they all look and choose the one you think it’s best.

I believe this is a misunderstanding, hopefully we can solve it. Each available demo has it’s own custom design. Installing it will import a demo stylesheet, this may overwrite default styles and designs.
The magazine demo has a condition set for the block titles in it’s stylesheet

The result is that the block titles background is transparent, only the border color is affected by changing the background color.
If you were to remove the code shown in the screenshot, the background of the block titles will have default functionality

If you have created and published posts, then these posts are still available. They are saved in the database. Please do not edit the dummy posts that are provided when the demo is installed

If you edit these dummy posts and then uninstall the demo, they will be removed. They are demo content, you have to create your own posts and publish them.
Pages can be edited and the blocks and grids can be filtered and sorted to display posts from your own categories, replacing the demo content

Unless you have a backup, there is no way or restoring edited dummy posts.

Each demo has custom design, that is one of the design choices for the demo. It would depend where you want to make this customization, in some cases it could not work properly. The style is not available as a block header, it is made with CSS.
