Thanks Calin – the deactivating of all plugins and clearing cache didn’t work unfortunately.
I read through the guide you sent and think it might be problem 5) The model does not match the content, because right before TagDiv stopped working – we added “Raw HTML element” to the sidebar (we were trying to put an ad-link there and didnt realise it saved).
Can you please explain how I solve this using the solutions suggested (I pasted solution below)? It suggests to ‘Clean the code’ – what does it mean by that? It also recommends ‘recreating the element with TagDiv’ but the entire page and composer is not loading. I cannot even create a NEW page using tagdiv composer to rebuild it. Please – can you provide urgent advice and help? Really need to be able to use tagdiv (particularly to restore the disappeared header). Thanks so much Calin. Look forward to hearing from you.

Solution:
You can fix this in two different way:
Clean the code. Recreate the element with the tagDiv Composer. If you need to add other items that are not present in the tagDiv Composer elements list, please use a âColumn textâ element.
If you already added custom HTML code inside a âdescriptionâ section inside a tagDiv Composer item, make sure itâs clean and correct (no missing tags). Also, please consider removing it. We recommend you to do not insert HTML code in the page builder as it may cause issues and affect the way tagDiv Composer is functioning.
Thanks. I have tried it but there is another issue with the header logo of the default theme. How can I remove it? Please refer to the below image where you can see our logo and also the default template logo.

I have a very important question for me. I have been working with Newspaper for 10 days on a free hosting because I wanted to practice with the theme. In these 10 days I have reached 90% customization. Soon I will have to export the theme to my cinema magazine. The question is when I export, by copying all the code to Notepad +++ I export all the custom theme? By everything I mean: header, footer, modified boxes, changes to colors and text, changes to the distances between the boxes and all the other settings. Is this correct or should I expect something that is not imported? Obviously I know very well that the articles and logos cannot be imported and in the same way the menus that I will have to recreate when I have imported the theme on my magazine.

Since I have you here, do you know what is happening with the header issue since the latest Newspaper update? It is completely gone, and a lot of people are having this issue.
I have tried purging cache, reuploading logo etc. Nothing. Any other options?

I have email and facebook icons set to show in the menu/header section on my site, but the links to these seem to be inactive.
I have them set up with their full URLs, but nothing happens when they are clicked.
Does something need to go in front of the address or something?
Hello, I did install gossip pro. Page has a sticky menu which works.
For pages I prefer having the header of lifestyle pro. So I imported that to the site. In theme panel I set header to the imported lifestyle pro header. I cannot set menu to sticky, probably it is standard in lifestyle pro. However. The menu is not sticky. Are there other settings I need to take attention to?

Need help with this also. Header image is completely gone and replaced with the default text and reuploading Logo and Favicon does nothing. I assume Tagdiv has a broken element when I updated.

I have on my site (www.pinballmag.fr) header live search enabled. However when i search a post it does not show the results in the results page, it does show live search results but not on the search page. For example, visit my website and then click on search and type “stranger” (for stranger things pinball) and click on search button, it will say no results. I don’t understand why…

Hi ImSehyeon, you can set svg logos on cloud headers from tagDiv Cloud Library using tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/VcwrJ2s.jpg click on logo and remove the logo image and text if you want only the svg logo-> https://i.imgur.com/lJnTZZm.png then in SVG tab set your svg code -> https://i.imgur.com/qfuxAHH.png for mobile just select the viewport for mobile and set again the svg on logo -> https://i.imgur.com/nmvjM6x.png

Thanks! What kind of function could I use to determine what Cloud template is used for a certain post?
For example: We use 2 single post templates created with the Tagdiv Cloud Composer. Lets call them Template_cars and Template_all_other_posts. We have an ad network that has special ads for content about Cars and we want to show them only on the Cars posts. The ad network requires us to insert their header tags only on the Car posts in the <head>. On all other posts we need to insert other header tags in the <head>.
My idea was to add some php code to the header.php which achieves the following:
If post uses Template_cars –> insert these header tags, if post uses Template_all_other_posts –> insert other header tags.

Hi,
TagDiv Cloud library is a custom post type and the cloud templates made with tagDiv Composer are saved in database. Now normal you should be able to check if is a specific template. For example the files for cloud header are on this path -> wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/header and the header.php file is wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/header.php (if you are not using the tagDiv Standard Pack).

My client’s home/front page is http://www.travlifestyle.com and that page was created using TagDiv Composer/Newspaper Theme.
We made a recent edit using the TagDiv composer to the same page, and since saving it can’t be editing using tagdiv – it just endlessly shows the grey page/loading wheel, but not any page content!
Tried creating a new page and tried to edit with tagdiv and it still does not load the composer. Any urgent help would be greatly appreciated – as the most recent change has also hidden the Global header (desktop & mobile.
I have recently updated from version 4 to version 10. The sidebar (which I believe is now the “smart sidebar” ) is not working properly. When I scroll down through my site’s page, the sidebar jumps up and into the main header section, overlapping other content. I have turned off the sidebar sticky function in the theme panel/template setting/smart sidebar; nothing changes. Please advise.

Not sure how long this issue has been around or if it’s new with the latest newspaper theme update (I am using 10.3.8)
I have the login box in settings disabled so it doesn’t show the login in header option. In my main menu under my site (publicly) if I click home I see login/register and these both work.
If I am on a post though and I click “Log in to leave a comment” I get a black pop up that covers the entire page, with a small x to close the pop up or clicking the pop up also makes it go away. The pop up is not the login box, it’s simply a black pop up that covers everything, about 80 see through so I can see the page.. and I think there normally would be a login box here but I do not have one.
I have looked everywhere, it’s not a browser pop up blocker, but many browsers block pops anyway so it’s surprising we’re still doing pop ups..
How can I outright disable the pop up black modal or whatever it is so it simply goes to the default login/register option?
