Lastly I want to ask you a question, As I expected the demo I am not satisfied so I already purchased so rather refunding Can i use this theme for my another domain and purchase newspaper theme for the domain in which I have installed newsmag theme? Both domain are mine. I will be using on one domain only so is it possible?

Also please try to disable your plugins except Visual Composer and check how it goes. Most probably you have installed a plugin recently which cause these issues. Try to use less plugins.

To improve your server response time you can try to reduce the number of queries (fewer plugins, fewer blocks on page, reduce the elements which use ajax requests/pagination like mega menus/load more/infinite load). To improve the loading speed look the MySQL query cache: http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.1/en/query-cache.html we also use it on our demo.

I have a serious issue on a site with Newspaper theme.
The top menu works totally wrong. First, it puts a link to a picture to some menu items, instead of a link to a relevant destination. On my site it’s the right menu and submenus that are affected – please, check their URLS – those a links to a photo, which is non-existent on my website at all. Sub-menus inherit this problem from their parent. In WordPress admin panel all of them are totally fine categories.
Other menu items don’t show relevant posts, or don’t show all related posts. Except for the left menu item all are categories, and all are not showing all posts that are published in these categories.
Actually, the only thing that works is the left menu item and its submenus.
If I try to add a custom build page to this menu, it demonstrates the issue with picture – the menu replace its destination link with a link to a photo. It is so for both custom links and pages.
I tried to deactivate all plugins except for the bare necessary plugins, I built all the menu from scratch a couple of times – it doesn’t help.
Mega menu feature is turned off for all menu items. There is no caching plugin on my website.
I’d really appreciate your helpful advise with this.

I have a clean installation of WordPress.
I have install the demo news paper and I want to edit the page.
Visual composer does not load the page for editing the blocks.

1. Demo did not gave me any information. So I asked directly from team, who said to my questions about overall score = yes, and now I found out that no there is no way to use only 1 overall score! <- WHYYYYY???
Also they said that ohh yeah of course you can add pros&cons <- and again I found out NO, you can’t.
2. I am happy with you if you find that review plugin is awesome. It means you never used it for sites who deal with game reviews. So yes it may work with you but with everyone else no. Also if there is really some people who like existing review system, then it’s good, because you do not need to ruin experience for them. Just add some simple options. Like:
A. One form “OVERALL SCORE”, so people who do not want add features can use overall score area to display score on page.
B. Add Pros&Cons option. So people can add pros&cons list. + & – / Good & Bad. Again if you are happy with exisiting form, you can still ignore pros and cons option.
See? And everyone is happy then. 😉 Also if you say that you have been using same system over 2 years now, without change, then this is the time to change it to better way. 😉
3. I asked about CUBELL THEME REVIEW SYSTEM. It’s installed and have all information there, since our site has been up years. But newspaper theme does not read that info, does not show cubell theme review system on page.
4. And newspaper review theme is outside of post. Which means that social buttons, post bottom ad and everything comes before that review block. <- This is clearly bug and should be fixed.

Great review system we’ve been using for almost 4 years. Love it.
You can add any commercial review plugin you wish, if you don’t like the one included with the theme.
TIP:
you can create multiple “pages” to test layouts, then choose the one to actually make live as static home page. Just make each test page a draft and not published.
This was how I learned to suffer through the learning curve of VC 4 years ago.
In my case, I switched to the beta TD Composer, which is simpler and had all the modules I actually use.
If you import a “demo” then you can edit the different modules in VC from the page holding those elements. Little bit of trial and error to sort of the menu for each element in the grid, but it can be done.

We recently purchased Newspaper theme to build a website that is almost as your Default demo site. There are a few things we need to change before we’re sure everything is like we want.

Just to clarify, I uninstalled and reinstalled the default News demo a number of times. If I do install the pre-loaded content, I get the default News look I want for my front page, but when I delete the content, the format of the template breaks and I just get blog posts stacked on top of each other. I did not have this problem yesterday, and I’m not sure why the page layout keeps breaking.

*** YOU DO NOT NEED to ‘activate’ the plugin with WP Bakery to use it; that is a feature they put there to get you to register for updates and support if you have a paid license.
With the bundled version, you get updates when the theme is updated. Period.
You can ignore the “nag screen to register/activate” with WP Bakery, which you cannot do, since you don’t have a paid license with the ‘bundled’ free version, which works with the theme.
Simply ignore the nag screen. 25,000 other people with the theme use it without activating it, so that should give you some measure of comfort — you do *not* need to ‘activate’ it with WP Bakery to use it. That option only applies if you paid for a separate individual license in order to activate updates and support with WP Bakery who make the plugin — since you didn’t buy a single license for the plugin, you cannot activate it for their updates/support, and have to wait for current tested version with each theme update.
The v5 version is fairly new, and does not add a gigantic number of things to the version still included.
The demos on ThemeForest are all built with the version you have, and that is the version you should use to work with the theme if you want to.

There is no ideal image size I can recommend. You will have to assess the containers and thumbs you plan on using on your site and the post templates as well. If you use post templates that use the full-size images like http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/td-post-2015-awards-all-of-the-best-and-worst-moments-from-the-show/ then a full HD image is required. If not, you need to inspect every element, in particular on the homepage. If you use big grids, your images must be at least the size of the big grid container. Otherwise, they will not fit inside and not display correctly. Here is a list of all thumbs used in our theme:

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme which come bundled with the theme packet and if you are using some untested plugins, please try to disable all of them and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out any conflicting plugins. If you have some additional customization through the theme please try to disable all of them, revert the theme to the default state and check the results. Also, you should regenerate your thumbnails using the Force Regenerate Plugin and Force Regenerate plugin. Thanks, i fixed the permalinks myself… can you recommend any good plugin that i can use for the rating via comments?
the bit that says “stay connected” which shows the counter of the social media profiles ain’t working on mine… it keeps bring a blank space, i went to the widgets section and changed the links maybe it coule be the problem but it still not working, even when i imported the demo of the recipe site it still not showing… can i get that fixed, though i already replaced it with a facebook like box since its not working.
